Awoken Lucifer 393 Posted June 6, 2012 Report Share Posted June 6, 2012 lol you're the 3rd head, you can actualy award people........so......well currently 2nd....i was planning on looking over our current non fired staff and raising 1 up to cohead.....so that my poor ass isnt the only dam one being moaned at about awards. ...lol cos on like things i can insta award.....the rest of them i need either their division members to post...or more evidence. or the major hold back...majority of aap to actualy post....thats the real reason alot of it doesnt go promptly...becuase staff slack..... Awoken Lucifer 393 Posted June 16, 2012 Report Share Posted June 16, 2012 I was thinking to stop the amount of favoritism that we get yelled at so much why not get one representative from each division so that we can verify things much faster. its been tried....several times.....thats ironicly why jes and chaos stepped out of AAP. becuase they were concerned with any of their votes or decisions being views by ass wipes who felt it was faveritism. i have done and always have gone with who i know is doing their stuff...and also by the evidence posted. regardless of diversity....if anything im byassed against LB members who post up. same as when i was in LS i actualy activly went against allowing anyof them to win in majority votes...i remember one where airborn posted oh look favertism LS wont awards... (ironicly no LS winners were pressent in those particular results becuase id felt none of them had out performed those who had won.) its also why i have alot of distaste for aap staff nominating their friends for things....or voting on their own divisions....becuase i have heard the bish rants from other divisions who saw aap staff voting for themselfs....or only those in their division...despite the evidence stacked infavor of the people who dominated for skill and performance.. we can only be accused of faveratism as long as we do it.....hense why i go quiet on apps from people i personaly know for so long......to allow resounding evidence to be placed so people really cant say Poop all about it......last time i picked a entire of the months winners alone..nobody said Poop all about it becuase i was fair with it and actualy balenced it to the skilled and out rightly those who were the underdog (member of the month) its why i pushed a while back for each division to have their own of the months. then from those we vote and find out who of those members are the overall members of the month....basicly praising more....but then sticking some of them above the others. I would think that is more their problem then ours. If they don't know what is going on in their own community, they will be biased towards their own people and assume everyone else is doing the same. In the time i've been in KSI, i think i've only nominated like 3 people for of the months.
