This is a yearly event which is designed to have members from all over the community recognized for their achievements in the community within the calendar year.

To Nominate someone for one of these awards they need to have held a rank prior to today.

Before you nominate someone think back throughout this entire year, From January till now, and find the person you can think of that best filled each Rank & Position in this community, from Sgt all the way to Senior Leader.

Reasons they deserve this award:

December trained me for the News Department and in that capacity I have had the privilege of getting to know him and game with him. December is a patient man and listens to all that people surrounding him have to say before making any decision. He weighs pros and cons and their impact carefully before speaking so as to preserve the integrity of himself, the group or individual he is working with and this great community we share in KSI. Since meeting him I have personally seen him make much needed changes across many departments for the betterment of the community. The man is not afraid to effect change regardless of the popularity of the process. To me that is one of the greatest characteristics of a leader, namely, the ability to voice the unpopular opinion for no other reason than it is the right thing to do. December is 100% selfless in his pursuits and endeavors in KSI always choosing to help other with his tireless efforts. He is a positive and influential role model to me and to many others. Thank you December for all that you do and for taking the time to mentor me and to teach me how to write.

Reasons they deserve this award:

Grunt, despite being a busy man, has never failed to make time to speak with anyone who may need his guidance or assistance. He is a virtuous man who puts KSI at the forefront of his decision making processes. Our last personal talk was encouraging thoughtful and kind. He foregoes the machismo route and instead chooses to listen intently and give advice that comes across as earnest and heartfelt. Grunt builds up his Div in exactly the same ways and one of my absolute favorite things about him can be seen in a habit he has. I'll explain the habit and then its meaning. Often times two people will start talking at the same time which can lead to an awkward moment. Grunt ALWAYS and I mean without fail ever, stop talking and ask you what you were saying no matter how tangential. There is no clearer evidence that he puts his members and staff first. His knee jerk reaction is to take an interest in others. Thank you Grunt for your hard work in this Division.

Reasons they deserve this award:

Three quarters of the time when I talk to Romeo, he is at work. That does not stop him from being available dang near 24/7. I constantly see him in parties with his members ( as acting Gen of Sinister ) and any and every other squads parties, hanging out , shooting the breeze and imparting knowledge to all. He played a crucial role in the squad split and formation of Wrath and aids us any time we need guidance. Romeo is direct in his approach on whatever topic may come up and I appreciate that as it leaves no room for assumptions that can turn into mishaps. That isn't to say that he doesn't have a softer side. He does. Romeo cares about this community and its members and staff alike. This fact has been made very evident on multiple occasions when we have done Karaoke nights together. Singing in front of the masses is a tough thing to do given the bundles of nerves it takes to get the job done and Romeo is patient kind and encouraging to all who wish to make an attempt at it. Yeah, I'm just going to refer to him as Dragons lol. Dragons and I didn't have the best start. Hell, I was a misguided jerk when i joined KSI truthfully so I didn't have the best start with anyone really. Even despite that Dragon constantly and consistently tried to guide me towards a better path and never gave up on me. Since then we've 100% mended bridges and become what I'd consider friends. The fact that I fought vehemently and hard against this man the whole start of my KSI career and he never gave up on me personally speaks volumes as to his dedication towards this community of ours. Dragons is a blast to have in any party or gamenight as he keeps the atmosphere light comical and fun. Wrath in it's entirety enjoys having him on board any time his connection will allow for it. ( Yeap, I found time to diss that connection again lol ) Thanks for your hard work and dedication to KSI and for not giving up on me personally Dragons. I appreciate you man.

Reasons they deserve this award:

Trixie became the General of Discord before Wrath split from it. She was always kind courteous humble and approachable with a laugh that could lift anyone's mood at anytime. She worked hard through the ranks as can be seen by her current position as Co-Fo in DM. Her members trust and follow her lead with no hesitation because they can see how much she cares about them and this community. Trixie has earned every OTM out there and it is not hard to see why. She is infectious and delightful yet still capable of making tough decisions and managing a large group of people. As General her Officer squad has had it's ups and downs, none of which swayed Trixie from making the right calls in a timely fashion and steering the ship towards greatness. Siren has been with me for a long time. She is a dependable knowledgeable officer and a caring and kind individual. She attends any and every gamenight that she is able and has yet to miss an officer or squad meeting. She is a huge part of Wraths success and its growth. I can count on her to aid in any squad endeavor and she even takes it upon herself to encourage forums activity and encourage members to game with one another. Siren joined the News Department a few months back and has lent her writing prowess to a few events and quite a few really good articles for the web page. Siren will make a fantastic General one day and has a lot to contribute to DM  and its successes. Thank you Siren for all your hard work and for being my friend all these years.

