I would be doing everything from recruiting to hosting meetings. Although i had my hand full with my own squad i still sacrificed my free time to go out of my way and help out most of the other squads in my divisions. Doing all sorts of trainings and recruiting for them and such. I still continue to do so and will continue in the future.) (Anyone in EVIL TIES can vouch for this award.)
