Welcome to the "Of the Month" awards. Here, you can vote for the members you believe have worked the hardest at their respective ranks throughout the month. The nomination period will start on March 19th and be open until March 31st, end of day. 

Rules

1. You can not nominate a single member for multiple categories.
2. No Favoritism should be posted
- Ex. I think they deserve this award because we are friends.
3. No self-nominations
4. List reasoning on why the person deserves the award.
5. Only nominations following this template will be considered. 
6. Copying and pasting someone else's nomination/witness statement will result in your nomination not being taken into consideration.

Reasoning why they deserve this - My man bread! This guy is always working hard when it comes to assisting people whenever & wherever needed. From relentless game nights, workshops, & parties in general he is a positive person to be around. Has a superb attitude towards his officer duties and always handles things professionally. Reasoning why they deserve this - Star has recently been making her way up the ranks for sure. She is a super out going person when talking to anybody. Her game nights are always a blast and she keeps the party interested in the game. She’s always looking for more work and ways to help her squad succeed. Reasoning why they deserve this - Honestly, what is there not to say about this guy? He is the lifeblood of the new roll out of Education program and has put countless hours into making these workshops perfect. In collaboration with the Information Team and Education, he has built an area truly geared towards giving the members the best education they possible can, in regards to the community and leadership aspects. He has implemented 2 new workshops, “Recruiting Workshop” and “Rank Structure Workshop” which expand on how to grow the community as well as a detailed overview of all the ranks found in the community. This man bust his ass off day in and day out.

Reasoning why they deserve this - DarkAngel has been my partner is crime in the Forums Staff since her assignments being changed to come over to help with GSM. She has helped so much when it comes down to organization and communication. When I had to step away for a brief period to get my personal life together, Dark took up the area on her own for the time being and took it upon herself to get a gameplan to improve the GSM, as a whole. She actively met with the GSM’s and got them all on track for success. Thank you for everything you do Dark.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Tinc has been a great addition to the AAP Staff. Since becoming a staff member, he has gone above and beyond expectations that we have set for newbies in the department. He is always there to answer questions and provide knowledge of the department that he has studied over his few months that he has been here. He is always brushing up on his knowledge and is never afraid to ask a question to ensure his work is as perfect as possible. His work is always through and precise. I can wait to see where he takes his journey not only in the AAP, but the community as a whole.

Reasoning why they deserve this - So during this past month, a new face has been popping up in my parties and messages. This man was Mr. TheFiend here. This guy is one of the people you’d definitely want to hang around. He brings a great atmosphere with him, energy, and kindness. On top of that, in my multiple talks with him, he is focused on becoming a great all around member of the community and a leader. He is always actively in parties with not only his squad/division, but members from all over the community. This month, he even branched out and joined the News Team. When I think of a great all around member who deserves some recognition, TheFiend is one of the first people in my eyes.

Athena is very out going and make everyone feel very involved within our squad and division. Also, as a general she does a great job keeping things running and planning everything. Plus she keeps everything organized. I know a general has a lot of responsible, but she always has time to game with others and keep getting more and more recruits. He is very involved within the community, always involved with game nights. Even thought he is only a SGT he does a lot for the community. Tinc works very hard for the community and division he is in and with other members. As a member he is respectfully toward everyone and always keeps a positive attitude in parties and even games. I am proud to say that he can go far in the community. He work hard and so involved with other departments!

Reasoning why they deserve this - I've been able to work with dark for a few months now and she is a great moderator. With her having knowledge of the game section, and join mod area, she has been able to work on both side's problems and give a helping hand when needed. She is always there when she can be and keeps the chats interactive and fun, and puts some great conversation topics in the process of her doing the work required.

One of, if not the most intelligent and capable officers I've ever seen. Kat reaches out to every member that doesn't see often and goes way out of her way to meet up with them, game with them, and work towards bringing them back into the fold. She's on top of the promotions list. Kat is also always looking for more ways she can grow and improve in her role as a Captain in Rebellion. Watch out for this one lol.

Sinon has been doing a great job with stepping up into a leadership role in his squad, Doom. Quickly learning the ropes of training fellow officers and those beneath him. Sinon has a very bright future in KSI and I'm looking forward to watching him grow!