Reasons they deserve this award:

Rez started his Officer career in Discord while Discord was gong through a lot of changes. Despite all that was happening Rez kept a cool head and gave his utmost to the squad. Since Wrath split from Discord Rez has really come into his own and is a very knowledgeable capable officer who doesn't hesitate to encourage and help others. Personal life has gotten a bit hectic at times requiring him to make that his focal point but that never once has stopped him from communicating with fellow officers and lending a hand in whatever way he was able. That alone makes him an extremely valuable asset to this team. Real life happens to all of us, but this man has persevered where many would have quit or taken multiple LOAs, that is his dedication to KSI and his love for this community and its members. Rez has since joined the News team where he continues to be a dependable asset to the team, especially now as we gear up for yet another exciting event. Thank you Rez for all that you do man. I know it aint been easy, but believe me man, we recognize and appreciate your efforts even more knowing that you do it all despite adversity.

LadySatan, although newer to an Officer role, is an influential recruiter and never fails to step up to the plate when responsibilities arise within the squad. Timberking was an officer in Discord and although it took Timber some time to learn all that we do here as Officers ( due to his super busy rl work schedule ) Timber persevered and was an asset to  the squad. Timber is approachable and kind and I swear ya just don't find people more "chill" than he is. Timber stepped down as Officer a while back due to some rl things that simply needed and deserved attention. Since then he has thrown his hat back in the ring to become an officer due to his desire to help KSI and his love for this community. I am super excited to have him back on the team because I know he will achieve greatness in all that he pursues. Infinity is not only a friend but an inspiration. As a member he is the first to volunteer his time to help anyone, and i do mean ANYONE, with an in game pursuit. The man spends his free time gaming across a plethora of games and is knowledgeable about each. He often shares important game info and or patch notes into or squad chat to help other gamers succeed in their endeavors. Infinity also makes time to play in most of our seasonal events and many weekend warfares bringing our Div home podium standings all the while. He has a sunny fun and playful disposition that we here at Wrath just love and often earning him member of the month within our squad. Reasoning for nomination:

Romeo is a powerhouse, everywhere at once and giving his full effort to KSI despite having a serious workload in real life he never lets that become more important to him than this family and community. I've always heard a saying that goes "you make time for the things that are important to you". That stands true here and it shows through just how much Romeo cares about all the members of KSI and the community as a whole. He's got a great sense of humor and never lets on how crazy his schedule is or how swamped he can get with sheer numbers or information. He's always showing up to game nights and randomly popping in to see how everyone is and imparting knowledge and experience about KSI whenever he does. I hope one day to have a fraction of the impact that Romeo has and continues to have on KSI.

Whiskey is one of the most knowledgeable and patient people I know, and he's always ready to help out a member of KSI, low to high doesn't matter to him. He gives his all to this community every day, and inspires his officers and members to do the same, never asking for anyone to do something he wouldn't or hasn't done already. Whiskey has been a big part of my KSI life and even if he doesn't know it a lot of his attitude and ideals have rubbed off on me and challenged me to better myself and continue to ask myself how I can do more for KSI and give back to the amazing group of people who have become a family to me. I was briefly known as WHISKEY90 and that was my way of making a point that we should all hope to be more like him and to arrive to reach the example he sets by leading the charge and never barking orders from the back and expecting anything back from what he gives to all of us.

Siren/Deka has always been steadfast and absolutely an anchor for everyone in Wrath, and Discord before that. She is a rock of patience and a well of information about KSI, and if she doesn't know the answer to a question you have she will find it for you and not let any excuse stand in her way. She is one of the kindest people I know and she always has a kind words for fellow officers and for members as well, she doesn't let rank skew her perception of anybody and she always pushes herself to be better even when she thinks nobody is watching. She makes it a point to come to as many gamenights a week as possible, often making every single one, and is always at the officer and squad meetings to help with the information being put out during those meetings. KSI is a much better community for having her as an officer and member, she is always looking for ways to be a better officer and to improve an already stellar community, much of the time even spending time when she should be getting some rest doing little things to make the next day easier and to impart her experience on all of those around her. She leads without trying to be a leader, effortlessly thinking about others and remembering the tiniest details about members and including everyone as much as possible. I hope one day to be half as patient and selfless as she is and I strive every day to learn how to accomplish that and follow her lead.

