Roman is online 24/7 and if he is not online he is still communicating through text and the forums. Heck this guy goes on vacation with his Xbox. Of late I have been contacting Roman with transfers, meetings and other things and he is quick, to the point and always deals with the problem with NO favoritism [doesn't always work out for me ]. Roman has repetitively given me advice and he's the first one to say good job and thank you. KSIxXxAtree86Xx is that one guy that you all know. You know, that guy that plays all the sports, but when he's got free time he's playing video games. He works hard and everyone seems to love him. I'm going to cut straight to the point. Atree is going to be a future leader of KSI. This kid is freakin crazy. Gets up everyday at like 7am, gets on xbox to recruit/mentor, goes to football practice, gets home for an hour to recruit/mentor, goes to baseball scrimiage, comes home to xbox to play with everyone, goes to baseball again, comes home and plays, recruits and mentors till midnight, 1am. HE DOES THIS EVERYDAY. It is crazy to think that one kid can do so much. If you asked what inspired him, it was me and my mouth. He said that one time I mentioned a list of names that everyone can look to and see as someone they can rely on, and he was not on that list. Like magic this guy blew up. He never seems to not be apart of something that I host or recomend. He never seems to not be online or recruiting and mentoring. Recently I split my squad into a new one. And I proudly sent Atree there because I know that wherever he goes good things will come of it. Not only is he one of my hardest workers but my best friends. This guy will go at no end to help build the squad he is in and I'll be damned to not see him at the next General spot after they split. Atree deserves this award for his dedication and his spirit. He works extremly hard whether its midnight or noon. I see him in a party with someone new everyday and he brings his recruits to meet me. He isnt afraid to work outside of his squad to better KSI. For instance, Anarchy has been sitting at 100 members for about 2 or 3 weeks now and could split whenever but COURAG3OUS has choose not to because he can help out other squads first. He has been helping out squads such as Finale, Nuclear, and Echo, who are now on the right track, get their numbers up to help them from being shut down. He goes out and mentors his lower ranking members so that they can turn out to be leaders that LS and even KSI needs. And he could easily be a Co-Founder for the way he runs Anarchy. ESM has never even looked for rank out of what he does, he could care less if he is a Pvt or a Cpt he will work the same way that amazes the LS leadership. ESM is the top trainer in Nuclear by far and is respected for his work by the leadership and ESM is a future 7 for LS, easily. Priest this is a great thanks for taking a chance on a gamer in their late 40's (yes you can still love to game once you reach midlife to all you teens and twenty year olds lol) since my stroke and brain damage (if you meet me I'm just a little slow playing and my speech is just a little off) playing video games were supposed to be a helpful "medication" to get my hand eye coordination back, well a lot of people on Xbox are not too nice if you are not "good" at the game and I was call several names so on and so forth until I ran across a recruitment party for KSI, KSI Cupid got Priest77 involved and I was told we don't treat people like that here at KSI. He and Cupid talked me in to joining and I went from 6 friends to 80 in no time. I have gotten to stop taking some of the medications, and because of talking to my team mates all the time my speech problems are almost gone. My wife says it's like having a part of her life back because of the things that I can now do for myself. As a gen there are alot of responsibilities and it makea it alot easier haveing someone like panther to be there to help out ans take over when i cannot be there LTS-KSI Huckleberry/KSI Gwood/ET Reason. He is a great person in general and took me under his wing in the old days when i had times and still saw a shine in me which is one major reason i stayed and came back. Prodigy really knows whatt he is doing and i can easily say without a studder he is the best Founder a Division could ask for. He has taken the time to not just listen to ideas or suggestions I've brought to him, but if one of those suggestions or ideas had merit (in the eyes of both him and our CoFo iBOMBz 7), he has gone ahead and implemented them. While I appreciate this greatly, what impresses me the most is how he has made a sincere effort to get to know not just the GENs in charge of his squads, but also the CPTs who run the squads on a day to day basis. Making an effort to show those below you that you value their opinions and trust in their ability to perform their duties is, in my eyes, exactly the type of leadership that getting a new Division up and running requires. Examples: Inlcuding 1CPTs in GEN meetings to both get them ready to be GENs themselves but also to make sure they are fully up to speed in case they have to step in for their GEN at a moments notice. Introducing himself personally to the JR Officers in RP Squads. Encouraging inter-Squad communication. Not fixing what ain't broken - he has shown that if the officers in a Squad had demonstrated their ability to handle (most) situations appropriately, he has exhibited his trust in us to continue to do so. Addendum to above: This attitude has really made officers in my Squad feel as though they are respected, they are listened to and that their effort and work is truly appreciated. The respect I have for my previous CoFo means that my expectations were high and so far BOMBz has proved to be superb. He has actively fostered a culture of mutual respect in RP using an approach very similar to Skillz. He has sought out the opinions and ideas of his CPTs. He has gone out of his way to keep me informed about what is going on in the Division as a whole. His advice and leadership has been spot on and his leadership style has greatly enhanced the morale amongst officers within my Squad. Examples: Getting to know us individually. Readily providing his contact information not only helps problems get solved quickly, but also fosters a spirit of unity and goes a long way towards ending perceptions of favoritsm. Insisting on an end to fast promotions and supporting (and taking an active role) in training SSGs for their promotion to LT and LTs to CPTs. Giving JR Officers a voice adds to the feeling that, in RP, your work as a LT or a CPT is not take for granted. General Gamertag - KSI WARS / GENERAL Warlords RP Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/index.php?/user/3015-ksi-wars/ Reasoning why the deserve this - WARS has been my General for nearly my entire tenure in KSI. He has proven himself to be fair, and in my opinion, is a large reason why Warlords has had such an easy transition into our new Division. He has promomoted capable officers, and most importantly, he has trusted them to do their jobs correctly. I attribute a large part of the success and growth of the Squad to his personal leadership and the trust he placed in the people he picked to get done what needed to be done. Examples: Loyalty amongst officers - Officers in Warlords felt valued and respected. We felt as though we enjoyed the trust of our GEN and thus we weren't afraid to take initiative and not only fix problems before they turned into crisis, but also to take actions to keep problems from developing in the first place. No Demotions of CPTs - WARS picked a total of 4 CPTs from the time Warlords split from Demise to the time we moved from DL to RP. Of those CPTs 2 are now GENs and the other 2 are 1CPTs. WARS showed us the right way to run a squad and we profited from it. Selection as "GF" Squad of RP: Warlords was thought highly enough to be the GF Squad of the new division created from the DL split. That right there speaks volumes about his job as our GEN. Reasoning- Atree never fails to do his job, he's always there to help around, even though he plays two sports. He always motivates other members.
