When I became a General, I took over Unity GZ. Upon taking it over, I lost 20 members of fluff in the first week and a half. I rebounded and motivated my fellow squad members to help grow. We had constant activities, and proved to be a bastion of stability in GZ. We split after only a month and a half. Over the next month and a half, the squad remained stable.

I then became a Co-Founder in GZ. Within the first week of KSI, a new Co-Founder was also promoted up, and Mufasa 7 moved up to Founder. After the fellow Co-Fo promotion, she had to leave for 2 weeks to go on vacation. During that time, Mufasa had military obligations for a 5 day span. I was the only Co-Fo, in charge of 6 squads, for the 2 week duration, and was the only 7 other than the Div Leader for 5. I hosted SGT workshops during this time to help train upcoming leaders, as well.

I then came up with the "Member of the Week" idea and was approved to implement it. This idea has seen an increase in production, activity, and morale within the division. The first month of the idea will be wrapping up this weekend with a raffle for Microsoft points.

I got my wisdom teeth removed, and although painful to talk, I continued contributing to my division. During this period, a General had to leave due to complications between KSI and real-life work. I have been the acting General over the squad for the last 2 weeks, and have seen the squad gain 20 members in that period. Also, activities in that squad have surged, morale is higher, and the future looks bright.

Not sure if it matters, but I also did receive "Co-Founder of the Month" for June.

I will attest to all that imperium has said. Since being in his current co founder position imperium continually shows what dedication to KSI is all about weather it be going to extra mile to come up with new ways and programs to make GZ run more efficiently or just motivating members to better themselves. He has sacrificed countless hours/days unselfishly to the betterment and growth of GZ and I full heatedly believe he deserves these awards

He has done more for his division and for KSI as a whole then most members. He is constantly putting effort into improving not only himself but everything he is involved in. He is a great help to even the AAP. Sorry I not a man of many words but he is defiantly worthy of this award.
