We kinda hit a slump and lost activity to the point one day I was on and saw only like 1 other person on Reach. That ticked me off so I started promoting activity and working my ass off to get everyone active, and with the help of a couple of friends Phantom has become the most active squad in SH once again. At the time i was a LT and doing the duties of CPTS. I have also trained well over 30 mems in my time being in KSI. ive also help anyone in my squad that has questions pretaining to KSI or the Forums. KSI Joe 7 178 Posted September 29, 2012 Report Share Posted September 29, 2012 I did a Division transfer on Aug. 31st, and I consider this place to be my KSI "home", so to speak. KSI The Dragon is a large reason I feel that way. He is on a lot, very active, helpful and plays Reach practically every day, whether it be him hosting custom, or multiplayer games. He knows how to get a large group of us together here in Phantom SH. I have seen the activity pick up in the last 3-4 weeks almost, drastically. It is amazing. KSI The Dragon has also been very helpful to me, telling me a lot of tips and pointers that have helped me out a lot. I was recently promoted to 2ND LT; and I do thank him for partially helping me get there. His advice and words of wisdom help a lot. After i left Phantom the squad became horribly inactive under the net Gen (unfortunalty) but when dragon cam back from his personal leave he got right to work. he started recruiting and getting the squad back to activity. He worked almost every day all day to bring it back to its former glory. He was always there to play games with other members and to handle any situation and problems that arose. Now as i have seen all the members he has trained himself and helped throughout all the time i see phantom as possibly as one of the best squads in KSI right now. as a SSGT he was doing all of the responsibilities of an LT and higher he went high and above expectations. Parable 37 Posted October 2, 2012 Report Share Posted October 2, 2012 As the Founder over his squad I can safely say that I have seen a great change in dragon and what he has said is completely true. He has shown me and phantom the dedication and motivation it needs to become the best squad it can be. There is never a time that he is not leading, training or motivating his members in his squad. I have seen this in meetings, game nights, Forums and talking with him in our skype chat. I nominate him for his outstanding service for his help and leadership in SH and for Trainer for showing everyone else what it takes to be a leader.
