And regardless of how high he climbs, he remembers that it was the members under him that helped him get there, and never stops working for those members. He works his ass off on a daily basis, and often times loses sleep over it. So We may have been in different squads but he is a true success story. Without any real preparation, Psycho stood above the challenge and handled his squad with confidence and dignity until becoming cofo, and immediately stepped up to the challenge again. Even when it coms to squads he isn't over, he still offers a helping hand when and where he can. When Psycho was promoted however, monsterblood was thrust into the Generals position and she quickly caught everyones eye. She's confident with her leadship abilities, she knows what shes doing, and she loves her squad. I can't think of anyone who deserves this more. He just got the promotion to Co-Founder this past week, but I felt it was still fitting to put him up for this. This guy helps everyone, anywhere, anytime, no matter what issue they have. He stands out as a leader, which is saying a lot, because we have really great Generals in DR. This guy is an excellent member, and I can see him doing great things as a Co-Founder as he goes on down the road. This past month has been real hard on him with irl but yet hes maintained, if not done a better job, his duties. He is a great motivator and always takes care of his priorities. Impy is always involved with the division with great knowledge. He passes on that knowledge and uses it as a motivator for people to move up where they want to go. Imperiium is a great example of what KSI needs to be successful. When everyone else quit he was still holding strong. He brought in all the gens necesarry to make the division better and hasn't stopped working for the greater good of RP. Very open, honest, and as a leader, willing to solve any issue that comes his way. Very accepting of criticism showing that he is a true leader, one that will listen to what people have to say and respond to it in a positive manner. Whoever can do that, in my mind, deserves this award the most. He mentored me countless hours on end so that I could become a succesful general as well. He never turns down a member that needs help, he is always there and extremely active. She hosts sgt workshops on a regular basis. She works closely with every general every week to ensure that each squad will have a successful week. Ever since she got in this position she has been exemplifying an excellent sense of leadership. I have been under her wing for a while as a member and I have seen nothing but good things from her. As a higher up I feel that she has done nothing that would not benefit her squads even if it would require extra work from her; she was willing to do it. As a mature gaming community that KSI is she is the perfect example for what we stand for. I have yet to see someone turn a division around and keep it going as well as she has. She has really gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is in order before she rests on a matter. I feel that once she was given this position she was the right one for the job. His outstanding leadership skills have shown through out his squad and the division. As a General he is the prime example of what a leader should be. I have seen many generals in my day and none can compare to who he is and what he has accomplished in such a short amount of time. Over the past several months, he has made his name known and made sure that all he does is nothing less than greatness; which is the whole point of being a leader. When the word leader comes to mind the first person I think of is Legion. " A leader is not only defined by the work accomplished, but but by the amount of teamwork and involvement of the persons involved in the process" Leaders are nothing without a team behind them and if the team is failing the leader is not doing his job; but when the team is successful and content then that man is truly a great leader. KSI Legion is that man, he has made his squad into a well oiled machine that works together and always puts out work. As a general I feel that he was the one to take any situation good and bad, and make it into something that would better his squad in the end. When times got rough and things started looking as if the squad was going to hit rock bottom, he pulled a miracle and took a squad from the low 70's to the upper 80's in less than a week. For that major accomplishment of raised membership i commend him. Overall his personality and willingness to make a mark in KSI for generations to see when he is long gone has started early, because this individual has shown that he has what it takes to make a difference not only in KSI and in real life. No one has shown so much interest to each one of his members to treat them like family and be there no matter what the issue. I personally feel that if it were not for this individual I would not be where I am today in KSI and in life. Legion is an outstanding person that deserves what ever good thing comes his way in KSI and in life. I am proud to nominate KSI Legion 7 for General of the month with no remorse because at the end of the day he is the true definition of a man and a leader. I commend her for her accomplishments as a member of KSI. She has the potential to be a leader in the near future. No one can compare to what she has done behind the scenes and in broad daylight. This is a name to be known because her training methods are none like any I have seen before and makes training more of a social event rather than just rules and regulations. I proudly nominate her for this award because for someone to be able to accomplish running a successful swat team with only two months of membership under her belt is truly outstanding. He has assited squads such as my own squad, Crusades and Wrath, Memories, and Nuclear from being cut for the squads of LS. He has done the most recruting of anyone in LS and probably KSI. He has provided the Generals below him with a role to look up to. He has handled losing 3 Generals and managed to lead them all and still leads 1 of them (Keep in mind he is doing this for ANY squad in trouble, not just his or not just the ones on Halo, but any that need assatince. Anatomy also had to deal with the fact that he was the only active Co-Founder in LS to later last month. He is by far the best Co-Founder possible for LS. He couldnt have done anymore for KSI in providing quality recruites and leadership to look up to, not awarding Anatomy would be robbing him of his great great work for LS. He is a very determined member in KSI and I have personally heard and witnessed him up for days trying to improve the division. Prodigy doesn't act any different than he did when he was a general. He is always helping members with problems and he is always active. I can definitly say that Prodigy is the biggest help to AV as I have seen. She is the mother of GZ. The members of the division really admire her dedication and effort towards KSI. They respect her so much, and she has earned all of it. She has had the Pride GZ squad tag since 11 September and she has provided leadership and guidance to that new squad. He was recently promoted to Co-Founder in GZ. He is one of GZ's most active forums users, and he strives to answer questions from anyone and everyone. He has trained his officer staff to become one of the strongest units in all of KSI, in my eyes. His squad is the only GoW3 squad, and there were many unknowns. Although Rukia built it up, LEGION has continued the pattern of success and taken Honor to new levels of activity, knowledge, and camaraderie. She is in Pride, GZ's newest squad. The squad's General lost ability to get on Xbox and this left the squad without a leader. Along with KSI Twice, and under LadyRukia's guidance, Tabby is showing how dedicated she is to the division and how much she wants to see her squad succeed.