Reasons they deserve this award: I met Rogue a little over 2 years ago in a random duo game. We kept playing together and both had the same playing style so we kept in touch. Since then we played together and he’s actually the one who recruited me into KSI. I heard stories about what imperial was like before him and I heard how he turned imperial around. He was able to turn the squad around enough it was able to split into two successful squads and then able to again increase the squad enough to get the squad splitter award. This is all well and good but rogue actually cares about his members more than just gaming. There of been multiple occasions where I’ve called rogue at some ungodly hour and he was there for me because I needed somebody he was able to talk to me and helped me in ways other people couldn’t because he did care. Rogue is invested so much time into this community and truly deserves to be general of the year.

I can readily say he has helped members work and recognize their “WHY” in KSI and many of us are very grateful to him for that. Reasons they deserve this award: where thou art thy Romeo....This man is a powerhouse in KSI. He oversees the entire division and all that it encompasses on a daily basis and still makes time to listen to each member and officer that raps on his door. Reasons they deserve this award: Trixie deserves this award for many reasons. Over the past year she has survived a major shake up in her division and come out on the other side a leader. She brought her squad to a split and followed through with determination to keep her squad on solid ground. Her performance as a 7 has only enhanced the leader she is shaping to be. She is very knowledgeable and is a good communicator, her recruiting skills hold many in awe. Her work with productions is always entertaining, as is her participation in any given game night. I met Rogue about 2 months ago, he’s a fantastic guy. I’ve seen first hand with the short amount of time I’ve been in KSI do a stand out job. Reason:

Grunt is always busy doing something KSI, but that does not stop him from helping members of every level. He will make himself available at the drop of the hat for any member that needs it. Grunt always takes time to listen and provides good, sound advice to help solve your problem, He listens without judging and hears with an open mind. He is truly what makes KSI great. I know I can always count on him when I need help. I truly consider him a friend even though i have never met him irl. When I came to him because I felt overwhelmed and felt like leaving, he talked to me like a friend and he kept it between us. I would trust him with anything at any time. He is the voice of reason in KSI. He is also able to even make meetings fun with his joking personality. That is a feat in itself. Grunt definitely deserves this award.

Reason:

Romeo is another one that always makes himself available to KSI. He puts his heart and soul into this organization and always wants what is best for the members. He makes sure officers are always doing what is expected and also makes sure they understand why he is asking it of them. Not only that, but he practices what he preaches and is always gaming with members and in open parties, so others can join. I have seen many times where he will join parties from work to help out members with issues or just hang out and chat. He seeks member input when scheduling division wide game nights to make sure he is doing what the members want. I have spent many nights talking to Romeo about issues with members, but he never made me feel like I was bothering him. He just does what needs to be done to make this organization successful. Romeo goes above and beyond for the members and deserves to be recognized for it.

MeShell makes any party she attends fun. She is full of life and laughter. Not only is she Co-Fo, but she is also head of productions. She balances the two very well, and makes time for anyone that needs it. She is a ray of positivity no matter what is going on. MeShell was my co-fo when I was gen, and she was always there when I needed her. She answered any question, no matter how dumb, and was not afraid to ask for help when she did not know the answer. She is constantly gaming with the members, and doesn't let rank stop her from helping anyone that needs it. We orginally gave MeShell a hard time because we did not know her and had heard some false things about her, but she did not let this stop her from making sure we were doing things correctly and from helping us. This perseverance is why I chose her as Co-Fo of the year. She does what is best for the members, and her commitment to this organization is evident in everything she does.

