KSIPROPHECY7 44 Posted September 3 Report Share Posted September 3 Senior Leader: KSI Swag 77: Despite his hours at work Swag always makes time for the community. He has done a wonderful job making our discord. He makes sure the 7s staff feels supported and he makes sure to answer any questions you may have. He often wakes up to check on our discord to make sure things are ok and if an officer or members leave he wants to know why so we can continue to improve and make things better. Swag may not always agree with your perspective but he is always willing to listen. KSI would not be what it is today without his efforts. When it comes down to explaining and teaching a higher leadership, how things are done this guy is a monster. When he situations come about, he somehow changes the energy into good energy, like Houdini has nothing on this guy, is almost like magic . He also love chicken wings with hot sauce like I do. He’s really good at what he do and he’s a very good support for the entire KSI community. swag is amazing at explaining how to do stuff and is amazing at giving confidence in not inly the 7s but the officers and members also swag is an awesome person to be around he always makes time with ksi and always does what's best for the community. Never giving up on KSI. From what hear we have been on a downfall for the past few year but swag held is own to save the community we all love He makes the time, with his IRL time. He does his duties and make sure everyone else does theirs. Even with all the stuff he does, He parties and games with the members. Extremely hard working, dedicated to the people and works hard to make sure everything is running smooth within the discord and within the community as a whole. KSI Slick 7: HE DESERVES THIS AWARD FOR THE SOUL FACT THE HE HAS DETICATED HIS BEING TO KSI AND IN MY TENURE I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BETTER SR DIR THAN HIM. This gentleman has been put through the ringer and despite all the odds he came back and after just a few days of catching up he came in swinging, implementing new changes which i feel were for the better of KSI, He is a boon of knowledge for those seeking it and is still willing to get down and dirty and help squads when needed. Slick is a great mentor and someone i can look up to as we share a lot of similar taste when it comes to how we treat folks. where to start well I know slick recently just had to deal with a reset IRL and even with the reset he's done his best to still be around and support Everyone where needed, he is very inspirational to a lot of members/officers within the community he also helps to keep us grounded and keeps us on the bigger picture while having things kept in order, ive seen him literally be the difference in whether someone stays or goes multiple times and id say 80% of those situations the people who where on the fence stays because slick knows how to light a fire in people in a good way and when you talk to slick you'll find he doesn't really do sugar coating but he isn't rude with it and keeps to the point or stays on the objective at hand and I dont think this community would be the same without his influence. Leader: KSIPROPHECY7: Despite being one of the newer 7s Prophecy has had a huge impact on our organization. His eye for details helps keeps everyone on their toes. He has put up with being shuffled around to different squads that needed him in different ways until we settled on his current squad. I am so glad that no only had he returned to the community last year but that he decided to step up. A very good friend that you can always trust and rely on. Also, he is a very good teacher. And when it comes down to serious situations, he’s always fierce and ready to take any challenge head on. And I’m not saying all of this because he threatened to punch me in the face.😅 HIS LEADERSHIP STYLE IS ONE OF MANY THAT YOU DONT SEE ANYMORE HE LEADS FROM THE FRONT INSTED OF BEING TYRANT. Prophecy has been a boon to me as a General in that even with how busy his schedule is, with work, life, family KSI etc., he always makes time out of his day every day to check in with me and see what he can do to help not only me but my squad. The man will stay up later than he should and sacrifice sleep just to help out or host a gamenight. He is a stickler for detail and a logistics master, he's made the spreadsheet not only simpler to update but easier to manage. To say that I'm appreciative of him is an understatement, he's helped me grow as a General and taken a heavy burden off my shoulders as someone that listens and goes out of their way to help me. Always being understanding while holding everyone accountable. Really knows how to walk the line of nice but still holding everyone to the KSI standard. Despite his work schedule being over nights he has found ways to always interact with members and always finds time to game with members and to make sure they feel welcomed in the community. Been a very good mentor