With Legen, Ripple Effect & On Point all being meta awards that makes you eligible for 3 staff or supplemental awards as well. Supplemental meta awards don't go anywhere, whereas certain staff awards do get retired, so I'd suggest choosing staff awards 1st, but that's just me!
