I can witness to this award Anarchy is always helping someone either by helping someone train or out there helping members having hard times recruiting get a recruit or two. He's always asking and eager to help anyone he can and awlays trying to better the squad he's in as a whole.

How about like a fan vote one vs. one 7v7 one a day each day of spirit week except last, last day all winner face off in a halo and cod FFA winner take all (idk what all is but maybe figure some kinda award like top gamer or something)

He has a presance about him that is a natural born leader. He's always pushing everyone in TW to be the best they can be by holding each and everyone to their duties and responsibilities. If anyone needs help with anything hes always willing to take the time to give you the best advice he can. Everything Sworn does is to better TW as a whole he is someone i look up to and aspire to be as good as one day. Pinky has gone out of her way to get to know alot of people on a personal level which i feel helps keep members around because they feel like they matter around her because thats the way she is she always and I mean always is making TW/KSI a better place to be. She is aleays working to improve herself in KSI always taking on new challanges and responsibilities and succeeding at them at the same time as keeping Gamenights on multiple games on multiple nights(always packed by the way) at the same time keeping her happy bubbly personality. She is truly an amazing person and Leader which is a dam good quality IMO in a Gaming Community or in Life period. He is the type of person that expects the best out of everyone under him but is more than willing and able to assist anyone for any reason at anytime. He is my mentor for a reason and its a pleasure to know this man he has taught me so much here. He is very knowladgable on what it take so make a squad work smooth and consistantly improving. his squad is one of the most active in TW always holding GN's im always being invited to so he makes sure his members are not just good in his squad but also good with other squad and division members. He has a bright future here in KSI and will go far in my opinion. He is always eager to learn more so he can help out the squad/division better he has a drive like no one I've seen in a while anything i asked of him was handled as promptly as possible and done correctly the first time everytime. it was an easy pick for me to who it would be to replace me when the time came KSI GameCrazy no doubt about it. i can witness for GameCrazy this man is a machine hes always out helping ppl. When i when i was Gen hes was always in a party helping new members by teaching them how to change bios mottos even helped refer recruits to squads in need of them just cause he wanted to better KSI as a whole. when hes not doing all that hes asking what he can do to help hes a very hard and dedicated worker he will go far in KSI

i Claim Vader as my mentor when i became GEN he took it upon himself to help me out. Ive sat in parties for hours talking with him having him give me advice on what works for his squad and how it could help me, or by helping me come up with ideas on how to better motivate the squad, or giving me a dif P.O.V. if im uncertain with a promotion or demotion. he truely has made a great deal of differance in my growth within KSI

Directer KSI Greg 7(Directer-TW,GZ,DM) http://www.ksiforums.org/user/109-ksi-greg-7 Reasons The reason Greg 7 deserves this award is because his in my short but very informative time with Greg he has show everyone that knows him that he know how to balance out fun and being serious and putting in work and has the knowladge to back up every decision. he is very friendly has personally asked for invites to mine and other Recoil members gamenights and he for lack of a better term blends in well when you play with him you forget you're with a 7 at times because he is so easy to talk to and get along with. so in short Greg is the perfect blend of fun and work and his Divisions are definatly showing the groth because of it. He is eager to spread his knowladge to anyone who will listen and sets a great example of what a Leader within KSI should aspire to be, and with all that in place has been able to help TW move in a very positive direction. He is also very humble and knows that it takes hard work and dedication to keep KSI running and isnt shy about telling you if your slacking but is also willing to work with you to help you find a solution. Nico is also very approchable which makes him imo an asset because he doesnt intemidate lower ranks just because he has a 7 so new ppl arent afraid to talk to him. He is very respectful to all he encounters and and does his best to make sure that if you bring an issue or idea to him that it gets handled promptly and correctly. i witness for both (Member Assistance)- ive personally had him in parties and had him help mambers with problems they have had i cant remember specific time but i have seen him go out his way to help anyone who asks him for it. (Outsanding service)- Nighthawk is one of the most die hard KSI members i've seen if hes not out recruiting helping his squad with numbers. He is doing gamenights trying to get new members introduced to other KSI and when hes not doing all that hes here on the forums like a madman so in my opinion he is one of the most deserving of this award.