with the things I have been through and has helped get me on the right track to being a great person as a whole, very selfless and thinks of others more so than himself. Prophecy has been a great asset to KSI, as he steps up when ever he is needs. He takes on more than he should and has proven time and time again that he can handle anything that is thrown at him. He has shown great growth in learning to control his attitude and has shown no matter what the situation is he is willing, and able to do what is needed for the best of CS Division. He is willing to work on the things that we need to make ourselves better members and leaders for CS. Prophecy has worked tirelessly to help get Oblivion back on track as well as ensuring the officers are well trained and members fell apart of a family. That is why I believe he deserves this award! KSI HEFNER 7: Reason they deserve it is because that have been going out of their way to help their officers and squad get things done. Been helping them out when they need it. They are willing to explain this different ways if someone doesn't understand something. HEFNER has helped so many people open there eyes on things in a different light where it makes it impossible to not think about it and make a change for the better. He is always there to answers that question or to give you that nudge that is needed to keep moving forward in a better way. Even though he is wearing two hats that doesn't stop him from giving that advise to a general that is well needed or giving his a squad what they need. Reason this man is always running around in parties and discord vc not to mention he has to be doing something right to get nominated for os2. KSI Akame 77: where to start well ive watched akame get shipped around the squads quite abit and which was starting to have an effect on his performance because it was hard to be grounded while being pulled everywhere but while recently being told he's staying overseeing ES hes gotten grounded and stuck in and hes already been turning the squad around and getting it back on track activity's increased majorly from what it was and people know they can go to him for anything they may need help with or even just to hang out he has deffo been leading by example over there and i feel its rubbing off in a good way ofc. General: KSI Tiger 77: KSI Tiger 77 is the heart of her squad. She is the reason why her squad is so successful when it comes to member retention. She also pushes herself and her officers to recruit even though she isn't the most comfortable doing so. The game nights for her squad usually have at least half if not all of her members available participating on some level. She is always willing to learn new things even if its not easy for her. I am so proud of how far she has come words cannot express how much I appreciate her as a person and what she does as a leader and a general of her squad. for always being there when needed. plus answering questions we have or directing us to the right place. where to start so tiger is a lil like me when it comes to discord hates it because of the issues that come with it etc. but yet ive seen her making the strides to use it alot more than she has been doing her squad is full of alot of people who get annoyed with discord because of the issues discord has and even they are using it abit more often that they were could it be better ofc but she knows this and is working on this she cares about the people in her squad but right now her member retention is where its at the squads gn's you'll find that they have over half there squad if not most of there squad attends gn's meetings ect they may even be looking to split somewhere down the line which i hope she continues to make strides to improve on the areas she know needs improvements and that she keeps up the good work. Reason she runs the squad the way it needs to be ran to not lose members. KSI Fire38: KSI Fire (General if Valkyrie)fire has had slips up in the past but he has always tried his hardest and has always tried to do what's best for the community this man has been getting in trouble at work just to make sure his squad is perfect and in order I have never seen someone like fire have so much motivation and determination to do what he loves and im honored to stand by him he deserves all the thanks for being a awesome person as well as a officer. Makes sure all squad is active. Activity responds to questions or concerns where needed. Do to his work hours being increased recently he has worked to communicate with officers and members he has found ways to also increase member activities within the squad chat and in vc as long with Xbox parties as well. fire has to much drive and so much determination he is always here to help regarding of his work schedule he is always up to teach somebody and despite his ups and downs he will always been seen as a amazing leader. great to getting to the point of things needing to happen and is amazing to be around to just have