This is no easy feat. Every time you check one of his parties, he is always with somebody new, playing whatever game they so choose. He has gone above and beyond for me and the rest of my squad. He also always puts everyone before him constantly trying to reach out to lower ranked people just to check up on them and see if they are doing okay. He worked with Azrael to help create a better FI, and set the standard for leaders of that division in the future.