Enough said, am I right? He stepped up again as an officer and has put his big brain to good use, helping his fellow officers learn all that they need to know. Reasoning why they deserve this - Since DC has been the HoE he has worked hard to get new workshops and guides made for the community. From working with him in Education on different workshops I've seen him trying to merge different workshops together so the information in said workshop would all be consistent while removing any trivial information that isn't essential. He also is always writing new material that will help our other members understand the concepts more clearly. He even hosts workshops throughout all the divisions to make sure every squad has a chance to learn the new material. I can tell he puts his all in the workshops to improve upon the information already listed to help future leaders in the community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Ever since chief has come into the officer core and even with his promotion to CPT he has been able to stay on task and get Poop done (excuse my language). This man takes up every chance to learn that you give him. If you need something done like a promotion or a member needs an officer to help out he is there to assist and he is just a great energy to be around. I've definitely seen his leadership skills come up here and there and I believe he has great potential in the future, even with a busy work and social schedule chief is sure to be on time to any event you need him at or that he is hosting. He has done a great job at mentoring other officers in the squad and i can't wait to see what more he can do. Its a pleasure working as a team with him and the rest of his squad.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Dilf and Chief are essentially two peas in a pod when it comes to their work ethic. This guy is either always in a party with member/s playing and having fun or just talking to his other officers to gain more insight. Dilf is on top of promotions and is always there to jump on an opportunity when it arises. There is always good energy and vibes when you join a party with him and is always down to just talk if you don't have the games he plays and vice versa. He NEVER shys down from an activity or a chance to recruit and help other members grow their knowledge. The potential is overflowing with this one.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I know he's gonna hate me for nominating him as a SSGT but god dammit he's a great Schuckin SSGT (pardon my language). Bane is the kind of man who no matter what party you go in he seems to either follow, or already be in there hanging with members. His man's work ethic is crazy, he is constantly posting in the discord trying to get members active and play with him. He makes it a task to get to know everyone in the squad and make sure everyone in the squad knows him. He has a lot of passion and drive for KSI and we are working with that. He is always down to train and help out potential officers which I like to see not to forget he's a party hopping god. If there are KSI parties open, he's not one to shy away from jumping in and making a few friends on the spot, that's just the kind of person he is.

Whether it be in the discord chats or participation in the gamenights he is down to chat. Reasoning why they deserve this - VERDANSK, OLD FAITHFUL. I give this man an standing ovation. He has sadly had to deal with Dynasty for a little over a month but has never gave up on us. Though these times we have had our ups and downs and WuTang has been there to support everyone. If he earned a dollar for everything he's had a rough day with us somehow he would be millionaire.

Reasoning why they deserve this - gaara isn't just a great officer but a great friend. He Puts his heart and soul in this squad while being in the UK. He almost always sacrifice his personal life for this squad. He handles high pressure situations without worry and if he does need help he isn't afraid to ask. Just recently we though him a squad meeting last second and he handled it woundful and I give him huge props. This man is determined and shows it.

Reasoning why they deserve this - WE HAVE A GHIDORAH. Ghidorah is a powerhouse. This man comes though and boost moral of everyone in the officercore. One he came over to Dynasty he instantly started on member retention. He had reached out and made many friends within the squad. He is on top of all his duties and proves that he is the leader we needed. Without him this squad would be nothing.

Reasoning why they deserve this - My main man fiend. This member is very special to many members not just his squad or division, but all round the community. He always puts a smile on others faces and isn't afraid of anything that steps in his way. Fiend actively messages everyone in the squad and is always looking for friends. And with that this man is determined. He has literally looked for recruites with out a single soul saying a thing. He actually does his workshops without a word and more importantly he gives his all into everything without giving up. I would be jealous if he was in any other squad or division.

