He sits in parties with us and plays minecraft with us. He's really active with the squad and he is known by my squad. He gives good advice and suggestions. He gives me space to make mistakes then helps me fix what I did wrong while still giving me room to grow. When he got up to a captain he was the highest rank in his squad even as a Lt he was the highest. He was the hope of the squad and he never gave up. He did what was best for the squad. As a captain he went beyond what a captain should do. He has such a passion for his squad and he deserve this award because I never seen a captain try so hard and have so much hope in his squad. He made sure EVERYONES security settings were correct. He moved everyone over to our squad almost immediately. Getting them over isn't his choice if it will happen. It is up to the recruit if they will get with him and get trained. He tries his best to get them over. He also made sure everyone on the squad tag had the correct settings and their stuff was correct. He has hosted multiple game nights for people even when only a few people have shown up. He has gone above and beyond for being a Lt. He holds awesome game nights for his members, encourages everyone to attend and have a good time, he strives for the best for his squad and always has a positive attitude toward everyone or anything. Ever since i have met him he inspired me to become more positive and have more energy to get people excited.

I can also witness Jezrien being a good mentor! He is most certainly a good person to get guidance from when you need help or assist with anything. He doesn't just tell you what to do he lets you try and figure it out on your own and learn to grow and experience a lot more that way. But at the same time he isn't going to let you fail to the point of no return. He is really good at guiding you in the right direction on how to approach something or to fix a problem that you don't know how to deal with. But still doesn't just give you the answer. I feel with the assistance he has given me I will be able to over come multiple circumstances that come at me. He is committed and I can see that through the work he does. Soon he will be celebrating his 3rd year in KSI. I can tell he loves KSI and wants to see it grow and become even better than it is or can be.
