Prodigy is our IA Officer and is always keeping an eye out for threats, aswell as doing everything he can to help out the division. Outstanding Service (Level 1) - This guy puts in his all for his division and constantly works to better his squads. This man right here is a guy to look out for in the future. (CE has no Co-Div or Div) There are no more witnesses from within the division above his rank to vouch for Outstanding Service (LVL 1). How would this be handled? Never Better 4 Posted June 28, 2012 Report Share Posted June 28, 2012 I witness Prodigy for all, he is in fact my mentor as well as many others in my division, he has trained me in everything from being a good SGT to being an effective General/leader, his service and assistance is stellar, I need not go far to get a question or situation handled or for advice on anything. The way I understand a mentor is someone who takes you aside, takes the time to teach and advise you on everything you have a question on and then more, will listen to your suggestions and critique them in the areas they need to be, equips you with the knowledge you need to become a better leader, and a better Member in KSI, gives you credit when credit is do, and helps you with mistakes you make along the way. A Mentor is someone you can always go to and trust to handle any situation you may have, and will always look out for you. I am proud to say that Prodigy is my mentor and the only member in KSI I feel met my personal prerequisite for the title of Mentor. It goes without saying I believe that he has assisted me above and beyond the minimal expectations of a KSI member, and that goes for many members in my squad who he has assisted along side me when he could have just let me deal with it alone. He makes himself available for Members in KSI. Not only did Prodigy teach me how to train, but he also helped me create my own method of training Members. I believe that in all areas, Mentor, Trainer, and Member Assister, he has not only succeeded but has shown truly Outstanding Performance. He was calm, cool, and collected all of the time. My first week of having KSI in my name I never received so much information in my life. Prodigy was respectful to everyone, I often found myself in private parties with just Prodigy, learning something about KSI. Whether it was the original meaning of the 7 in Higher ups names, or how a squad works. I was always learning something new. I contribute 75% of my Major's emblem to Prodigy. He was a great General, a great mentor, a fantastic team player, a good friend as well, not to mention how extremely successful he is at the Co-Founder rank. I await the day for Prodigy to be even higher up. He's one of the greatest leaders in KSI, I attest to that. He made me a good leader. As a former military man, I have a certain respect for those who carry their rank well, Prodigy is one of those people. He can handle any situation with the utmost collectivism. I'm not surprised in the slightest that he's being nominated for these awards, he deserves them 100%. Furthermore, the officers in my squad take me as their mentor and look up to me for the simple fact that I have a lot of knowledge about KSI. The reason? I had Prodigy as MY mentor. I know he has multiple people that have put his name as mentor on their profile....Also, he has so much outstanding service its ridiculous. The guy has always been there when we needed him and kicked butt doing it.......He deserves member assistance as well because I remember when we lost a general and asked him if he would leave the current squad and go to a whole new one he said he would do anything if it helps out the division. That made me very happy seeing he had very few people that he knew at the new division and all his buddies at the current one. This guy would bend over backwards for any member in KSI.
