Welcome to the "Of the Month" awards. Here, you can vote for the members you believe have worked the hardest at their respective ranks throughout the month. The nomination period will start on June 16th and be open until June 30th, end of day.

Reasoning why they deserve this - King has literally made this squad look different, from all the stories I have heard to seeing what he does. It's an absolute game changer, he's put in so much work with going out and getting recruits. He also makes sure the game nights are active and popping, makes sure to get everyone active in the party or game night. Everyone knows him and is always intrigued to get an invite to a party or game from him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - The reason KSI Oni deserves this award is because he has put in a tremendous amount of work into Hydra. Whether it be bringing in members, promoting or doing member retention he is always on the roll. Staying up mad hours to make sure stuff gets done and sending out messages to our members that need their promotions done.

Reasoning why they deserve this - He has really started to shine, coming out of his comfort zone and wanting to become an officer. Getting through all his workshops that are needed to even become one. Along with just making parties full of smiles and laughter. On top of wanting to become an officer he is taking his college courses and still puts the time in for KSI. He's always in the discord chat chatting it up along with being in parties. He's always positive when it comes to members as well.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Star got promoted to Forums mod at the end of May. This promotion was something that was well deserved. Star has always been eager to learn more, and picked up on a lot very fast, as anything I’ve had to teach her for mod was immediately taken in and used. She’s very knowledgeable with everything, very determined for more, and overall has an actual passion for the area, and it’s not just a rank to her. With doing her duties as Forums moderator, she also continues to help keep the join area in great shape. Still doing stuff from previous ranks to show she knows where she has come from. She assists the Senior join mod in any possible way, helping with mentoring, and even activity throughout the area, by helping host web ops game nights, something that has been doing well.

Reasoning why they deserve this - In the last wave of hiring, Joker became a join mod. When hiring no lie this guy was like an automatic hire for me. I pushed for it cause I had a feeling he’d make a great addition to Web Ops based on his interview and application. I still 100% stand by that decision. Joker has been a great join mod, continuously finding the answers to his questions he may not be sure about, and that’s exactly what’s needed, he never has been one to fake it. He is very active in chats, picks up join/rejoin apps as much as he can. We all appreciate his hard work in web ops leadership as a join mod, and I hope to see him go further in the future. Reason why they deserve this- Venum has been mentoring hydra staff since before I joined KSI. Although at the time he jokingly called himself a retired 7 he really couldnt help himself. He has been the person I vent to when frustrated and whom I go to when I need advice in navigating the waters here in KSI. Its not easy learning the ins and outs here his help has been invaluable. He has helped advise the 7s staff when Gambit/Hex was unavailable and questions us to help us continue to develop and do better and be better. If you ask him for his WHY he is here its fairly easy he wants to make a difference and make this community better ...I would say you have succeeded in doing so. I am so very proud to not only be your friend but your mentee because of you I am still here when many times I came close to walking away. You help me to remember my why and where I started from. So thank you very much I could not have made it this far without you and the many other great leaders who have contributed their knowledge to me.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Despite being in and out of our Division he keeps watch and gives input when necessary and encouragement when we appear to be losing steam. Our division has taken some knocks this month but is making strides towards being a very strong well run division and this could not be done with out the support of our Director. Even when he wasnt assigned to this division he always kept things positive and looking at the bigger picture type thinking which can be hard when you are working in the trenches its easy to get caught up in whats in front of you instead of how far you have come or the foundation that has been layed to ensure a successful division

Reasoning why they deserve this - Hex been with me through every step of my career here in KSI. He has watched me take my lumps and offered support and inspiration when needed. Even when in my moments of frustration or pain I lashed out he was still there and able to stay reasonable when I wanted to rage. Yes I have those moments lol. Hex has helped me look at the bigger picture and how to use the skills that I have learned in my everyday career and apply it to the business aspect of KSI. If anything there are many times when we are telling each other to take a break and breath and just enjoy gaming as sometimes it feels like every time we are on we are handling something going on. The leadership skills I now possess in many ways are in thanks to him as he helped me to find my voice in a way that isnt the bossy momma telling you what to do but the mom that gives advice and allows you to make the mistakes necessary to learn and grow. Between handling a busy division technically acting Gen and training a new 7 staff taking care of his wonderful family and working his ass off to support them he is either an angel in disguise or a crazy man I havent decided yet.

