Reason-/-Evidence: KSI Codyo is an amazing guy and an outstanding leader in KNIGHTS SL. We are lucky to have him in our squad/div, but just because he is doing awesome here doesnt mean he hasnt went through adversity. KSI Codyo was a hotshot in Royalty SL ; he rose through the ranks as an officer quickly earning his LT rank, but that ended abruptly with the collapse of his squad. The squad needed a brand new start and was renamed Conquest to avoid failure. KSI Codyo continued to work his tail off, but things did not go well for the squad. KSI Codyo was a young officer and his general had just left the squad (in turmoil) when she left KSI. A new gen was aplojnted but lasted roughly a week before they stepped down and left the community. More issues arose and the squad collapsed. He was then given the opportunity to go wherever he wanted. Most people would have transferred divisions or quit the community altogether. KSI Codyo, however, transfdred within the division to KNIGHTS and quickly floutoshed as an officer working his way to 2CPT.

We're going to need multiple witness statements that attest to how Codyo is a member l that has gone through multiple instances of strife, been plagued by daily issues in KSI, and persevered onwards where one would normally give up and walk away, but has come through and continued their dedication to KSI and not given into the pressure.
