Fair and level headed when it come to decision making. Fixed AAP (when it was down) and awarded everyone there awards accurately and in a timeley matter once the problem was fixed. Took over the GFX department and is running smoothly. His team pumps requests out blazing fast with GREAT quality. He is a good leader and a friend. He also has members that truly look up to him as a leader. He is always there for his Squad ,So I really do believe Zohan deserves this award for all he has done .
