Reason-/-Evidence: He is the best. He is with his members. he is always active, always available. He pushes his members towards the goals set forth by the upper leadership. He sets higher standards for his members to achieve so that they will be the best. He always is helping his members and is always doing the best for his divisions even though sometimes he has to make hard decisions. He is active on the forums. He even helps others divisions when they are in need. HE IS THE BEST. HE WORKS THE HARDEST. HE DESERVES THIS AWARD. ALSO i know that this is not how someone wins this award.
