This guy always gave 110% whenever he could and has always been an outstanding member of KSI. I think him getting one more Div Leader of the month would be the perfect way to send him off, knowing the division he poured his time and effort into will always remember the great things he did as our leader. The guy spends more time on xbox taking care of the division than is really necessary and I doubt there is a single person in GZ that would deny his efforts. This member, too, has always given it his all to take GZ to new heights and I am proud to have him as one of the 7s staff. Since I was a cofo I had been there with him through thick and thin and have always seen him as a strong leader with so much potential. Since he's made CoFo he really has done an outstanding job maintaining his squads and does everything in his power to make sure things are going smoothly, the best part is there is still so much hidden potential that I'm sure he doesn't even realize what he is capable of himself and I look forward to the day that he does so that he can continue to be a powerful asset to GZ. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI MidShot ( Courage GZ Gen) Link to forums account - (the forums are being a butt right now, I'll update when I can) Reasoning why the deserve this - MidShot has been absolutely awesome since he got general of courage, he lead the squad to a minisplit, which helped out hope loads, and has since brought his squad back into high numbers. This member does an amazing job maintaining a rapid growing squad and has really shown what a natural leader is made of. Thus far she has surpassed even my highest expectations of any Captain, ever. She has gone above and beyond her duties and has made a huge impression on many of the squads. She is consistent, knowledgeable and is quickly becoming one of the main up-and-coming leaders in GZ. She lives an hour ahead of the UK members and stays up all hours to host gamenights and workshops, there is not a doubt that this member gives her all in everything that she does and always with a smile. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Ph0enixfire (honor GZ 3LT) Link to forums account - (stop being a butt forums....update later) Reasoning why they deserve this - Kenny (phoenix) has been a great asset to honor ever since he joined the squad. he has been eager to learn and catches on to things quite quickly. This member always has a positive attitude and does everything in his power to accomplish his goals, without a single complaint. Pheonix has a lot of potential and I look forward to seeing him become a great leader in GZ.

I can witness for this as well. Cannibal has been a mentor to me since before I became a Cofo. he is very patient and always has an amazing attitude about everything, even when I'm freaking out. Canni is very knowledgeable when it comes to how KSI works and what makes a good leader, so I am constantly coming to him for advice. I can't imagine I would be a co div if it wasn't for canni's constant and reliable guidance and training.

I can witness for cannibal. I didn't know canni very well until he became a cofounder but since then I just cant seem to get rid of him! lol Cannibal has been very involved throughout his ranks, he's always moving around the whole division and keeping everyone on the right track. I don't know all of the Div leaders, but I can say that canni is one of the hardest working ones I've met, constantly finding something to improve or someone to help. he has always been consistent with his duties and manages to keep a positive, humorous attitude no matter what. I couldn't be happier that he's my senior officer and I couldn't ask for a better div leader.

Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Impyyy 7 GZ FI SH Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/2917-impyyylicious/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Impyy has never been anything but a good influence, good leader and one of the most motivated, hardworking KSI members I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone likes to joke about his absurdly long speeches and longer meetings but when it comes down to it, everyone in GZ realizes they miss him being around like he used to be when he was our div leader and they really do miss his motivational, super informative speeches and meetings. If it wasn't for Impy I'm not sure I would've even wanted to move up the ranks like I have, he has always been an inspiration to me and has made me want to test my own limits as a leader in KSI. Cannibal has always been a great leader, always going by the book and always with the theme of PMA (positive mental attitude) he knows when he needs to be serious and at the same time always keeping things fun. he is a true role model for everyone in GZ and I'm proud to have him as our co-div. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI FuRiAn 7 Mercy GZ Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/754-fu%D1%8Fian/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Every since FuRiAn has joined GZ he has been an exceptional member, officer and now General. Things have been a bit rocky for his squad but he has been working his hardest to push forward and make the squad better. In the past few weeks there has been much improvement in Mercy and things are starting to pick up and stabilize thanks to FuRiAn's hard work and perseverance. I'm glad to have him as one of GZ's generals and he's shown excellent leadership not only in his squad but with all of our members. Even when there was some technical issues he still tried to do his best to fulfill his duties as a captain. I've watched him push up through the ranks and come out of his shell a bit and honestly I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Since he started moving up he has done everything required of his position and then some as well as become this fun, outgoing member that we all knew he was going to be. At the same time he has become one of Pride's strongest and more active officers and I see a lot of leadership potential. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI KIMBO 69 Pride GZ Gen Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/14093-kimbo/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Kimbo has always been an outstanding KSI member. he's always so cheerful and is one of the most hard working members that Pride has ever seen, he always gives his 110% in everything that he does. I am very proud to say he is the current general of my home squad and his potential to be a leader in KSI is very real. I don't believe there is a single person that has met him who could say that Kimbo is anything but an amazing general, an amazing member and an amazing person.

I can witness for Furian. It has been a pretty short time since I met Furian, but he is by far one of the most knowledgeable and motivated members I have ever came across. As a returning member he has not forgotten what KSI is about and has not stopped working to push forward. Since furian has joined conquest everyone in the squad has been more focused, motivated and activity has shot through the roof. he has no doubt been a huge asset to his squad and I believe he played a huge part in the squads success.