This woman has been an amazing mentor and example of what a leader should be. She has gone through through and back to help us stay open as a division and training us to be what we are today. Over the last month she has picked me up and carried me along as one of her CoFo's. She is always there ready to answer a question or handle an issue even though I'm 8 hours ahead of her. She has stayed up all night and woken up and stupid o clock to train the officers and members that needed training. He'd dedication to this community us unparalleled.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Coach Crunk deserves this award. From what I can see, DC devotes all of his time and effort to Education. Continuing to further revamp the workshops, guides, and handbook, he has been responsible for training many new members of KSI. Recently I was in a party and people from other divisions were saying that DC has taught them something. DC continues to be a mentor to a lot of members even outside of his own division in clan ops. As Head of Education, Coach Crunk makes sure all members stay educated with the various workshops and guides he has created and revamped

Reasoning why they deserve this - I met Fenny the day I interviewed her when she was rejoining KSI, and at first I’ll keep it real, she just seemed like someone who was gonna stick around and just play games, and maybe go to SGT, because in the beginning that's what she said she wanted to do. Boy oh boy was that wrong. Fenny is an amazing general that has shown the squad what a fearless leader is. It's been a while since I have been in a squad that is so close with each other, and Fenny is a huge reason why Doom is like this. Fenny uses a lot of her time solely for Doom, and on the side she is a Senior Staff member in AAP. She doesn’t shy away from doing recruitments, training, and hosting events within her squad. Fenny leads by example, and her motivation rubs off on a lot of people. Fenny is General of this month, and many months to come.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Chief has got to be one of the nicest people I’ve met so far in KSI, and I’ve been around this community for over 6 years. The term nice guys finish last is all a myth and this guy is proving it. Chief always comes into parties with a positive attitude, at the moment from what I can see, Chief is the perfect right hand man to Fenny in Doom, but also I can see he’s ready to take on his own obstacles. Through attending his workshops I see that Chief is the best role model to all new and older members of KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Whoa, this guy is amazing. Sinon has been one of the best up and coming officers that I have seen in a long time. Someone with his drive and his passion for the community for only recently coming in is amazing. He knew he wanted to be an officer right away, and he’s doing a really good job, and shows so much potential. He’s always on top of what needs to be done, like training new members, and recruiting. The guy hosts workshops, and is part of the Information dept and is working on the handbook. This guy is going to have a lot of KSI knowledge in the future. Keep it up Sinon!!!!!!

Reasoning why they deserve this -  Ish has come into the community this month and is already making a name for himself. Right now Ish is in T&E, and he is a join mod. On top of these other activities, Ish is also a rising officer in Doom CS. Ish was promoted to SSGT recently due to his success at the SGT rank. I really think his work as a SGT needs to be recognized. He immediately knew he wanted to rank up, the guy recruited, attended game nights, and stayed active with the squad. This guy was attending many CEP workshops multiple times. Ish will become a very knowledgeable leader in this community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Tinc was one of AAPs recent hires, and he has been great so far. Although he is new to the area, he is already very knowledgeable on a good amount of the awards, and things we do. He is clearly very motivated in this department. This guy for someone very new is already really confident in the area, by sometimes being the first person to verify awards. Also he’s not afraid to ask questions he's unsure of.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Yo even though this guy isn’t in my squad or even division. I see what he’s doing. TheFiend is a guy everyone would want in their squad if they could. He has the drive that the community needs from members. TheFiend has ended up in my parties very frequently, and it’s always been a good time. This guy continues to ask questions all around the community. What else can I say except end it on a text he sent in the community discord server. KSI TheFiend said “So I'm trying to meet every single member of  our Gaming Community.”

Reasoning why they deserve this - Harley is a really hard worker, and devoted member to us. She doesn't care what's going on in your life if u need her she's there to lean  an ear. Over the pass few months I have had the pleasure to work with. She goes beyond what she needs to do and steps up to the plate when ever she's need. Director: TexAngel has been a true lifesaver for WD, and to me. Had she not come to help us when she did WD, I fear would no longer be here. The mentoring she has shown me has definitely taught me about the kind of leader I want to be and I am becoming. I have shown so much from her. She wears so many hats for KSI I don’t know how she does it all the time but she does what she has to do every day without fault or complaint. She has taught me that the I’m in is a guide and mentor to the members below them. That it their jobs to run the division and squads. That if you earn the respect oh the members in the division snd squads and they are properly trained they will run it and all you need to do is gently guide them. Reasoning why the deserve this -    When I rejoined KSI back in December, Fenny has always been able to find the time in her hectic schedule to not only be an amazing role model, but also be a general that everyone aspires to be. Through all of her knowledge and experience,  she has made herself a valuable tool that cannot be replaced. I know that whenever I have a question, I know Fenny is only a short message away. While we have been through some hardships, Fenny is never afraid of a challenge and she always rises to the top. She leads our squad with passion and is a great role model for all of her members. Reasoning why they deserve this - DC Deserves this because he has single handedly lead the Education department to a new era of thoughtful and constructive workshops and a new way to train other members. Everyone I have met in KSI has been trained by DC in one way or another and I look up to him as a mentor and educator like I did my favorite teachers in school. He is great at his job and takes on the most difficult challenges in clan ops on top of his responsibilities as Head of Education! I have been present for times when he has mentored his General to make the correct choices help the squad become a more cohesive unit. He is a multifaceted machine who has no knowledge of the word "surrender". He is an exemplary member of this community and he deserves this award more than anyone else in Senior Leadership. In a Navy point of view, his yearly evaluation would be the number 1 early promote evaluation over all of his peers! This dude is a recruiting GOD, who brings in quality over quantity. The last thing I have to say about DC is that he helped me through a huge mental breakdown I had on my birthday this year when my friends ridiculed me for joining KSI. He is a great human being overall!