fun with and talk to. KSI Azrael 7: I'm going to be completely honest here Az got the short straw a year ago and even though he has been put down month after month some how he still fights with every breath in his body to ensure Oblivion is a successful squad, many have their doubts about this gentleman but i feel that doubt fuels him (and a swift kick in the ass once in awhile doesn't hurt ) Azrael continues to put forth any effort he can and i know he will not go down lightly and without a fight. giving me the freedom to help run oblivion to be the best we can be KSI HEFNER 7: This guy is literally taking on two positions at the same time. He’s very patient and also relaxed.. never seen him back down from any problem. Very good at advising members and officers. Captains: KSI Hatrid: Although Hatrid had a bit of a rough start and had to make some cultural adjustments when it comes to language etc.. he is fast becoming the center of activity for Valkyrie. The officers and members of that squad know they can come to him with any issue or personal concern and he tries to handle it as properly as he can. I continues to ask questions and is always willing to go above and beyond to help his fellow members and officers I am super proud of this young man and cant wait to see what the future holds for him as he continues to grow and learn here. This guy has a lot of strength and persistence. He came a very long way from being a shy sergeant all the way up to an awesome captain. he’s very good at teaching and training members to be the best rather than being for recruiting or how to be a perfect officer. If you ever need something done, he would literally be the Trump card to use. he’s also very patient and very encouraging to other members that are down or emotional. Makes sure all needs are met and assists fires with matters when he is unavailable. Quick to respond and answers questions when asked. Also a great GFX artist. I FEEL THAT HATRID IS WHAT A TRUE CAPTIAN IS HE IS ALWAYS FIRST TO VOULENTEER AND THE LAST TO LEAVE, HE DOES WHAT OTHERS WONT AND HES ALWAYS THERE IF YOU NEED TO VENT. Despite the hardship hatrid has gone through as of recently he has pushed through and showed what a captain truly is. Even with those hardships is has done his best to interact with members and made sure officers were on their A game. Even with personal life taking a toll. Hatrid has worked hard to be available as much as he could to get members active making sure Officers we doing what they needed to do and communicated to the best of his ability with fellow officers and members. been nothing but helpful in guiding me when I was a officer and would help me in every aspect of being one and guiding me on the path of being the best person I could be. KSI Fidelity: well ive seen this lovely chap be the RHM of the general and more ive seen him be there for his members no favoritism shown at all he thinks about the bigger picture a lot shown some amazing leadership quality's and the members know they can go to him if they need or want anything while following correct chain of command he makes sure that who ever he brings into the community is well informed and he sticks with them until they are comfortable to spread there wings within the community also while do his best to ensure they are well informed of the values of the community etc. I can see him going on to leading his own squad in the very close future. There is no stopping this guy even when he is sick he will put 110 percent into KSI. When he sees something that needs attention his is right on it. You ask him to do something he right on top of it. this month he has been adjusting to a new schedule with more work but that doesn't stop him from doing his duties as a CPT and then some. When you let him know there is something lacking in the squad he will be there to help brainstorm to come up with ides to help improve that area. Fidelity is always coming up with ideas to help the squad or KSI. KSI DEMON 9: Demon is originally from Valkyrie and he made the decision to go to fallen to help out and he has done a amazing job at what he does he also has teached myself how to improve as an officer and made me feel so comfortable and confident and he deserves all the thanks. Lieutenant: KSI FANTASMA: now fantasma has had some slips up in the past with his language and lack of professionalism but seeing him grow into a Awesome LT brings a tear to my eyes he has grown and transformed into not only a great friend but a awesome officer and cant wait what his future of ksi. Actively hosts game nights and makes sure everyone is on top of their game nights. Helped me lean how to host a game night by being my cohost and walked me through it. Very hard working in making sure the schedules are up and in a spot where all members know what's going on ahead of time. KSI REBEL 7: Rebel has seen many officers come and go within his squad and he stayed. It would have been so easy for him to say f this and be done but he