Intro -

 

Announcement #1 - Cupid's Clash (announced by DropShot or Gambit)

 

1. Member - (RiiOT)

Winner: KSIDntAskImAwfl - is the member that watches over all of the other members in not just her division, but all of KSI. From her encouraging msgs she sends to people privately, to being there for other members when they need someone, she is a driving force that motivates, nurtures, mentors and just goes above and beyond in all she does. She is a life coach to us all. No one is as selfless and kind as her. She literally puts other members before herself, always. The advice and vast amount of knowledge this woman has is utterly amazing. She is someone that basically anyone can look up to. Everyone is so thankful to have her around.

2. General - (Gambit)

Winner: KSI Rogue 7 - He was recruited into asquad which at the time was in my opinion close to shutting down, they had a failing gen, officers that weren’t really doing much a retention was bad. Then he came in and was the spark and fire that thesquad needed! He is an extremely inspiring and influential person, and has gone on to now splitting the squad for the 3RD TIME this year! And this is since April don’t forget! In that rebirth of the squad, he created a whole new game type in PUBG was top recruiter of the month I believe 3 times! That is just astounding!! The amount of effort, training, time and love he has put into KSI is truly admirable

Announcement #2 - AAP Promotion - KSI Starset 7 to Co-Head (announced by Airborne)

 

3. Department Head - (Gambit)

Winner: KSI DROPSHOT 7 - He constantly displays his organizational skills as the overall performance of T&E during annual events has increased exponentially. He is constantly applying new ideas and changes to help tweak his departments current events and systems to make them more applicable to both competitive and social players alike. Hes very in touch with the community as any great department head is and constantly references the members for decisions rather than making them unilaterally.

Runner up: KSI AIRBORNE 7

 

4. Sergeant - (RiiOT)

Winner: KSI TiMBERKiNG - is always an asset to any team he is on, bringing positivity and a love for the community. He was an officer and had to step down because real life happens. He is stepping up again now as an officer in another squad and I am so happy to have him working along side me again. As a SGT though he stands out as someone who is inclusive and friendly. It doesn’t matter your skill level he is happy to play with you and teach you the ropes. He truly embodies leaving no KSI member behind.

Announcement #3 - Donors 2020 Revamp (announced by RiiOT)

 

5. Founder - (Ace)

Winner: KSI Swagg 77 - I have witnessed on many occasions (too many to count) where he has jumped in regular members parties to get to know them better from multiple squads in his division. It is truly amazing to see the man's work ethic in action. He is knowledgeable and gives great advice about KSI and about life. He is always online and looking to help members. He is always communicating with the members and trying push more activity in both the forums and discord. He is ridiculously fast when it comes to doing security checks when accepting or pending a recruit. He also tries to make sure members feel valued. He cares about every member and their opinion. He was able to earn the respect of an entire division, work up the ranks after transferring from a closing division, and successfully lead with enthusiasm and passion that motivates his members to become better.

 

6. Corporal - (Gambit)

Winner:  Infinityhunt -  is an amazing member, playing with a wide variety of people on a wide variety of games. His love of participating in events, weekend warfares and head hunters is fantastic – everyone enjoys cheering him on on the twitch streams. He has lovingly been dubbed our “home town hero”. He has been named member of the month in our squad multiple times. He is also a crazy font of knowledge about the games he plays and is willing to share that knowledge with anyone playing, or considering playing a game. He is also one to embody no member left behind, as he helps you farm or work on a character even if he doesn’t need to himself. He will abandon whatever he is doing to hop in another game if he thinks he can help you. All around he is a fun member to hang out with and an asset to this community.

7. Department Member - Impyy

Winner: KSI Drew 7 - The amount of love and dedication he has for The News Team is amazing. He is encouraging and positive to the team and is always willing to help get articles out in a good time frame. He has always been willing to fill in when needed or throw together a fun piece for the web site. If i have ever needed a sounding board for news he was there to listen. I am lucky to have the privilege to work with this crazy fun guy. He puts in a lot of work and dedication to the news team and strives to make sure everything runs smoothly as possible. He is extremely understanding and helps wherever he can however he can. His wit and light humor are admirable qualities and he is respected throughout the community

8. Lieutenant - Ace

Winner: KSI Lonewolf684 - is for lack of a better word, an enigma. He came out of nowhere and immediately dove head first into his role. He has continued to work and support those around him time and time again. Dedicating his personal time to the squad. He stays up hours into the night for him as he's a UK member to be on for the members that are in the US so they have time to chat and play. He has never backed down from a new challenge as an officer and is always looking to take on more for the betterment of the squad and the members around him.

