Why I deserve DW hall of fame.

Going into DW, it was my third division I’ve ever been in. Before DW, I was in DR, MP, then DR again, and then FI. I can go ahead and make an argument and say I belong in the DR Hall of Fame as well, but with nobody really being around from those days except one person, who I never crossed paths with until I was in DW. I can not compare any success in these divisions, like what I went through in my time in DW.

What I am about to write about is my own experiences and achievements, and I hope that the others I call to help witness for this award (as they are all previous leadership from the division) can help provided their encounters and reasonings as to why I deserve this award.

In DW, I started off in Hannibal, and made my way to CPT. In Hannibal, I felt held back from what I can actually achieve within the squad scene. From Hannibal I transferred to a newly split squad from Samurai called Paladin. With Kamikaze, I helped bring up new officers, and training new members. While Kamikaze was away, along with the other CPT, until he also went away, I with the help of other officers brought the squad to splitting numbers. However due to complications I moved over to Samurai. In Samurai I feel I really shined. Although the squad was going slow and steady I was still able to secure myself as the General of the squad. The squad was highly member retention oriented under me, and in DW they did squads of the week, and Samurai was able to secure squad of the week multiple times. On top of being Gen I was also Co Head of the Productions Department, So I balanced myself between the two, and found no struggle. Samurai was considered the most successful squad within DW at the time of me being General, but that could be a biased statement, unless I have people to back me up. With all things considered, I made my way to Co Founder of DW, and also balanced the position together as Head of Productions. As Co Founder I was Venums right hand and together we did what we could to make sure everything was going great, but we did have obstacles.

During my time in DW I was awarded with Runner up for CPT of the year 2018. Although I didn’t actually win the award, I still had the nominations from a lot of people within my division including leadership in DW, and board of directors.

I also received CPT of the Month for my Division in November 2018, which was during my time in DW.

Also during my time in DW, I finally received Outstanding Service, and helped DW get the win at spirit week 2018.

To witness I call on: @Chad 2 Badd @KSI xKing 77 @KSI Starset 7

  • Chief Operating Officer

Bane could've and should've been General 3 times lol but during that time Bane was definitely a positive and driving force for DW Bane was the only member in DW to have been in all 4 squads Hannibal, Paladin, Samurai, Elysium and to some that might seem that he was a squad hopper but thats definitely not the case held high officer positions in each squad but the squad he made the most impact in has to be Samurai he transferred out of Paladin to go help out a squad that wasn't in the best shape and over time he put in the effort to make it a better place for the members ultimately and with his hard work he earned General finally and keeping that momentum up he pushed for everything that displayed the key points to squad success however his transition from General to CoFounder wasn't the smoothest as the Div Leader wasn't the fondest of him but nevertheless Bane kept pushing for that promotion and it happened finally Spring Break 2019 he got his "real 7" BTW that's a inside joke so when your reading this don't take it as something that it isn't but his tenure was soon coming to an end as real life was catching up to him and he stepped away from DW and KSI as a whole now he did make a questionable community choice during this time but he knew it wasn't for him so he made his return and to say it wasn't met with resistance from some would be an understatement however that didn't deter him he came back to Elysium DW and started moving up and making an impact like he has in the past as only he could do the DW Hall of Fame has great leaders in there Bane fits the bill for that and let's get this man in the division Hall of Fame

I can attest for Timmy.

In DW, he played a crucial role in the growth of Samurai and built the squad up with knowledgeable and hard working officers and loads of activity. His works earned him a Co-Founder promotion working hand and hand with Neb, Venum, and Havoc. When he rejoined to DW, he found his way in Elysium where from day 1 busted his ass off and helped grow the squad. Making it up to CPT again before stepping down due to personal reasons.

All in all, Bane played a key factor in the overall growth of DW and works the best when he is hands on with the squads. Definitely worth of DW’s Hall of Fame.