Whiskey does not always get the recognition he deserves. He puts everything he has into making sure the members are happy and have the best gaming environment possible. He has a way of drawing people to him and making them want to be better people. He leads by example, and never gives up even when he gets discouraged. He has never won an OTM even though he deserved it more than anyone. He has been through three generals, and dealt with so much diversity and strife, yet continued to do what he knew was best even though it was not always the popular opinion. He fought for "his people" to make this community become one of the best there is. He makes himself available to his members at any and all time, and they come to his with deeply personal issues because they know they can trust in him and his constant commitment to always do the the right thing. Words do not do justice to what a good person he is and how much he deserves this award. He is a general that others should strive to be. It honestly hurts him to have to remove people from this community that he loves so much. He gives his all to it all each and every day. His officers consider him not only a leader, but a friend. As a Captain under me, he was always looking for ways to improve our officer staff and the squad as a whole for member retention. he came up with an agenda to run officer meetings, so we could make sure we were focusing on member happiness and doing what was best for them. He gives out praise in public and his criticism in private to build up hos officers.  he constantly strives to be the best he can be. he has come a long way since he joined KSI and even mended relationships with people that he previously had his differences with. he isn't afraid to admit when he is wrong and make the appropriate corrections for the situation. I only hope to one day be half the person he is. Whiskey deserves recognition for the work he has done and the obstacles he has overcome in order to become this great leader.

Peppers put all she has into her members and KSI. She isn't afraid to ask questions and is always looking for ways to better the squad. She is a master recruiter and puts more time into it than most people. She cares about the members and often spends hours talking to them about their concerns or problems. She was always the first one to volunteer for game nights or to host classes for members. She is definitely a force to be reckoned with when it comes to KSI. Siren is a genuinely kind and caring person. As a LT, under me she was always available when I needed help and always one of the first to sign up for game nights. She suffered an injury to her hand, but she did not let that stop her from doing what was best for the members. She still games when she could and joined parties to get to know the members. She does not see herself as a leader, but I see that she leads people with her positive personality and her commitment to the members. She went as far as to get a game for a member so she could be able to game with other members since the member could not afford it herself. She suffers from health problems, but you would never know it unless she told you. She pushes past all that to continue to make this community the best it can be. I loved having her as a LT, and I am proud to call her my friend.

Reasons they deserve this award: Where do I start, this man is probably the most well rounded person I know, and just this past year he has gone over and beyond what should be asked of a captain, this man practically filled the Gens shoes while filling those of a captain. He hosted game-nights every week, sometimes more then 1 a week, and he had huge amounts of people showing to his game-nights because he is very out going and well liked by anyone I know. Almost every night I’ll see him hopping from party to party just talking to the different members in the squad, and even reaching out to other squads inside and outside the div. Not only that but he’s a beast recruiter, he’s pulled top recruiter of the month and he’s tied for second place a couple of times. Not only that but as a captain he was HOSTING almost every squad meeting, he was hosting officers meetings, he was keeping track of the fluff in our squad, he was making promotions lists, as well as fluff lists, this man was doing pretty much anything and everything he could to make his squad better. He was then asked to stop doing such things, which is around the same time those things stopped happening all together, until a much needed promo took place and things are back where they were before. This man truly is the definition of what KSI should look and act like and is well over deserving of this award.

He's the kind of smart, savvy, no nonsense leader that KSI needs. Romeo has been a mentor to myself and many others throughout DM. Showing people his thought processes and helping others make difficult decisions. Romeo is constant in DM and epitome of excellence. Lastly, Romeo has also racked up a lot of incredible awards this year. Outstanding Service 1 & 2, Div Leader of the Month, Novice, Pro, and Master Recruiter, and he was also inducted into DM's Divisional Hall of Fame!

Whiskey is the man! Full of fantastic ideas and the knowledge to implement them. Things like Wrath Reach Week have been a great success in DM. Where his squad, Wrath, does a Joint gamenight with each of the 5 other DM squads. Whiskey does a lot for his squad and DM as a whole. A go-to guy for my random ideas that I want to bounce off of someone, and always an absolute blast in parties. He's received a number of FANTASTIC nominations over the course of the year, but hasn't been lucky enough to earn an award for it. Despite coming dangerously close on numerous occasions. He's recruited like a mad man, over 60 people this year alone. He even created & implemented an entire training program for upcoming Staff Sergeants. Whiskey has been a spectacular General for a good portion of 2019, and it's time he get some recognition.

