I don't know if you have to be a specific rank but I will get 5 members to post here if that's ok. Reason- I've tried my hardest to connect and teach all of my privates-Staff sergeants the fundamentals of how to be a good leader, and many of them have said and put on their bio that I am one of their mentors.