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI Fenny is like a Transmission in a car, the car doesn't work without her. She is AMAZING at her job and never hesitates to help out members in their growth. She is without a doubt training her replacement in KSI iChief to do the best job he can when he eventually gets promoted to General. She keeps her self available to those who are having problems and anyone with questions, she is a simple message away. I heavily respect her opinions as a leader and she has helped me grow to be a leader in my own regard. Without Fenny, Doom just isn't what it is today, a growing and thriving squad. As a senior member in AAP, she has excelled in her duties and never strays from a challenge. She keeps on top of recruitments, trainings, and promotions in squad and encourages the rest of her officer corps to do better every day! Fenny is deserving of this award now, and I don't expect her to be undeserving of this award for a long time. Honestly, I expect her to be the next Co-Founder soon!

Not only is he all those things, he is a great mentor and friend. I would not be where I am today without this man. He has taught me so much about what it means to be in KSI and I cannot thank him enough for recruiting me in. Every time Chieffy joins a party he is positive, brings great energy with him and never hesitates to answer questions anyone may have. If this guy doesn't have the answer, he finds it, and fast! He is the next General of Doom without a shadow of a doubt and I can't wait to see where his journey in KSI brings him. He shoots for the moon and always reaches the stars!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Bane is the guy, he has kicked ass at being a staff sergeant... AGAIN. He has been up the Clan Ops chain of command multiple times but I can assure you this has been his best run yet! I don't expect him to stop any time soon! He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and intelligent. He is on top of his stuff 24/7, and helps others with various things around the squad to help us run fluidly. Without Bane, Doom doesn't run at 100%. He is a Join Mod and in APP which both take amazing commitment. He will have another 7 in his name in the future! 

 

In summary, these people are amazing at what they do and I couldn't imagine being in KSI without these people.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Shadow really hit the ground running during the mass exodus of members, and eventual closure of DM. Overnight he became acting Div Lead, Co-Fo, and Gen of 2 squads while being responsible for 3. I really commend his efforts to keep everything together, and it was a pleasure working with him. While most would buckle under pressure, Shadow is the type of person to double down, come up with a plan, and try every avenue to make things work.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This dude is unbreakable! I cannot think of anyone more deserving of this award for March. Dude dealt with DM closing while still being an acting director, acting Div Leader, and an active Co-Founder in CS. He has had to handle more drama and bull Poop than anyone else because of his rank in the community, and he does so while smiling and laughing. He is always playing with members regardless of rank. He probably hangs out with at least 50 members a day. He is always party hopping and getting to know the members. The only time he is not party hopping is when he is in a meeting, and odds are he is in a meeting on discord and still in a party with members on xbox. It doesn't matter if he is watching tv or youtube he will still get on to talk to the members that want/need to talk to him. Dude is amazing and sets a solid foundation of what leadership is in this community.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Harley is a fantastic leader. She has worked extremely hard to get WD back as strong as ever. Anarchy was able to split under her leadership and she has brought up two amazing co-founders and two generals. This month was a milestone and finally proved that WD is finally on the right track after all the crap that happened back in August of last year. She is always available for her members, and she is always hearing them out to make changes to benefit the squads and the division as a whole. She cares about her members and is always trying to teach them the proper foundation as well as continuously learning to make sure that she can provide the best experience for her members.

