Welcome to the "Of the Month" awards. Here, you can vote for the members you believe have worked the hardest at their respective ranks throughout the month. The nomination period will start on June 16th and be open until June 30th, end of day. 

Rules

1. You can not nominate a single member for multiple categories.
2. No Favoritism should be posted
- Ex. I think they deserve this award because we are friends.
3. No self-nominations
4. List reasoning on why the person deserves the award.
5. Only nominations following this template will be considered. 
6. Copying and pasting someone else's nomination/witness statement will result in your nomination not being taken into consideration.

7. No self-campaigning for nominations. You may let your members know to participate and nominate those they feel are worthy of recognition, but you may not specify that they need to go vote for yourself.

There have been a few times where I’ve just spoke with him about things going on in real life and he was always there to listen. He’s helped me with multiple situations wether it was KSI related or not.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Sinon has dealt with many obstacles and has always overcame them and came out stronger. He’s been a great teacher to me and has showed me many new perspectives on running a squad. Not only is sinon a good general hes a great friend to his members supporting them along the way through KSI. Not only has he taught me multiple ways to do my officer duties efficiently, he’s there to help with any tips along the way.

She always asks question when she doesn't know the answer and keeps stepping up for work when there is things to be done. Even when she takes a break she will always check in and keep everyone up to date on what's going on. but most importantly she never stops trying to learn.

Reasoning why they deserve this - He always comes to the parties and games with a positive attitude and always trys to put a smile on peoples faces. he gets excited when there are events going on in KSI as well as the squad that he is able to make. He always raises a helping hand when there is something he can do. but most importantly he keeps trying to put a fun positive attitude to the games and parties. i have never seen him get mad at a game he always keeps it going and just laughs it off and gets better every time he tries.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy has come such a long way from when i first met him. He was shy and very reserve. Since meeting him and inviting him to parties and games he has become a little more comfortable at speaking up and caring on a conversation with the other members in the parties. He does keep to himself when he plays some games but has come more to the parties more often when he is invited and plays with us now. he still has a lot of room to improve but he has made such an improvement that is the reason for this nomination by him making that effort and that is something i thought was worth it.

I know KSI Dalmeia deserves SSGT OTM because they have worked their butt off to get to SSGT regardless of the struggle at first that was had with recruiting. They powered through all workshops needed and truly is a fun person to play games with and work alongside with in the Dynasty officer corp. They are always willing to go above and beyond to fulfill officer duties and help out where they can responsibility wise within our squad, and has been on top of said responsibilities since they were given.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Kakashii's been doing an amazing job with everything he's working on. As the LC Coordinator, he's been helping to keep topics going and continues to give great output every LC meeting. As the owner of the community server, he's done a great job with the revamping of it and keeps it updated as much as he can. He's been doing a great job and keeps improving everyday.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Kanao has been doing fantasic work in the news team, and got promoted to News head for that reason. She's always trying to help and make sure everyone is doing ok, which really helps boots the moral of the team. She's been a massive help to me improving how I write, and I honestly couldn't ask for a better News head. She keeps doing her thing everyday, and has really improved the News Team.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Since returning to KSI Berry has been working hard to bring his squad, first Angels, now Hydra to where it need to be.  He hangs out with members, even when he would prefer not to. He transferred over many of the members from both his squad and the other squad when they merged to form a new one.  When he discovered a mistake he went over every single transfer and made sure they were correct and documented what he found. He has also been volunteering to get potential officers the workshops they need. Also to Berry members aren't just members or officers or 7s, they are people.  I have really come to appreciate this since as Div Lead most people just come to me with a problem. When berry sends me an invite I know he just wants me to join him in Minecraft.  That may sound like a small thing but to when all you get is invites because of problems, you start to dread invites. 
I am excited to see where Berry goes in his career in KSI!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Swag's involvement in the community this past month is the most activity and energy i've seen in a leader ESPECIALLY being on the board in my one and a half year in this community. From dealing with community wide issues to helping divisions in need to even giving advice to CPTs and squad leadership this man does it all. Though I can only say so much from my experience I have seen swag kept the energy and momentum in the divisions he is over. I'm excited to see the future of KSI with his leadership. His advice is always top tier and has a Just Do It attitude that about KSI

Reasoning why they deserve this - Uppish has really become more openminded and involved in his division in this past month and its been fun and interesting to see his attitude about leadership change.  Even if he isn't over that squad he is still watching over to help double check 'things and make sure things are running smoothly. I'm excited to see how his leadership will shape CS in the future

In the beginning of the split he was thrown a group of members with a few trouble maker members that threw him into some situation that he handled with properly and swiftly. He's come a long way from the RCT i knew him as, and his leadership skills have benefited the division with the success of his new squad along with the teamwork of his officer core

Reasoning why they deserve this - Over the last month Kanao has gone above and beyond her role of a LT. Even with being a newly transferred member in Doom she didn't lose her motivation and picked up where she last off in her clan ops career. From spending time with members to hosting workshops and even trying to be an ear for members in distress she has done it all. I hope to see her motivation and drive continue in her future endeavors.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I love seeing the drive this member has when it comes to wanting to do officer duties and recruit. Reasoning why they deserve this - This is one of those department members that always has his thinking caps on. Always trying to come up with new ideas to make the department better for the future. Shatner has shown why he has earned his 7, Wrath is one of the healthiest and most active squads you'll see in KSI today. They've got a great officer core and that's thanks to this man right here. His knowledge and experience as a previous Gen came into handy when building Wrath into what it's become today. Great work good buddy!

Talk about the heart and soul of his squad, Sleepy is the man who brings it all together for Calamity. Sleepy is the engine and the heartbeat of Calamity and the undeniable and inevitable. Sleepy is allll over the stat chat, the Security Checks, training the officers and potential officers, and more. I am VERY excited to see where this guy goes in his KSI career.

This dude just received his promotion to Division Leader and it was a long time coming. He has turned out 2 new co-fo's and is looking to turn out more! CS would not be the success story it is without this guy's leadership and mentorship!

Reasoning why they deserve this - This dude is my right hand and I am so glad I got to bring him to Calamity during the split from Doom. He continues to show that he is performing on all cylinders at his capacity and is eager for more! I am still amazed that he is 10 years younger than me with the level of maturity he shows in important situations. His maturity has certainly evolved to a high leadership capability capacity. I cannot wait to see what this guy can do as a general!
