I never quit on FN when times were dull. I always motivated the division to be the best and to give 110%. I made sure I was there if a squad fell and saved it. What you have written describes you successfully fulfilling the duties of a leader in any division whether they are founder/codiv/div leader. Not saying that you are unworthy of the award, just put a little more time into what it is exactly that you do that sets you apart from what is expected of people in your position. That claim alone can be made by almost every single member in upper leadership in a division. Even Those ranked at LT to Gen can claim that they had prevented a squad or division failing. Which sad to say even I can say that since between LB. and my time in LS there were several occasions of me pushing hard to keep things running. I know this is going to sound rude, and I really do not intend it to be but, no... that is not "enough". That is your responsibility as a leader! Every leader in KSI is expected to maintain their division/squad successfully. If events happen that impact a division or squad, leaders are put in place to ensure that div/squad will come out of it successfully. If that's the case, every leader in KSI would have to receive this award. Look at the recipients of this award, I can specifically recall each person's accomplishments that set them apart from the rest. Its not that you aren't deserving of this award, its just the facts to support it weren't what the AAP looks for, for "outstanding service" nominees. So I'm going to help you out a bit here for sake of the argument.... The reason KSI Caius 7 deserves this award, is because when FN was in a time of need he willingly left his home division of DH to help regain structure in the upper leadership and implement guidelines within the division. He entered the division while it was on a rocky path, due to a very impactful exit and demise of the founding division shortly after its split. Caius gave 110% to FN to help members and current leadership regain their footing here in KSI, and protect them from others who were out to cause harm to the division. KSI dRaMaTiC 77 10 Posted June 18, 2012 Report Share Posted June 18, 2012 when i took over FN he was always going around helpin train people when it wasnt his job, as a co div in FN he I supposed to train but it is really the LTS job to train SGTS so i count that as extra work i guess, also as his director in DL he was extremely patient gettin his squads and when everything went bad, witout acceess to squads he helped the squads that werent his, again doin extra where others were slackin Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
