Reasoning why the deserve this - Instinct has been deserving this award for awhile and I think for his efforts in Wrath he should get it. He works his ass off in Wrath by promoting recruiting and forums activity like no other General in LS. He may not be General over the largest squad but it is defenitly over the most committed one. He also isn't afraid to help out other Generals in LS, being one of the older Generals that LS has he helps me with mentoring these upcoming Generals. He may only be a General but he acts more like a Co-Founder and I know for a fact that LS wouldn't be as successful as it is with out him. Another thing I would like to add that when my account was hacked he helped me day and night to try to figure out who had done this and bring him to justice and with his help we did it. Instinct is just an all around amazing General and I think he should be rewarded for his efforts.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Deadly can credited with most of the success that Annihilate has had. He does so much for Annihilate that it isn't even funny. He does a ton of recruiting and training, more than anyone else in Annihilate. After being offline for about a month and half and he made up for that by going on plenty of recruiting partys making sure that his members are activite as can possibly be.

Reasoning why the deserve this - ESM is the future of LS. It doesnt matter to ESM if he is a PVT or a General he is going to do what is best for Nuclear and LS as a whole. He is a huge rolemodel for everyone in LS and he could easily be a 7 without a doubt. When his General left KSI he stepped up to become the future leader of Nuclear but never once looked for any rank. He has done an outstanding job for LS and is highly respected by everyone and I think that he should be credited for it.

Reasoning why the deserve this - This guy here.... what a guy, He came from DH to DR to take over a broken dvision and now we have a very successful division. When this guy first got DIv Leader i was a senior and it was after DH got hit REALLY HARD he was a co-founder with no experience as a founder let alone a division leader but, he took the challenge head on and was a success had it hard and needed help for the first couple months but now hes a great division leader. DH was fused into DR and he took over and turned it around. now we are over 420 members and are a very successful divsion so he deserves this so much

Reasons: After the Crisis that broke out in DH Arc had to step up from Co-Founder to lead a broken Division, Ive never seen someone endure so much and still have enough energy to keep going. Then in Dr He faced a problem of repairing what others destroyed just like in DH. When he stepped to Div leader he changed the face of Dr and what it stood for. A commendation that a lot of the ranks below never seen before and is thankful to have.

Reason: Coming into this Division as a Co-founder i had my doubts, i didnt know if he still had the drive to keep going. and a few times where he went MIA on us. But as time went on, He proved to everyone in the Division that he still got what it takes. As Founder he only further improved himself. I cant think of a single member Hasn't seen or heard Christ, He always ontop of Issues that come about and he promotes positive work with members, doing Leaders Workshops and Security awareness, just going above and beyond.

Reason: Exl Was promoted back in DH but had to take a unfortunate leave of absence, When he came back DH was already in ruins, Exl ended up taking a LT rank in Legends, Exl worked his butt off for months getting his squad up and running and even managing to split another squad as General Earning his Co-Founder spot back in full. Ever since He's always been there managing his three squads, He is seen as the go-to guy for problems in Dr for his skill in solving issues and his calm mellow attitude toward everyone in the Division.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Very diserving of this, and it's practically the same explanation for the next 2 ranks I'm voting for as well. DR has done nothing but improve since Arc, Exodus, and Christ got here, they have turned what almost sunk as a division when Hopoff left, to what is now in the top 3 or 4 divisions (as far as members). Arc individually always goes out of his way to help any of us, and is an excellent role model for anyone who ever hopes to acheive the rank of Division Leader.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Same as I said before, about being someone who changed the entire way this division runs for the better. As an individual leader, he has always offered help and guidance to anyone that chooses to accept it. He is a great leader, and now with taking FTLA classes, I hope he becomes an even better leader then he is now, if thats even possible. Definitely a great example to everyone in this division, and some in others, what a good division leader should be.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Same again, for the dramatic change in the whole structure and feel of Divine reign. Individually, Christ is there for anyone who asks, and is someone you can always talk to. He always is up to help with problems, no matter whether they are insignificant or not, and he is always enthusiastic to help. Is really a great example of the rank of founder, and personally if I reach that rank, I hope I can do just as good a job with it.

Reasoning- Ever since I got into Warlord's I have seen nothing but hard work put in by KSIxly, he has proven a great leader and a perserverant encourager. He works extremely hard to keep the squad together by making sure everyone gets along and knows everyone else creating a friendly atmosphere that is very enjoyable to be in. He has the squad's best interest in mind at all times shown through his decisions. He is a leader by example, something that is very admirable.

As a member of the AAP and a leader in KSI, I have witnessed Prodigy accomplish things I have only attempted. He is a fantastic role model on the forums and can give, defend, and prove his point all in a respectful and logical manner. In just reading his posts, i feel i have become a better member. REASONING- This man more than diserves this, he is constently working on improving DL in too many different ways. Ive seen him give someone his home phone number because they were having problems with people. We were having some problems one night around three in the morrning and we called him and having to go to work at six in the morring he still gets on and doesnt get off untill everything was fixed. Now I'm not trying to put you in a negative light Exodus, because I'm sure you did accomplish the things you said, but you were already nominated by numerous noteworthy members. Is it really necessary to nominate yourself on top of that, even without considering it is right there in rule 2, telling you not to? C'mon bud, if anything, just leave whatever rank you hold blank. Reasoning why they deserve this - After having the pleasure of speaking with our COS multiple times now, it is quite evident why he is in the position that he is. He enjoys reaching out to KSI, but knows how to take a firm tone when necessary. He is always willing to lend his knowledge out to those willing to listen and that defines the true qualities of a leader.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Although I do not have daily interaction with ROMAN, I hear nothing but good things about him from our fellow members of KSI. His voice, although admittedly intimidating at first, is one of friendliness. We may not get to see the inner workings of our directors on a day to day basis, but I know this guy works his but off and is well worthy of this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this -Especially as of late, with all of the security issues, this member has worked around the clock in making sure that KSI is kept safe. He is constantly following up with people to make sure that issues get addressed and does so in a classy manner. If not for the pure fact of going above and beyond, his calm demeanor and respectful nature are one of a kind. This guy is more than deserving of this award.

