Reasoning why the deserve this - Much like DoubleJ, Coden has worked his rear off with the fellow LS 7's to getting it back up to the division it once was. He worked with every General as to making their squads work toward LS's success. And with all that he still has some time to be a great mentor to the lower ranks in LS.

Reasoning why the deserve this - The reason as to why Doubles should be given this award is because of the fact that he went through hell and back to get LS back up to the division it once was. He worked day and night to get LS from a fleet division back up to armada and having the largest division in KSI. DoubleJ is also a role model to lower ranks. I know for a fact that I couldnt be the Co-Founder that I am today with out him.

Reasoning why the deserve this The reason that he deserves this award is that he seemed to have done the impossible with Nuclear LS. After it split with Anarchy and had lost me due to promotion, Nuclear slipped down to about 30-33 members and was at risk for being shut down. So the LS 7's had decided to send him over to this dying squad and see how he does. Well he by far did way over our expections. He was gotten Nuclear more active on the forums then it ever was, gotten the members to be motivated enough to stick around, and his brought this squad up to about 65-68 members in the two weeks as General. He personally mentors his SGT and SSGT to get them to actually be quality members for an officer squad. No one expect this to occur

Reasoning why the deserve this Reasoning is that Courag3ous has gotten Anarchy LS up to 100 members twice as General since it was split out of Nuclear LS. He has helped me with training KSI Legendz (Finale LS General) and KSI Redhawk (Finale LS 2CPT) to getting ready for General spots. He works hard at promoting recruiting and has helped out other squads, such as Crusades LS, at getting their numbers up to a stable number.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Reasoning is that Nightlock is one of the few LS officers (at the time) who actually knew their duties of their rank and even more. When DoubleJ and I found the problem in LS with not quality officers Nightlock amazed the two of us. She knew every little detial about being a CPT, and that rubbed off in her work in Nuclear. She has also been working in Nuclear, much like Slash, at getting it more active and more leaders to arise. By far see amazed LS in the way that she impacts LS as a whole and also her own lower ranks.

Reasons why he should receive this award: KSI ANATOMY 7 is the most influential role model I have yet to meet in KSI. When i was tasked with the job of getting nuclear back up in numbers he helped me day in and day out through general training. I couldnt have helped nuclear as well as i have if it wasnt for anatomy. Also he is always around to help anyone in LS not just the squad he is over. He is not above talking to captains or lieutenants. Like i said previously i wouldnt be were i am without anatomy.

Reasoning why they deserve this -

KSI ImPeRiium 7 proves on a daily basis that he is setting the standard for what future leaders in KSI should look like. When I think about great leaders in KSI, I see Impy becoming more and more like them every day. It is rare to see someone dedicate the time, effort, and affection to KSI as ImPeRiiuM does. It is evident to me, and the other members in GZ, as well as whoever comes into contact with him, that he is KSI to the core, and would do anything for her. During the last month, Impy has taken controll of not only his own squads in GZ, but also been taking the other squads under his wing while the other co-fo was on vacation without anyone asking. I 100% support this member for this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this-

Last month the leadership of GZ had decided to merge Solace into another squad due to its General leaving, diminishing numbers, and having doubts about its officer staff being able to step up and bring the squad back . KSI Centuriate, a captain at the time, begged and pleaded for the opportunity to take control over the squad and bring it back to its former glory. We agreed that we would give him 2 weeks to "impress" us, and nothing could have prepared us for what happened. Within 3 1/2 weeks, centuriate rallied his squad and brought them from 37 members to 61 members and produced more activities, game nights, and cohesion then that squad had seen in months. Through his dedication and time, Solace is flourishing and looking to split within the next 5-6 weeks, all because of this man.

Reasoning why they deserve this-

I dont even know where to begin. This man is everything to me, and GZ. This man has every skill that a leader needs to have. This man is involved and humble enough to talk to the newer recruits, involve himself in game nights, and random party troll just to see how divisions are doing. On the opposite spectrum, he is knowledgeable of KSI, Code of Conduct, and has the resources, patience, leadership, and insight to squash large small and large problems alike. When promoted to Director, i was actually upset because I thought i would not be able to see him as much anymore, but this is not the case. He is involved as ever and it is extremely obvious to anyone that has the honor of crossing his path, that he has and always will have the interest of KSI as his upper-most priority.

Reasoning why the deserve this - This guy right here is probably the most dedicated member I have seen here in KSI. Not only does he go out of his way to help the divisions he covers, but he has no fear in helping others in need from across the community. He comes down and associates with many members in his divisions, which is an asset. He juggles a job, with Web-Ops, and his responsibility as leading GZ, CE, and FI. He epitomizes what KSI stands for, and sets a goal that all underneath him should strive to be. He is a great leader, but an even better person, and I know that any member that has had the privilege to serve with him, would agree whole-hardheartedly with these sentiments.

What reason doesn't Mufasa deserve this award? His dedication to the division is an inspiration to us all. He tirelessly spends hours talking on the phone, texting, and messaging members trying to solve problems. He took the bull by the horns when issues in one of GZ's squads threatened the integrity of the division. He put his neck out and defended those who committed no wrong, and dedicated himself to fixing the situation at any and all costs. He never refuses a party invite from the members and will always provide a helping hand. He has set forth a pattern of success and excellence that has diffused through the division, infecting members at will with dedication to compete and achieve success.

