Outstanding service in my opinion is a no. Taking extra initiative on some occasions does not make someone outstanding. He did give alot of effort in FN but it was his duty as Founder to make his division work as best as possible. Since his transfer to DL i honestly dont see the same fire he once had in FN. In fact, DL is in such a state of emergency that if someone was doing outstanding service it would show in DL. Again this is my blunt opinion.

I have gave it my all for all the divisions including DL. The problem is it is hard to be somebody in a division that has a currupted leadership. I DID NOT quit when this happened. I stayed and continue aiding members and helping other divisions as well. In FN I should have gotten this award and for you guys not to give this to me is foolish. I should also get this because I volunteered to go to LB to aid a division who needs a teacher and mentor when other leaders wouldn't do this. How do I not deserve this award? Again it is unethical to say bad things about me when I clearly think I still am the best leader in KSI today as I was in the past.

I would like to touch base on three points here. They are as follows:

1- The outstanding service award is issued at the "Discretion of the AAP team and its findings upon evidence provided by supporting witnesses." Posting your own personal justification for the award (beyond the initial nomination) is irrelevant and unnecessary. If the AAP is not satisfied with the current witness statements provided to award the nomination, perhaps you should address the evidence provided, not the discretion of the AAP.

2- As stated herein, the very first rule of the AAP section of the forums states:

"1> Do Not argue with members of the AAP" - I would think this is pretty self-explanatory.

3- There is absolutely nothing unethical about what the AAP has done here. In fact, the only thing lacking "ethics" would be your public denunciation of your division's leaders as "corrupted" and the manner in which you place yourself on a pedastal. It is QUITE bold to call yourself the best leader in all of KSI, especially amongst the excellent leaders we have in place. A truly great leader knows that the "best" leader in KSI, is not any one person or their individual actions, but the product of KSI's leaders summated together.

With that being said, all things considered, I vote no (at this point in time).

This isn't worth a fight. It is just a "Eaward" which doesnt do much for me. I feel betrayed and well all I am going to say is I am done giving it my all only to be punched in the face. If you expect better from you treat me better. I am holding out.