Through thick and thin, this guy has always put his best foot forward in his attempts to become a future leader. When the General of the squad was not around to handle matters, this member took hold of his position and did what was necessary to keep the squad functional. In doing so, he went above and beyond all expectations and positional requirements to be the best he could be.

Reasoning why they deserve this - As one of the most respectful KSI members I have met to date, this girl is one of a kind. She stands up for what she believes in, no matter who is on the receiving end. The key point, is that her beliefs are what makes a quality member in KSI. She is constantly looking for ways to keep the squad active and just having a good time, whether through her weekly game nights, or just her friendly demeanor. I have the utmost respect for this member and believe that this nomination is long past due.

He is always friendly and respectful, but doesn't mind a completely informal conversation either. I feel that this member exemplifies the true beginnings of an excellent leader and has true potential to achieve whatever he puts his mind to.

He is always looking to become better than he already is (which certainly cannot be easy) and strives for nothing but the best. This guy is a very hard worker in all aspects of what he does for KSI and for that, I feel that this award is rightfully nominated in his name.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I personally witnessed this member sit in parties with his General for HOURS on end, helping him figure out squad tag issues, getting members' profiles adjusted properly, you name it. He is like a fly on poop when it comes to learning new things from his General, because of his genuine fondness to learn more and become a future leader in KSI. I look forward to seeing what this guy can do as a leader in KSI some day, because the only thing that would be able to stand in his way would be himself, and if I know this guy like I believe I do, that certainly will not be an issue!

Reasoning why they deserve this - I don't even know where to start to be honest. She motivates and promotes others to participate and do great in clan ops on COD Elite and occasionally rewards them for doing good. To give you an idea, Global 1 (the first KSI created elite clan) is sitting at lvl 49 and she has motivated her members to shoot up the ranks catching to lvl 42 in just a few weeks! Literally one of the most active and productive members in FTLA and continues to spread that good KSI knowledge around officially. Sound & knowledgeable mentor to many. She exhibited excellent leadership skills this month as she always does. Particularly wanted to mention how quickly she takes care of things. When she says she's going to do something, you can bet your everything that she's going to get it done. Very professional and has earned the respect of many this month as well as many previous months by simply being the proactive & productive member she is.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Recently appointed to Dark Legions as Director and is already making waves to better the division in a huge way. Dove head first into some heavy issues and took care of them all in a timely efficient manner. Addresses each member with respect and makes himself approachable. Has come up with some great ideas on how to better the division and have already been implemented. Recently helped Global 1 members this past weekend in a big way by assisting other members using tailored custom classes that support the others. He's doing a good job over there especially over the last month with getting members the necessary training they need and handling member issues quickly. He has made himself available on and off the xbox to ensure every member is taken care of. He puts so much into DL that he tends to go overboard with his above-and-beyond efforts. A great leader. Reasoning why they deserve this - He was once the big man on campus in Dark Legions for a reason and you don't make it there without proving yourself several times over. He continues to do so on a regular basis as Founder in the newly created division Royal Prophecy. Has come up with some outstanding ideas to foster morale within the division such as "Squad of the Month" pushing game nights and outright making the best decisions for his division. Him being the founder is obviously working as Royal Prophecy is experiencing some huge morale boosts and having a sense of self/squad/div pride. He's doing a great job and should certainly be recognized.

Oddly enough the morning of my promotion I had been playing with her and thought "wow for QueenJess 7 she's not scary at all... in fact I like her", but when I got my promotion, she sent me a message that did nothing but make me feel appreciated and valued and served as a major boost to my confidence in my ability to handle my new responsibilities. Wow is this one simple. Doc is still with KSI after dealing with a situation that must have been horribly frustrating on a personal level. It is a measure of both his natural ability to lead and organize and his dedication to KSI that I never for a second worried that what happened with Demise and my former co-CPTs would cause permanent damage because I knew that Doc simply wouldn't let it happen. I am speaking from a similar perspective having such a long history with both the Squad and people involved so I know how upsetting it was. But Doc fixes thing. That's his job with the Marines (literally) and that's the strength he brings to KSI. I value his advice more than anyone else's.

Oh how lucky I am. With MIX3R as my 1CPT I don't worry about things so much. He always shows a willingness to think before acting, to seek out ways to fix problems before they occur, to be accessible to even the newest RCT, to run my HH team the way a HH team should be run and to be a good friend. One of the major things that impressed me was how active a role MIX3R has taken on since his promotion to CPT. I've known him since my first day in KSI and he always struck me as kind of reserved, maybe even shy but as soon as he was placed in a position where he had to be authoritative and pro-active I find him posting 3-4 times a day on the forums, setting up practice times for the HH team, keep track of what's going on with the other Squads in our DIV and generally doing everything a CPT should do. No one deserves this more.