Reasoning why they deserve this - King returned to KSI and has been on fire since. He has helped revive a squad that had become quiet. Helped to build one of the badest Officer cores I have ever seen and still finds time to mentor me and anyone else that has questions concerning policy procedure or just figuring out the next steps necessary to succeed. He is a wonderful friend and definitely deserves recognition not based on past but on what he is proving now.. that he still has what it takes and that he is here to stay to make this a better community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Despite having a rough home life that made continuing in KSi difficult she has been working her tail off ..and if you didnt know she just had a baby 5 weeks ago and is still doing an inspirational job as an officer. Sassy is a wonderful teacher she takes the time when giving workshops to ensure that the members understand the materials she is presenting. She inspires all who are around her with her sparkling personality miss sassifrass has helped develop a long list of POs who are trained well and ready to step up to the plate at any given time. I have a lot of respect for her as an upcoming leader mom and friend. For all these things and many more she deserves SSGT of the month!!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Oni is a chill dude. He vibes in almost any enviroment and can adapt to almost anything. Oni went above and beyond when it came to workshops taking them a few times to make sure he understood the material. He is a beast at almost every game I have seen him try to play. He has made so many friends here in such a short time. His loyalty and work ethic is above par. I see him in parties all over with members from every squad in ES not just Hydra. He is a well rounded dude I can see him continuing to take the ranks by storm and rocket to the top. I cant wait to see what the future brings.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Clock is just a chill dude always down to game. He is also realistic with his ability to commit time. Despite having the ability to become a wonderful officer he has chosen to stay a SGT for now while he focuses on school and secure himself the best education possible and I totally can respect that. He is as important to this squad as some of the officers as he has built relationships with damn near everyone. For such a young man the way he conducts himself restores my faith in todays youth as it is not seen as often as it should be. He makes me proud to be a COFO and proud to have started from Hydra.

Reasoning why they deserve this - For a while Littio was basically absent while dealing with RL however since becoming active again he has been a great help with alerting us about potential Apps as they become available and has been willing to answer questions our officers have in the join area. He has started enjoying his squad again joining parties and hanging out. He has been really efficient with getting apps completed so they can join their squads as quickly as possible. It is wonderful to see him flourishing again.

Reasoning why they deserve this -  Venum deserve this award because he always has my back and everyone within the web ops. He always there when we need questions answered and even just there to listen to any issue.  Venum is always straight forward and gets to the point, he doesn't bullPoop. With my first and second time in web ops, Venum has been there to help me along the way of becoming a mod on my second time through webs ops. He always has knowledge to give and helpful to all the members in the join area, and he also comes to the gamenights to hangout with everyone!

Reasoning why they deserve this - This wonderful woman has done so much for the division of WD. There is no doubt in my mind she is one of the best GEN KSI has even seen. She always pushes her officers to do their best and always encourages other members. I haven't known her long but her energy and passion for WD is felt through all the members in Vanquish as well as the rest of the division. I have a lot of respect for her for all that she does for KSI and still being to manage her time well with her family and maintaining healthy relationships with them. WD wouldn't be WD without KSi Hatter 77<3

Reasoning why they deserve this - Napster deserves this because he has been working so hard and within the last 2 months he has shown why he desvers his CPT position. Napster never lets anyone down with it comes to training or just hanging out with members. I've seen him move of the ranks when I came back into KSI, he is easy to talk to about any; KSI related or just personal issues. Napster has been working with a lot of the new POs in his squad to build up that officer core and still maintain his real life responsibilities. He is always giving back to his squad and community!