9. Captain - Gambit

Winner: KSI xKamikaze - member makes short work of the day to day tasks and squad goals. Always there for everyone he’s here to help things be fun, smooth, and safe. This member is well rounded whether it be training a officer to make sure they are up to standards, Working with officers on how to become successful leaders, sticking around to game and have fun, or correcting issues within the squad. Caring about others before himself he’s someone you count on a task to get done. Reliable, knowledge, strong, and has the integrity to uphold it all. A good example of a core officer and leader.

Runner up: KSI DCRUNK

 

10. Staff Sergeant - Riiot

Winner: KSI LadySatan - although newer to an Officer role, is an influential recruiter and never fails to step up to the plate when responsibilities arise within the squad. She is focused on the betterment of the squad and the Div as a whole. She goes above and beyond to spend time gaming with our members and always keeps retention as her focal point.  She is an asset to the Div and is one to watch.

11. Co-Founder - ACe

Winner: KSI xTiger 77 - This person's main focus is always on the members, even as a lower ranking officer she made it her personal mission to get to know all of the members within her squad, and now that shes a Co-Founder the only thing different is that its on a larger scale. she goes above and beyond for her members making sure they are all happy and comfortable within their squads. She has been my mentor since the day i joined and has taught me basically everything i know about KSI and to this day shes always there to offer help and advice, and if you ever come up with a question she doesn't know the answer too she will make sure to find it some how. She has almost become a motherly figure to her division. With the amount of time she has dedicated to KSI and all the things she has done for this division, i definitely believe she deserves this award and many others.

12. Forum Staff - Gambit

Winner: KSI xKing 77 - Not only does he pick up the slack when I cant do stuff due to my work schedule/time difference but he keeps the join/rejoin running like a well oiled machine and still has time to bounce ideas off of/with me. Hes always thinking to the future for web ops and what our next moves could be for the betterment of the website and the community at large. King is a wealth of information for the forums and members know they can hit him up at any time for help. Lets not sleep on that this guy recently got Most Outstanding and thats no easy feat. No brainer this award should go to King this year

13. Division Leader

Winner: KSI xROMEO 7 -  is a powerhouse, everywhere at once and giving his full effort to KSI despite having a serious workload in real life he never lets that become more important to him than this family and community. I've always heard a saying that goes "you make time for the things that are important to you". That stands true here and it shows through just how much he cares about all the members of KSI and the community as a whole. He's got a great sense of humor and never lets on how crazy his schedule is or how swamped he can get with sheer numbers or information. He's always showing up to game nights and randomly popping in to see how everyone is and imparting knowledge and experience about KSI whenever he does. I hope one day to have a fraction of the impact that he has and continues to have on KSI.

14. Director

Winner: KSI Skarzx 77 -  is always trying to better the community as a whole. His knowledge allows him to effectively lead and train. He hosts workshops (lead 101, division leadership, squad leadership, etc.) in order to make sure that officers are properly trained and can understand the bigger picture. I am extremely lucky to have been trained by him. He is understanding and empathetic while also being strict and stern. He manages to balance the division and promotes synergy throughout the community. He is not afraid to ask questions and invoke the open door policy, yet he will always listen to others viewpoints before making a final decision or compromising. He is reasonable and has great perspectives on things because of his experiences. He knows that a house divided cannot stand, and although he may not agree with certain things, he is willing to put aside his personal beliefs to enforce policies. He has high character, morals, integrity, and is extremely honest.He does not beat around the bush, but he is not completely brutal with the truth either. He is the first to defend his officers integrity, but he is also the first to say they screwed up if he knows they are in the wrong. He is a true leader in this community, which is why I believe he deserves Director of the Year.

15. Senior Leader

Winner: KSI Ronin 77 - I see Ronin going above and beyond doing more than his fair share always keeping himself involved and informed on everything going on in each and every div by talking to the directors at least once a week along with talking to the Divisions 7 staff. He also trusts his team of directors to go and be hands on and handle situations instead micromanaging us but at the same time offers advice and corrects any mistakes. This man devotes so much time into this community from being apart of the board of directors, being a mentor to a lot of leaders within KSI such as myself, helping members with questions and finding them homes in new divisions as well as handling all the drama and problems that arise daily throughout the community. He never complains and will volunteer himself to handle everything if you need him. He is the personification of what a "Leader" is