Jak is the heart and soul of Hellborn. He knows virtually every member, most better than myself. A true workhorse, Jak would host 7 gamenights a week if I let him. Jak has also been in KSI for 4 years, and his considerable knowledge has been spread throughout Hellborn's members and Officer Staff. He recruits like an absolute machine, is constantly sharing his knowledge and vast KSI experience, and he's always there online. I know that sounds like a small thing, but just by simply being online so much he's been able to reach out and meet so many members of Hellborn. He spent about 5 months as a LT in Hellborn before finally receiving his well-earned promotion Captain. He's continued his excellent work as a Captain and I know he'll make a phenomenal General in the future.

Well here's a guy who started his KSI career off with a bang! Earning Member OTM in his very first month with KSI, KSI Zordon was promoted to SSGT soon afterwards and hasn't stopped pushing. Zordon is constantly online and available for his members, even when at work he'll show up to Squad Meetings or Gamenights. He's grown a lot in his time with KSI. Jumping on top of every promotion & (quality) recruit he can get his hands on. KSI Zordon was the easily the best SSGT I saw all year and has been an even better Lieutenant. And I can't wait to see what his KSI Career holds in the future!

DontAsk, better known as Pam, has held a LOT of different ranks this year. From SGT to General and everything in between. She's a mentor to ALL of DM. She taught me just about every KSI thing I know. From how to host a gamenight or how do recruitung/promotions, even little things like reaching out to members and just caring for each and every person we meet. Regardless of rank or position. No matter who you are or where you're at Pam will make time to talk to you and help you out with anything, KSI or irl related. DontAsk is easily the single most positive person in ALL of KSI. Constantly upbeat and with a positive spin on things, Pam is always overflowing with love and compassion for DM & KSI. So much so that she was elected Spirit Week Queen for 2019! Reasons they deserve this award: Keeping it short and sweet for this one. No matter what Division you put king over its almost insured that he well cement roots for himself all the while creating, building, and nurturing relationships and bonds with its leaders and members. As I recently re-joined the clan ops sphere of things taking membership in WD, I can state from first hand experience that Kings presence and insight can be felt in every aspect of the division. From game nights and squad meetings to workshops and leadership development training - he is always a constant force pushing the division towards change and rebirth into what they aspire to be rather than maintaining a status quo of what was set before them. He has been a consistent in a long line of disrupted relations between director and division to WD and has made several hard calls that have ultimately been passed off on him while he was brand new position. His mindset, skill set, and overall commitment to making whatever division hes currently positioned over I think is a direct representation of the type of commitment a leader at that level should have. His natural toxicity levels being excluded of course...lol.

Reasons they deserve this award: In trying to start this nomination all professional like and well worded, I realized that there's no need for that here lol. I have just straight up never had a bad experience when Venum is around or when I've had the privilege of working with him in both clan-ops and department-ops. In relation to this award however, I think the thing that differentiates Venum from the other excellent leaders in his rank is his mindset and the optimistic way his mind adapts to the problems his division encounters. Of all the leaders Ive sat in parties with discussing Divisional problems, road blocks, and set backs, I can easily say that Venum is the most calm cool and collected out of the bunch. the way hes able to instantly separate issues into what he can and cant fix, his ability to prioritize what issues need to be tackled first, and most importantly his demeanor when doing so is collectively - nothing short of veteran. Hes taken his share of losses when it comes to taking one step forward and 2 steps back, but that head of his is always raised high and looking forward. A very underrated and appreciated skill in my opinion.

Reasons they deserve this award: I literally laughed out loud when writing this nomination and thinking about swag because that's how goofy and energetic this man is which, in turn, is nothing short of contagious to those around him. There are two main reasons I think this man deserves Founder of the year so ill hop right in. The first would be that the phrase "roll with the punches" and "when life knocks you down, get back up" don't have S*** on this dude and I mean that with all sincerity. Swags most recent KSI Career has been stuffed full of L's and what seemed like - hopeless situations. Yet despite everything going to hell in a hand basket around him, Swag didn't even consider backing down. He soldiered up and kept it moving as does any leader, and inspired those around him to do the same. Moving forward to the present, Swag has finally found a stable home in SL where hes been able to show his true color and strengths without having to worry the ground beneath him is gonna collapse and its been incredible to watch. Secondly, Swag is a large proponent and and source of positive and good energy. Sadly enough that is sorely lacking in the gaming world and can get washed out in the busy parts of being a 7 but he has always kept that strong. Constantly spreading happiness in parties and sending out messages to remind people to stay positive and keep their heads up no matter what. Its truly great to see...although I did block him so he'd stop adding me to that s*** in the middle of my Apex matches lmao.

