Gary has done an amazing job since his promotion. He makes sure that he speaks with all his Generals everyday. He offers advice and encouragement. He has a pleasant way about him that helps when hes talking to people. Hes patient and understanding. LW is very lucky to have him

Reasoning why they deserve this - When I rejoined I felt a little alienated. As I didn't go through normal recruitment and such it took longer to have a presence in my squad. Pizza was there from the beginning, helping to train me to become an officer, answering any questions I might have, and honestly just being a friend. She absolutely deserves this award.

Greg is a person you can count on. I can speak with him whenever I need his ear, and I know I can count on him for any counseling, advices and tips. I have before, since the days of TW untill now, and will do again in the future, to seek his assistance through the KSI ''Open Door Policy''. Though reasoning is the faculty of judgement and this is what differentiate us from the other animals on this planet, I know, that in common sense, I can count on Greg for not judging me, my actions, my thoughts and my past, as he looks beyond that to give me best advice suiting the situation I'm in when I seek his guidance.

Similar to Greg, I can count on Ascend to talk at any time. He is way to present and by that I mean he is accessible everyday and always willing to help. It is to the point that I wonder, does he have a clone or simply no personnal life... I have sought counsel from Ascend several times, I have brought him my thoughts, the issues I faced in my time as an officer and a leader in KSI, the dilemma I had and more. Though he gave me many answers, I have never sought complete answers but guidance that have helped me learn to better my leadership. Of course he could have given the exact solutions and the precise words to use to solve what I brought him, but where would be the fun in that, and most important how do you learn when someone else does all the work for. Though I know his age, I see Ascend as an old hermit offering spiritual and philosophical guidance to those who cross his path or simply seek him.

King, no matter his work schedule or his time online, or even his time off on LOAs, he's always on his toes, always present in the shadow. You may not be able to get in contact with him in the next few minutes, but if you give him to right elements you are jugglingwith, not only are you sure that he will get in contact with you that day or later when he knows you will be available, but he will have thought about what you brought him and already have a path of solutions to propose. In other words he doesn't waste his nor your time. He's a great 7, an amazing leader and a powerful ally. Treat him with care or better treat him like a friend, he's deserving of it.

Trendies is reliable. He may not be the greatest source of knowledge in KSI, but I have sought his help on a few times in the past. He knows a great deal of people, he's appreciated by a lot and loved by several. You can't count on him to break the ice for you. He allowed to meet other leaders I wasn't familiar with when I needed to get in contact with them. And with his help as eased the process to reach these KSI leaders of other divisions. He never speaks for nothing. He's the silent type on whom you can count to say something intelligent when needed. I have heard greatly og him by my members and his. I have myself asked his opinion in the past and will most likely do it again in the future. Seeking guidance doesn't mean you don't necessarily know the asnwer, but only that you seek another opinion before moving on. And I know I can count an intelligent response from this guy. And so canthe member of his division.

I have known Bixby for a while now, from another division, I saw him evolve. He always worked for his squad, the glory of it and to better himself. For the rank he has achieved in DM, I heard he deserved it and not only got it because he was the next in line in his division with most experience and time under the belt. He's a kind individual with whom it is easy to share your thoughts and idea for KSI and outside of it. He's a wild spark, his energy his contagious, he's a kind and natural leader, and a blessing for DM.

Present, caring, knowledgeable, respectful of others no matter what rank they are, attentive, she doesn't get her title in our division get to her head, she cares for all squads though she understands the boundary between the squads she must care for and those under the guidance of our other co-founder. Both work together in kind and intelligent reciprocity. Her attitude towards members, officers and leaders gives agreat energy to our division. She excels at what she's doing and try to better herself and her work each week by contcating me with her ideas in a will to discuss it and seek guidance before moving on with it. She will make a great Founder someday, one like this division has not seen in quite a while.

Reasoning why the deserve this - What can I say about Mr Gambino....He's one of the most motivated people I ever met. He's super knowledgeable and love sharing KSI knowledge and mentoring any and everyone he meets. This is a man who took over a squad that was seriously depressed and stagnate and turned it around and even split said squad. This man deserves this and more.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Kitty is just an awesome person. I can't even begin to explain the accomplishment that she has achieved in her small time as a general. In the first few weeks as a general  of cruelty she defluffed her squad from 63 to 40 and replaced every single member within 2 weeks. Currently they are preparing for a squad split. Not only has she grew her squad but also encourage more out of the box game nights and more team building events. DM is super lucky to have a member like this. Can't wait to see what she does next.

Ashhh has been a strong and stable leader for this community for quite some time now. She has offered countless leaders advice and been a friend in a time of need for many KSI members who have needed someone to talk to or a place to go. She continues to embed her leadership styles into those she brings up with her, teaching her leaders to lead with empathy and dedication. Her hard work as more than admirable, especially considering that we all have our own personal lives going on. She continues working forward with other leaders to make this community better and speaks her mind when the situation requires it. She creates and maintains real relationships with the people throughout her divisions to motivate and encourage others to do better.

