Reason-/-Evidence: I have watched as DropShot worked his way through the ranks and make his way to a CO Founder. He is one who will help out anyone if he has the game or with any questions they may have about KSI. He is a great Recruiter, Mentor, gamer, and friend to all in DL and KSI as a whole. He has helped members with name changes and with what ever he can. He has his hands in several dept. and still makes time for playing with members and be a great CO Founder. I believe he will be a great Leader in KSI when he gets there.  DropShot is always good with coming up with new Ideas and ways to improve DL as a whole.

Let me tell you all about this Risky BOI right here, DropShot has been in KSI for roughly 6 years and the knowledge is shown in his leadership abilities. He started out as a SGT in DL and slowly worked his way up through the ranks and finally had a chance to shine when we started a new squad named Nemesis. Him and the Gen quickly worked together and grew that squad from 15 members up to 70 members, Then Dropshot had his chance to become General, and he took the squad to a even bigger level by retraining all the officers as well and as  training up new officers, He mentored as a great leader throughout his tenure as Gen, Me and Firemomma saw the great potential in Dropshot and eventually we promoted him to a CO-FO, since then this amazing officer has went above and beyond what is asked of him, bringing fresh new ideas to the table and never settling for basic answers or resolutions, This man right here deserves more than just a OS LV 1, he continues to strive for the best with DLs health in mind. I am proud to have him as CO-FO under me and even has taught me a few things in his Tenure in DL.

I cannot speak for clan ops, as I do not work with him in that capacity. In Courts however, Dropshot has been an outstanding member of the staff for a very long time. He is currently the longest standing member of the Courts, with good reason. He is trustworthy, and dedicated to figuring out the truth in a situation. With his time in the role, he is a valuable asset to the department and to KSI as a whole.

When I became DL's Director DropShot was a Roostery but respectful GEN. As their new Director I took a few days to get to know some of the GENs and officers of this Division. Meeting DropShot was a surprise all in its own. Here is this KID in collage running a squad in a Xbox gaming community and is so full of knowledge I was instantly a fan. DropShot had such a strong squad and officers that worked hard and wanted to learn. He never beat around the bush so to speak with his squad he was always up front and to the point with them. As I sat and listen to KSIfiremomma7 give her Division the hard reality check about the fate of DL this KID without missing a beat said 'ok Momma what do you need us to do". From that point on I watched this KID put his squad to work to not only move is squad forward but help one of the other squads that was struggling. As DL began to move forward and start to turn things around and look to a new future I knew this KID was set for greatness. Adding him to the 7's team was a no brainier and probably one of the best decisions DL made. DropShot has had a long history in KSI and never reached a 7 seat till now, and let me tell you this KID should of been here a long time ago. Hes added to this 7 staff the last piece of balance it needed. He is not afraid to challenge KSIfiremomma7 or KSI Prophecy v7 if he feels there is a better way to do something. He's always willing to share his knowledge with members and let them bounce ideas off of him for their squads. He can be found gaming with all ranks in his division or just simply hanging out in a party with members to chit chat and goof off. Not that I need to but this KID is a KSI Judge and is on the Marketing Team and T & E Team as well. I can not tell you how amazing this KID is it was a privileged to work with him and get to know him. I am excited for DL's future and to see the amazing things this KID can do for not only DL but KSI as well.

Dropping my vote to witness

I have hung out in party's and seen drop shot. Work hanging out with members of different ranks. Staying up late being there for members as well. Helping them in many different instances. Always there when needed on many occasions. I watched as a member was having some issues that I will not really get into in detail. But he dropped what he was doing right away to resolve the issue. And even helping me answering questions or dealing with an issue I had as well. And I'm not even in the same division. This guy is a great person to have in a community going above and beyond in anything he does. And a great person to hangout with as well.

Drop Shot has been a good mentor to me as a new gen and is always willing to help me learn to become a better officer he is always there when you have a serious question and is always there to assist you to doing the right thing. He has helped me thru all of the difficulties that a fresh squad split comes with. In the end I could say he is not doing just his job he is going above and beyond that to build DL.

Dropshot is a great mentor and person .i have has rhe honorer of working first hand with him over the last few month i have seen alot of great things from this man . He has always been there to help me learn and to game with ... Dropshot is one of those who will take the time to play with any members of ksi regardless of div or rank.

I was lucky enough to talk to and hang out with dropshot before I joined KSI and since I joined he has been an awesome mentor and pushed to get me promoted. He is always willing to help any member within KSI or even non-members with any issue. I believe he deserves this reward because he is a great and highly valued member of ksi and is an overall amazing person.

this great leader has always gone above and beyond for all his members all the time he always there to talk to and he will always give you advice even if it personal or KSI related the guy always knows the answer and will point the member in the right path just look at what this guy does for this community T&E also apart of marketing and court Judge 

  and he is always pushing the Marketing information for member to know all the time so there always aware 

 

he is a great mentor since I rejoined he been a great person and helped me as I would probably quit KSI for good but he always there with a way to slove the problem and he will go far within his career of KSI and can't wait to see it this guy derisive his level 1 os 100% more than anyone I know 

so just look at what he does for this community and he still have time for his members amazing kind of leader
