I promoted a person to founder, have a cofo get a div transfer, promote two cofo, lose a general (deployment), have a squad split, promoted 4 new Generals, and then train all them before I had went crazy and had to take a 3 day break. Ground Zero has gone so far since its start. I see Ground Zero being the one top division within it first month of creation. I believe I deserve this for all my ranks above Founder. Phantom was the powerhouse squad originally from SH during my stay as the General of it. KSI PROD1GY 7 24 Posted March 22, 2012 Report Share Posted March 22, 2012 I would like to attest to iLLuSii0N's (hereinafter referred to as "he,him,his") following award requests: Division Creator - Since GZ's inception, he has hit the ground running. He started addressing each squad's recruiting potential, keyed in on their strengths, and provided assistance on their weaknesses. Each squad became an effective and efficient recruiting machine through his guidance. I think that the numbers and rate of growth within GZ speak for themselves (GZ currently @ 442 per Access Denieds). Silver Outstanding Service - I would vouch for Gold Outstanding, but his length of membership does not qualify. To stay on point, he truly exhibits qualities in excess of his responsibilities. I had an issue to address one day and contacted him via text (he gives his personal phone # out to leaders in order to stay informed). Even though he was at work, he took the time to respond and put me at ease until he could get online. Taking time from his daily work to help KSI is definitely noteworthy. I have yet to come across a time when he hasn't been a promoter, influential leader, and positively reinforcing KSI representative. I could continue on, but I do not want to clog this thread with a testament. Outstanding Service - If Silver is awarded, wouldn't this be a residual award? If Silver is not awarded, use Silver's explanation for this award. Hopefully the AAP will feel that iLLuSii0N is as deserving of these awards as I do, but ultimately the decision is yours. Mad Max: no for now but sounds like a tough time but need more witnesses to attest to your sanity during that time before I say yes. Division Creator: Yes, Illusion meets the criteria for division creator award. (this is a fact based award not an opinion based award, so I am verifying the facts that illusion qualifies for this award) Mad Max: Poor Illusion! The week he is referring to, I remember without question. He was dealing with so much at one time, that he literally couldn't even speak straight. LOL He was calling people by the wrong names, forgetting what day it was...ect. He was given the chance to take some time off because if he didn't, he would have either gone completely crazy or demoted himself to private by accident. lol Gold/Silver Outstanding Service: (Can't witness to this because member doesn't qualify) Outstanding Service: I I believe my understanding on how the Outstanding service awards work is that one must have outstanding service before they qualify for silver and gold. Illusion has demonstrated outstanding service since day 1 of his joining KSI by always being proactive, offering to help in whatever he could not for himself but for the betterment of KSI. He has always been someone who offers new and innovative ways to make not only his squad or division to the next level, but KSI as a whole. The outstanding commitment and work he has done for KSI definitely should make him eligible for oustanding service.
