I believe I have gone above and beyond to spend extra time with those who required and/or asked for extra help to be successful in their endeavors here in KSI Member Assistance: Throughout my time here I have made it a point to observe and learn everything that has been presented to me both formally and informally. KSI CHAOS 7 109 Posted June 8, 2012 Report Share Posted June 8, 2012 Here as a witness for some of these: Silver outstanding service: Not sure if he has to have outstanding service first or not that is a AAP call but I can agree I have seen ALOT of great things from this member going above and beyond his job and has had the chance to build a division from the ground up after a few issues and now is helping run a successful split off that division. Member Assistance: I can vouch for this he has helped me tweak some of my own approaches to doing things based on his style of leadership and how he runs things. In order to qualify for silver outstanding a member must have regular outstanding correct? If so I agree that he rightfully deserves an outstanding service award. Priest has built successful squads to enable his division to sustain a solid member base producing several great leaders. His structured and detail oriented approach has in turn caused him some bumps along the way, but from what I can see, he has taken each as a learning experience and not only pushed himself to be better but inspired others to do so as well. He has gone above and beyond his duties in every position he's held to make sure that he not only provided training but also incentive for members to gain experience by doing. Member Assistance: I can definitely vouch for this one. Not only has he established himself as a wealth of knowledge for those he's leading, but also for everyone he sees is in need of assistance. Just as Chaos has said, Priest has an uncanny ability to offer constructive criticism as well as general guidance. Priest is one of those people, who sees everyone as equals, which makes it really easy to talk to him or ask him for help. Master recruiter: Absolutely yes. If there was a Master of Master Recruiter I would nominate him for that. lol He not only has recruited people on his own, but has also offered incentive countless times to give members a chance to boost their own recruiting numbers.