hasn't. He has stayed and he continues to try. Rebel is open to learning and is continuing to make connections with his members. As his members get to know him they are responding in a positive manner. I hope he continues to stick it through and continues to learn. KSI CUBONE: THIS LT HAS HAD A PRETTY ROUGH START WHEN IT COMES TO BEING AN OFFICER, HOWEVER HE CONTINUES TO GROW AND LEARN AND NEVER STOPS OBTAINING KNOWLEDGE. Staff Sergeant: KSIxReaper: Although Reaper is going through some rough times in his personal life he is doing his best not to allow it to bleed into KSI. He has been trying to take every learning opportunity and workshop available. He is working on his connections with his members and is really active within the squad I cant wait to see what the future holds for him as he continues to grow as a leader. This guy is a monster when it comes down to recruiting. And he is very hungry to learn all aspect of being the greatest leader. This specific officer is a 10 out of 10. Also one of the greatest artist, I know KSI. KSI Majora: now majora joined ksi as a pretty shy individual and seeing her grow from a shy cat to a fun comfortable and kind person makes me so proud of her she has tried to hard for game nights recruiting and bringing back the fortnite game nights like they should be im so proud of her. She does a really great job interacting with the squad. ksi majora is new to officer duties but she has came so far and she is amazing to hang around with she always brings positivity to game nights and meetings and overall deserves a High five of appreciation. Very hard working, even when thing are rough and she gets overwhelmed she pushes through for the sake of the squad and the community, very kind and so fun to be around. KSI Unborn 7: The reason, why this Dude deserves this. This dude has been on point since his return. He help Az and myself take care of this squad. This dude will be apart of the officer core again. It's only matter of time. Oblivion will have another officer in its core. This not a prediction...This is a spoiler alert. Unborn has stepped up in the face of the difficulties facing Oblivion and has gone several steps above what is asked of him. When tasked with something they always ensure its done not only right but isn't afraid to ask questions or request help if needed. Isn't just reactive but proactive in his duties and is always looking for something to do, While its just been me and him as an active Officer corps it has fallen to us to do the SC's on our own he has ensured that he not only reaches out on discord but Xbox and any other platform available to him. He has helped take pressure off my shoulders and has allowed me to finally breathe a bit. He holds multiple game nights a week and always seeks out to ensure they are fun and active. KSIxDudu: Dudu will host a game night based on the squad and what they wanna play not what he likes. A member asks for a game he tries it if it works he will do that game again, if he didn't go well he will then just play that game with that member and try a different game for the next game night. He works hard with the members who wants to become a officer he will take them out recruiting and answer any question they have and if he don't know the answer he get the answer for them. He don't let working a lot stop him from doing he officer duties on a regular bases. Sergeant: KSIxLEGIONx7: Legion despite being as he says just a member he is the heart of fallen. At almost anytime of the day you can see him or his family squaded up in a party that is open for everyone. He makes an effort to make sure everyone feels welcome and helps members have someone to play with on games. If he doesn't have it he knows who does. I know he's been an officer before and I would be blessed if. KSI Tiberius: whilst he may be on PlayStation he's been super active lately despite what he has to juggle irl wise he will be there for anyone he's shown to other members he has the core fundamental's of KSI and even as a SGT he isn't afraid to exercise the recruiting side of things he will help anyone who asks for it if he can, tbh he could even show a few of our Xbox members what being active looks like. KSI Celebi: This is a guy who really shows there love for this community. He had gone to a casual member and this month came back. He comes back and like he never left coming to every game night. Talking in our squad chat on discord which helps some of the other members talk. If there isn't a game night that night he will jump into a party that is open or if there are people in the Odyssey VC he will join and see how everyone is doing. KSI Unborn 7: This sergeant is very determined to learn about leadership. Literally taught him how to recruit in one day, and he literally did a mock recruit on his own general. It’s either he learn very quickly or my teaching skills are too good, either way he’s been doing an awesome job, and could potentially rival some of the best officers in the