He is has consistently shown that he is starting to have a divisional level thinking and has opened his mindset. He is willing to learn and spread the knowledge to the members. He is now starting to be open to change, even if he might not agree with it. He has done a great job overseeing CS and now has the responsibility of not only guiding Rebellion but also Wrath. He is doing a fantastic job as a leader and he is doing a great job at holding his squads accountable and mentoring the officers within the squads all while doing a fantastic job at member retention.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Fenny is an amazing general. She has taken Doom and literally transformed it. She had to basically fire her entire officer  staff and by the beginning of this month it was barebones. 2 captains (one on military LOA) 1 LT (who was demoted), and 2 SSGT  (both left the community). She now has 2 CPTs (one still on military LOA), 3 LTs, and 4 SSGTs with about 7 potential officers. She is always working her ass off when it comes to getting things done in her squad. Even if she is not online, she is constantly communicating on discord. She sets goals for officers that she wishes for them to achieve. She is an amazing trainer and has trained up a fantastic officer corps that seems unstoppable. The squad has also grown about 20 members since the start of this month. She has given the squad a direction of growth and has raised the spirits and morale of all members within her squad. She has made moves that have completely transformed this squad and has strengthened the squad/division as a whole because of her decisions. She is never afraid to ask for advice and considers all of her officers opinions before making a decision; this characteristic of hers has strengthened the officer corps because the officers feel valued and feel like they are able to help make decisions. All of the members know and respect her. She is an absolutely amazing general that has got her squad in the right direction, which if things continue the way they are she will lead the squad to a split within no time (if this where to happen it would be the 2nd split to happen since I split Imperial on 12/10/2019).

Reasoning why they deserve this - Chief is an amazing captain. He is always thinking ahead. He has plans for the squad and has no problem sharing his opinions to help the squad move forward. He does a fantastic job at member retention, and he is an excellent squad meeting host. He does not ever lose his composure, which is what is expected of people in the CPT rank. He is always in parties with members, hosting game nights/workshops/meetings, and making sure that the behind the scenes stuff is getting done.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI Sinon is no doubt a leading force in Doom. He hosts several game nights/workshops every week so that all members are able to learn and have a great experience within the community. KSI Sinon is leading the CS recruiting challenge with 7 recruits (3 as a LT), he has trained quite a few potential officers that have become an officer, and now a few that are looking to move up. He honestly rivals me when it comes to getting stuff done. He is the first one to jump on a promotion. I have stated multiple times "Oh I need to get this done right quick", and he leaves the party and gets it done before I have a chance to finish what I'm doing and take care of what needed to be done. Dude is a legit powerhouse that everyone in Doom seems to know and respect. I know he will do great things in this community, but he is 2nd to none at the LT rank.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Bane made me put my foot in my mouth. When he first came over to Doom he said he wanted to move back up into the officer corps. I told quite a few people it's one thing to say it, then it's another to prove yourself and do it. I had my doubts that he was actually going to put in the efforts for his promotion, and I am glad he proved me wrong. Bane has recruited, promoted, trained, hosted game nights, hosted workshops, and party hopped like no one else in Doom as a SSGT. Bane is a well known face throughout the squad, and everyone seems to get along with him. He mastered the SSGT rank and has now been promoted to LT because all of his hard work.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI Ish was an amazing SGT. He is now a SSGT. He attended every workshop about three times while he was a SGT, and he was recruiting at all times. If he wasn't recruiting he was being trained or hanging with members, which is exactly what you want to see in a SGT. His willingness to learn, his activity, and his ambition to make the squad better is why he deserves this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this -Dude does not do a single thing without weeks of preparation. Some may say T&E just hosts an event and scheduling is easy; however, that is not true at all. Drop literally plans as much as possible to make sure that everything goes off without a hitch. He also takes members opinions into consideration when it comes to game types, so all members can be happy, which boosts attendance at the events. Also the Spring Break was amazingly ran and that is because his dedication to the community is unmatched.

Reasoning why they deserve this - He has only been in KSI for a few weeks but this guy is legit. He got put on the EK team and party hops like no ones business. He is one of the strongest CPLs in the community he jumps in my party and other leaders' parties just to hang out, which is what this community was designed for in the first place.
