An it was like 3in the morning I messaged Havoc an we spent a good two hours just going over what it took to be a leader. An I must say that talk helped mold me into the leader I am today. Not only does he go out of his way to answer members own questions on a one on one talk, but once a week he hosts a specific workshop where he answers everybodys questions. He deserves this award.