KSI community. KSI Alpha 01: now alpha has been amazing when it comes to Valkyrie he has been active in nearly every gamenight and meeting he has been to he has gotten to know Valkyrie really well and he wants to ste pup and become and officer and he has been trying so hard to get his workshops done and has started to host his own game nights he has been doing awesome. KSIxMaddyRL20x: really stepping up and getting her officers stuff done in a timely manner to help oblivion all she can. KSI KingCold: kingcold has been active for every single day attend 90% of our game nights laughing and showing the others how fun Valkyrie can be he is almost like the mascot of Valkyrie and everyone knows his name and does amazing overall. very knowledgeable of KSI and loves to participate in everything he is allowed to participate in, has an amazing drive to help people and has a very kind personality. Member: KSI Tea 7: Tea despite the awful work hours she works has made huge contributions to her squad and this community. She has been using her experience as a former board member and part of the former education team to help make sure that our current officers are trained. She joined our certified trainers team and has taken huge amounts of time to host workshops. She has also become an integral part of her squad by staying active and joining game nights when able and hanging out in the discord. Thank you for all you have done. where to begin tea has a massive heart for the community and I feel she will do anything to benefit/better the community she is a good listener and members feel that she's approachable and know that she's also very knowledgeable she's always active when she can be and is a great role model for members within her squad. KSI KingCold: This specific member is like a security guard over Valkyrie, and literally is a good helper when it comes down to officer duties, if we ever need members to attend game nights or if there’s anything wrong that’s being said in the chat immediately let us know what’s going on and is a very good support for the Valkyrie squad. KSI Skyress: Skyress has been attending nearly all the game nights and meeting and always has a smile in his voice and is always happy to talk to his fellow members and he has also been trying to host his own game nights and he is one happy active member. Nytyss: Nytyss isn't the most socially adept person in KSI, he's very shy and not very outgoing but in recent months has really stepped up and come out of their comfort zone, they've been attending game nights, and hanging out with members he's not even familiar or comfortable with due to his social anxieties. I think he deserves this award because of the growth he's shown and the fun he brings to parties. Phantom Gilt: This is a guy who comes into the community and in a shell. He sat back at first then he said I wont out of the shell that I wanna give to the community. So Phantom goes and joins Parties even if they are to big only says a few words then goes quite, a few parties like that then he starts with talking though out the time he is in the party. to now he joins a party to say hello and how people are doing. KSI PandaLeafy: Reason the man is always finding ways to make people laugh. EvilxAngel: from my time talking with her she has been nothing but kind and understanding of things going on, seems very patient with people and bring a good vibe to game nights. Admins/Senior Mods/Department Heads/Senior Forums Staff: KSI Sub 7: Despite AAP almost falling apart this gentlemen held the line and slowly has started to get the reigns back in his hands for AAP to strive forward, his mentoring continues to help his staff grow and learn. Reason he keeps everyone in AAP accountable. KSI Sub7, Very chill and kind, very hard working and dedicated to AAP and wants the best for all and wants everything to go as smooth as possible. KSI Nebula 7: During spirit week Nebula worked with Tournaments and events to ensure we had streamers for the events. He himself did much of the streaming and was a huge part of making our Spirit Week successful. He has also contributed to the planning of future events so that we can make the events in our community the best they can be!! KSI Alastor 7: When it comes down to the productions team, this guy does not sleep. You guys know how you say do not eat, Poop and breathe KSI? Well, this guy does do that when it comes down to productions. he is very dedicated and very persistent and very strong in this department. KSI Paradox 7: loyalty has been amazing when teaching me about leadership within GFX I would not of got to where I did if it wasn't for him yes he can be difficult to get a hold of but he always has interesting information and I love learning from someone like him. KSI WldMama 7: EVER SINCE BECOMING SR STAFF OF T&E SHE HAS BROUGHT FOURTH NEW AND GREAT IDEAS THAT WILL UTILMATLY USHER A NEW ERA OF T&E. Department Member: KSI Cr4zywj: Cr4zy has made an effort to be at the meetings and when