I have known Wicked since he was a mere SSGT and have watched him grow and learn throughout the hardships and tough times. He has built a strong, growing division around him with amazing leaders and example setters for the division as a whole. He continues to inspire and motivate the leaders around him, encouraging them to take part of more than just their own division. Not only does his division maintain activity with other divisions, they maintain activity throughout the forums and departments as well.

This amazing leader has stepped up in his division to help revive it. He has been supremely active with his people, helping train and mentor the future leaders of his division. Gary consistently goes out of his way to learn, even if it means attending the same LEAD class more than once. He always has time for his members and makes sure everyone that he works alongside with is on the path to success and knowledge.

He's always on the look for future members.  He has a vast amounts of  KSI knowledge that he willing shares with his fellow members, hosting forum's workshops to help getting old and new members alike acquainted with how to navigate through them. When I first met Ash and joined KSI I was impressed by her. She has been a leader and mentor to me from the start. She had faith in me before I was even looking at running my own squad. She has taught me that sometimes making hard decision is the best for the DIV as a whole. Sometimes we let our anger and our feelings make choices for us, but not Ash. She always looks for the facts and proof before she ever made a dissension of any kind. She will and has done great things for KSI.

Well I been at this guys heels since the day I changed my name. Anything I have ever asked of him he has been there. I never thought I would be running this DIV with him. He don't get the recognition he deserves from this community. Where do you start with this kid!! This kid has been on my heels since the day KSI Ashhh 7 reRCTed her. She has been a force to have on your side or in your squad. What can I say about Jenny. From the day I RCTed her I knew she would do great things and be a great leader. She works with her officers and continues to mentor them. When I first met Chicken I was helping with an issue his squad had. I will tell you this he made an impression with me. He has such drive and commitment to Succubus and KSI. Chicken is becoming a great leader with every thing thrown at him he finds away to make the best of it. He's had some set backs but took them face on and came out a better leader for Succubus in the end. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with him and watching him grow into a awesome leader for KSI.

Reason I believe he deserves this award. When I first came into this division (TI now known as WD) he toke the time to get to know me and even not knowing me he gave me a chance to prove myself he went out of his way to give me the opportunity to really be part of the squad to that I thank him I wouldn't be where I am if it weren't for that chance he toke on a stranger. Along with that he is always open to ideas and there when u need him I know I can always count on him to be there when needed. We were a small division and throw everything and our fight to keep things going he was there to support and encourage all of us and still goes out of his way to really get to know his members more than he is expected to or asked to. (I get in a party and the moment his name comes up my daughter screams hi hawk to her it's honk lol) that just shows that u can do more to get to know ur fellow member more than required to and it's not just me there have been many other members who have confided in him on non KSI related issues. And on top of all that after fighting our butts off to save our division and ending up merging he still puts aside the hardship of it and puts on that smile and encourages all of us to keep moving forward with working towards our goal. If it weren't for him as our general we wouldn't be where we are today and tho he don't see it or think he is I and many others think he's the best general we could ask for. Hes layed back and positive up to join parties no matter there rank or even if there in KSI he is still there and keeping everyone laughing and having a good time.

Reason I believe she deserves this award. I first met smiles and I thought she was shy and quiet and she is… at first lol Though she may seem shy don't let that fool you when it comes to recruiting and messaging you see a whole other side. This girl can recruit her butt off she has been one of the top recruiters in our squad without her help we wouldn't be where we are today. I know recruiting isn't the only reason you are looking for in this award so I'll get right to it. That shy girl I first met has really come a long way I will tell you she is shy not gonna lie but after getting to know her she is just the opposite yes she is very reserved and quiet but she has really come along way and really opened up and to me that is amazing she has put that aside and become such a great officer and is loved by so many of us which to me takes alot for a person to do that. She wanted to be a great officer and has really shined she really knows her stuff even though she doesn't think so, she knows more then she thinks she does. Everyday she surprised me more. To go from a shy quiet girl being told that she needs to talk more if she's going to move up to someone who now don't stop talking lol shows that with a little push one can do great things. She goes out of her way to help people and is always nice and pushes past the limits off what is asked. She is so great at welcoming new members and making them feel welcome. She also is now our team leader for HH which was rough starting off members wanted to be part of something and she made it happen she went out of her way to get the team started and always encouraging us. Now I'm not a great destiny player and I know it but I remember a match where one of our team mates could not make it so I of all people filled in and I just remember going 1an14 totally sucky lol but even though it was obvious she still encouraged me and said I was doing good even though clearly I wasnt. It just proves that even the shyest of people can really make the difference and make someone feel better and like they are just as valuable as everyone else. She is always there supporting everyone and encourages members to keep going and doing there best.

Charming has been a great influence and help to Paragon ever since he has become cofo over it he may not always be the most "charming" person to be around but we all have our days. Charming more than others yes, lol but none either way he has helped many members in Paragon as cofo and he also did many awesome things as gen of Elysium including bringing in many new rcts and helping the squad grow so thats why i believe that he deserves this award.