Reasons they deserve this award: I have to do it to em. Shout out Shell ummm RIP CD, Roblox or die.

Real talk though, If you know Shell you know why shes an excellent candidate for this award. Instead of writing about her story and accomplishments, I will say this: KSI MeShell 7 is easily one of the most giving, selfless, and involved 7s Ive met. No matter how shes doing, how she feels, or her needs, she always puts her members or her staff above herself. Making sure shes there when shes not only needed but just wanted, going the extra mile to do what everyone else leaves behind or incomplete. I mean she did my BoD job for 2 weeks until i got my act together (thanks for the notes shell told you I'd remember that lol). Beyond this her presence is always felt in the party regardless of its nature. If its a fun hang out, Shell is adding priceless commentary and the main attraction for some of the fun that goes down. If its a serious conversation, she always has deep and well though out insight to contribute. Long story short, she the bomb and I hope she wins this award because she deserves it as someone who constantly is under appreciated.

Reasons they deserve this award: Although he done got Division Leader and Department Head and thinks hes to cool to hang out with his Dad now, I have to nominate Drop for Department head of the year. Leading up to and after attaining the position of "Head of T&E" Drop has been an incredible asset to the department and has already proven himself to be 100x more potent of a Department Head than myself. He constantly displays his organizational skills as the overall performance of T&E during annual events has increased exponentially. He is constantly applying new ideas and changes to help tweak his departments current events and systems to make them more applicable to both competitive and social players alike. Hes very in touch with the community as any great department head is and constantly references the members for decisions rather than making them unilaterally. I'm extremely excited to see what heights the department can reach under his leadership.

Literally anyone whose competent with the forums and what they are know exactly who RiiOT is because hes legitimately everywhere. Regardless of his ridiculous work schedule and living in a country that runs on God's time, he has made it a point to be a constant force in web ops constantly running maintenance, upkeep, and improvements in order to give our members the best online experience possible. RiiOT's skills are highly undervalued as USA is a very thankless job but anyone with slight competence can tell he not only cares about his job, he excels at it. He is always an outgoing person and ive never seen anything but positive vibes coming from him in partys, he has been a great captain to work with and get to know.

Reasons they deserve this award: has also always been very helpful to me and others, has done multiple workshops and related things to give people within KSI knowledge about all the different things you can do here within the community. Including forums, recuriting, up to date chain of command when i was first starting out. Has gone above and beyond for me before i was an officer to make sure i didnt feel out of place and knew what all to do / how everything worked going forward.

Reasons they deserve this award:
Ever since I've joined KSI this guy has been there for SL bringing it to greater heights than I ever imagined. I joined in late February after he had split Imperial and Templar. I was there for some of the biggest highs and lows of SL, but the way he took an eager officer and helped mentor him to one of the best generals I've seen yet. But his approach to everyday is always the same lighthearted and eager to help anyone if they need.

Reasons they deserve this award: I cant think of how to start because of how much this guy did for Imperial and SL. I came up with this guy when I was first became an officer, I left the community but I kept in touch with this guy and the way he took a crumbling imperial officer staff and turned it into one of the best powerhouse's in SL and KSI in recent history. This man is one of the main reasons I came back to KSI because of what he accomplished in what little time. I wanted to be apart of the change that was happening in SL at the time.

Reasons they deserve this award: This individual has been a big help in the squad in as he has recruited members and helped get the squad more active.

Since his rejoin he has been active with helping building the squad. H e is well liked within the squad and the officers. He gives a 100% all the time and is willing to help anyone he can. He is very knowledgeable in KSI rules. He will go far in KSI if he has the right mentoring.

Uppish has been a fantastic Captain for Hellborn this year. He goes out of his way to help people and is a good friend, mentor, and listener. I have had some irl issues going on in my personal life and he’s been willing to be there to listen to me vent, and help try to solve some of my issues. Uppish is awesome and is more than deserving of this award and many others.