he wasn't able to be there he made efforts to ensure he was kept up to speed. Cr4zy made sure when he wasn't able to host that he notified his department with as much notice that he possibly could. KSIxREAPER: reaper has been doing so well on his journey to succeeding in GFX he has made some many members happy with his work and has left multiple people with a happy smile on their face. Despite being brand new to AAP he jumped in head first and began to nourish all knowledge and didn't have to be told to do something he takes the initiative and shows great integrity. At this rate he will be sure to surpass others in AAP before long. KSIPROPHECY7: EVER SINCE BECOMING SR STAFF OF AAP HE HAS BROUGHT FOURTH NEW AND GREAT IDEAS THAT WILL UTILMATLY BEING A NEW ERA OF AAP AND HELP THE FUTURE THE DEPARTMENT DOWN THE LINE AND HE DOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP EVERYONE WHO NEED IT NEW STAFF AND CURRENT AND EVEN ASKS THE HEAD OF AAP IF HE CAN HELP WITH ANYTING. Reason he keeps everyone below him on track and he brings in several new nominations a month Prophecy has been a great mentor in the AAP Staff and is always checking up on the members of AAP and answers questions in a timely manner as well, He takes his time to ensure we understand something new and always ensures we are 100 percent clear before going out to announce or push an event. Leader- General- KSI Tiger 77 - Tiger has done what all Gens dream of and that is connecting on a personal level with all her members, She engages daily with members and always has more than 50 percent of her squad in a gamenight. Captain- KSI Hatrid - Hatrid works tirelessly along side Fire to keep Valkyrie running and active, and when fire was unable to speak for a few days Hatrid stepped up immediately to ensure things kept running smoothly. LT- KSI REBEL 7 - REBEL came off LOA and jumped right back into the fray helping his gen complete over 20 security checks in a matter of hours. Rebel undenied dedication to his squad is a good reason for LT OTM SSGT- KSI Majora - Majora has came from being a shy nobody to a firework full of life for Valkyrie. SGT- KSI Tiberius - Tiberius has gone above and beyond for Fallen and continues to help improve activity. Member- KSI Tea 7 - Tea has been everywhere is KSI from DEPT OPS to CLAN OPS and being a Board member at one time, She came back into clan ops and became a certified trainer helping all who urn for knowledge gain it from her plethora of experience. KSI.REAPER 2 Posted September 5 Report Share Posted September 5 Senior Leader: KSI SWAGG 77 - This man is a beast, where it be to improve the server or just hangout with the people this man does not quit, has a full life outside KSI but always makes time for anyone whom reaches out to him. Leader: KSIPROPHECY7 - Always shpwing dedication to his role weather it be to teach people or give out advice, PROHECY never lets you down, quick to respond and willing to help make you the best you can be. General: KSI FIRE - Best gen i have had in my time in KSI even tho it was only two before him, he has shown to be very dedicated to making valkyrie a warm safe and viberant squad, always hamdling issues as soon as they arise and does not tollerate anyone or anything that breaks his morals. Captain: KSI HATRID - Has been a very outgoing person weather its in clan ops or dep ops this man will do anything and everything he can to rise to the top and has amazing potential. Lieutenant: KSI FANTASMA - This man may sleep alot durring the day but has shown great values in connecting with the members and does his best to make all feel welcome even if they are shy he trys to break them out of their shell and feel comfortable. Staff Sergent: KSI MAJORA - From my time in MAJORA was very shy and didnt speak much but now she has grown to be very out going and quite a viberant person, always checking on everyone and making sure everyone is okay being very friendly in gamenight and makes everyone feel welcomed. Sergent: KSI KINGCOLD - This man right here has done nothing but bring joy to the squad, always in the vc connecting and talking to anyone and everyone he can, he strives for knowledge and knows alot more than people think he does, he is a true asset and a very kind soul Member: EVILXANGEL - Have not connected with many plain members but Evil has been one of the kindest and purest souls iv met from a member, nothing that she says has every came acrossed rude or anything like that she is always so kind and welcoming to all. Department Head: KSI SUB 7 - Even though we just met this man has done nothing but reach out and make sure everything was running smoothly withing the department and I feel under his leadership and guidence we will all succeed and will grow to be the best. Department Member: KSIPROPHECY7 - This man has amazing when it comes to helping people who need it, weather it be something simple as a question all the way to breaking down everything from square one, he is truley a amazing person.