Reasoning why they deserve this - I haven't known Blitz for a very long, but my time in WD. He is well deserving of LT OTM, he does a lot for the community, with hosting gamenight, workshops or just hanging out with members.  He makes gamenight very enjoyable and fun! Blitz is always easy to talk to about KSI and how to move up in the ranks again.  He puts a lot of time and effort into thing community, while still maintaining a healthy personal life.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I just met this girl, but she an amazing person and officer. It is much fun just hanging out with her in parties and in her gamenights! She is always in parties with other members getting to know and just overall having fun with members in the squad. Thiccsis recently has been working towards a LT promotion, but even as SSGT she works her ass off to provide for her squad and the rest of the officer core!

Since the first day she step into the join area, she has never stopped trying to learn everything she can about being a join mod. With all her hard work and dedication to the area, had her SJM promotion. I was the lucky one to train this amazing lady when she came up. She never stopped wanting to learn new things, when she has questions she asks them. She is always there for other join mods, in helping them with applications or just checking on them. like most of my nominations I haven't known her long, but this person in particular  is always online and willing to lend a hand whether it be in personal matters, games, or advancement in ksi. Reasoning why they deserve this -

The dude has been in KSI  longer than I can remember. I've known him for quite a few years  and it seems like it's hard to get rid of him at times ;)  the bottom line is he's a super friendly guy that is well known, encouraged me to return to KSI, goes out of his way to keep activity at 110% by including everyone in his game nights whether they be an old timer or a brand new rct. If someone is interested in promotions he's usually the first guy to give you what you need or answer any questions.

Reasoning why they deserve this - The reasoning behind my choice of why he should be nominated to win is because of many different things, he has been there since I joined KSI. He was a person I could trust with any questions, or advice. I’ve always thought of him as my mentor because, He has been an amazing leader whether it’s taking me through any workshops to mock recruits and co hosting gamenights, he has been there and always will. Reasoning why they deserve this - I think KSI Baxsaa should get this award because he always tries to help out. Whether he is in school or out of it he always asks “What can I do to help?” He is always there when P.O’s need him. Just recently he helped out KSIPoisonNyx get her recruits. He also helps host workshops for members. I think he has been working his butt off and deserves this. Good job Baxsaa and keep it up!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Sassy has been the absolute one person I could always come to since entering KSI. She has been working her butt off: hosting workshops, game nights, and just making sure everyone is at the absolute best they can be and having a great time. Reasoning why they deserve this - Blitz was the first person I met when I arrived to Vanquish. He pushed me to do better and become a better officer. In my honest opinion he surpasses me in so may levels. He holds his composure and holds himself to a high professional standard. Shatner has always been the complete package as an officer, he's smart, knowledgeable, easy to understand, good planner, flexible, and he has that charisma factor that is so difficult to master. This month as a Co-Founder, he worked with multiple squads despite only being assigned to just one, diversifying their knowledge and training to strengthen CS as a division. For Spirit Week, he was awesome helping to get tryouts rolling and politely yet consistently pushing out information for tryouts, signups, team updates, and even the forums poll. He did all this in the month of June, WHILE MOVING. That's right, mans was moving across the country and never once slacked on his duties as a Co-Founder or otherwise. What a bonafide legend.

Sungazer has done an excellent job at corralling his officer staff and keeping Rebellion focused on the future instead of dwelling in the past. No squad is perfect and his is no exception, but he's done a great job at trying to navigate the rough terrain towards sensible solutions. Rebellion has been active and engaged in Spirit Week events, tryouts, and the poll thanks to him and his staff. June has been a good month for him overall, keep up the hard work and game on!

Nezuko has SERIOUSLY stepped up in June, and his squad knows it too. While Sleepy had some irl stuff going on Nez didn't miss a beat helping to maintain activity, host Spirit Week Tryouts, and continue working on the promotions list. Nezuko also took on the POs and pushed a few who had been on the list for a while to step up and finish off their training. Hopefully we'll see those efforts come to fruition by the start of July! Nez keep up the good fam, hard work doesn't (always) go unnoticed.
