We will start this today, April 4th, 2018. BEGIN! Article Assignment: - At the beginning of each month, we will discuss and assign articles to each News and History Member. - When an article is assigned, you must now go to the News site (ksiglobal.org) and create an article with a title and change the category to "Assigned." - When you begin working on it, change the status to "In Progress." - When you have completed the article, change the status to "Pending Review." - This way, we can visibly track the progress on all articles. - If you are having difficulty understanding how to do this, please contact me personally or ask any of your peers. Communication: Lately, we have been lacking in the communication department. Please, please, please, make sure you are keeping in contact with your department heads! Truecifer 354 Posted May 3, 2018 Author Report Share Posted May 3, 2018 News Meeting was moved to Friday 05/04 @ 7 pm EST Article Assignment - Article assignments are to be started with the status "Assigned" - When article is started, move it to "Draft" - When the article is completed and ready for editing, move it to "Pending Review" - If you end up not being able to complete the article and it is re-assigned to someone else, you must delete that draft. Three Strike Policy Reminder - If you do not communicate that you cannot complete an article or attend a meeting, a strike will be given out. - Three strikes were given out this month.