Reasoning why the deserve this -

It is hard to imagine that I would be writing this endorsement, if I was asked a few months ago. However, Payton has been the poster child for improvement and maturity as he has spent more time in KSI. As with any maturation process, there have been hiccups along the way, but those have not deterred Payton from going where he wants to go. At the beginning of June, he was asked to step up from his Major spot in Courage to become General. The squad has been stagnant in numbers and activities. Taking over with the squad at 55 members, Payton was shoved in to a place where uncertainty reigned. He has taken this opportunity, and has quickly adapted to the position. He currently is the General over, what I would consider to be, the smoothest run Halo squad in GZ. Sitting at 74 members with active game nights, great recruiting, and a positive attitude that runs free through his squad, Payton has been the spark that ignited the growth and improvement in the squad. Without him, I don't know where Courage would be, though it would be hard to imagine it doing as well as it is. Payton is still growing and molding his leadership style with those he is surrounded by, but his immense improvement and his affection for his squad members (along with their love and dedication towards HIM) is an example future leaders need to take to heart.

Reasoning why the deserve this -

Shade has taken a lead role in establishing Solace as a steady squad. He has introduced new and innovative ideas in to GZ that has increased the functionality. He has brought forth the use of the 'Titanpad' for meeting notes so that all officers can view the notes simultaneously and make notes and/or corrections. It creates a great layout for the notes to be displayed on the forums, as well. He also created 'Game Night Commissioners' whom circulate to make sure activites and gamenights are running smoothly and efficiently. Shade brings and excitement and dedication to KSI, and shwos great potential to rocket up through the ranks and prove his ability to lead at any level. He makes things personal, and is always willing to lend a helping hand to any member in need.

Jones has been a fast riser in Courage. He has taken charge of the squad when issues come up, and often squash them when they appear. He has a complex and detailed idea of leadership and how squads are supposed to run. He is an active member within not only his squad, but the division as a whole. He participates in game nights, recruited, trains, mentors, and problem solves when the need arises. He spends nights and early mornings (as early as 5 am) to help other members deal with issues, both in KSI, and in their real, personal lives. He holds dear the goals and concepts that KSI was built on: Family, community, gaming, knowledge, strength, and integrity. He is a name to keep an eye on, as he strives to improve each and every day.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Luci puts in the time to keep the forums clear of issues. When problems have arisen involving applications in the 'Join KSI' section, or when a member is breaking the Code of Conduct in an open and disingenuous way, Luci jumps to the aide of the members. Even when he is working off of little-to-no sleep, he still works thoroughly and diligently to correct whatever issue arises on the forums. I have personally witnessed his dedication to KSI and the KSI Forums, and believe he is deserving of this award.

Reasoning why the deserve this -KSI COURAG3OUS does many things for many ppl.He started out with about 20 ppl and got to splitting range with in 2 weeks of the squad being formed.Then we split into Finale LS and were down to about 60 members. In another two weeks we are currnetly sitting at 100 member on the squad tag.Hes always playing with everyone within his squad as well as other squads .He starts ups custom games.He helps run the Sniper SWAT and Griffball team greatly.He pushes recruiting like no other believe me I know.Hes always trying to make our squad as fun as possible. Hes always on the squad tag sending out messages to update people on diffeent things. He gets along greatly with other members in our squad I talk to people and everybody likes him. He will solve problems and sitiuations that occur reguraly.If it wasnt for COURAG3OUS Anarchy LS would not be here today.He takes pride in what he does for His squad.He runs meeting smoothingly and makes everybody crack up at the meetings.Hes real easy going and makes all of his members feel welcome and have it so they belong in KSI.If anybody deserves this award it would be KSI COURAG3OUS Gen of Anarchy LS.

Reasoning why the deserve this - She has ran her squad and helped everyone (some not even in her squad OR division) to get their job done... She deserves this more than anyone because on top of all of the Clan ops she does she Runs the News team and is probably the most active member on the forums out of everyone. She is one of the hardest working members in KSI as a whole.

Reasoning why the deserve this - This Person Is The Most Respected Person I Seen In KSI I Can Not Explan Why I Think N1NJA Should Get This Award With Out Making Less Than 5 Post But Ima Try To Make This Short And Sweet Lol =D. Reasoning why the deserve this - Imperiium is one of the members who i will stick by no matter what. In The middle of june GZ's Founder and Other Co-Fo both were out for a week leaving poor lil impy to rip and run every were with in this time i have talk to him alot and been ask to hold on and invite him in a few so he can talk and help out any and every squad in GZ with this going on he still manage to motivate me and the other members of GZ i truly will say that Imperiium is the best leader i have every talk to if i had to pick between him getting this award and stepping down form my general spot or even leaving KSI I whould do it in a heart beat. He is also one of the few people that i will be willing to bow down and respect with no questions asked.

Reasoning why the deserve this - This member is somone i talk to every now and then and i have seen his assst his best and worst i was in a game of his were a member of his squad was getting out of uniform and T-Bagging like crazy and his general was not on, even as his general was offline that was taken care of with in the 1st two mins. it happen he was a quick responder to the task at hand and let his other officers and General know right away what was going on and how he took care of it. People that work like this, are the members that make people get offline knowing the fact that there squad is in good hands i whould like to see him as general in KSI real soon.

Reasoning why the deserve this - This members is 1 out of 500 members that has that get up and go attitude if you have a problem he will try his hardest to take it into his own hands. No ones perfect but this member is dam close to it if we had more people like him in our squad we will be one of the best squads. He helps all members and encourages all to change there name. I have seen/Heard him give microsoft points to people to change there name if you were in a squad that was doing bad he can bring them up for sure. I will be keeping a close eye on him and has the heart and knowledge to be one of the greatest leaders ever and also with officers like the one i have here is who motivates me to extend my goals and our squads.
