Hello y'all.

Please read this because from this point forward, you're responsible for knowing this material.

** If you want to stream on KSILive, you ought to do a couple things.

1) Make sure you touch base with me if you want to work on a different/new/bigger project.

2) Make an event on the Productions Calendar, which can be found here: http://www.ksiforums.org/calendar/21-productions/

Once I accept/approve the calendar event, you're good to stream, but when I approve it...

3) Post a topic in the Live Stream area for the rest of the community to be able to chat and discuss your event and possible request to be included in your event.

If your show is supposed to be bigger, with an actively engaged audience or KSI-wide participation, you have to have done everything above at least TWO WEEKS in advance.

** All Activation Requests for the KSILIVE channel must be requested at least 4 hours before the event. Ideally, you would request it even earlier than that. Those with the ability to give activation have lives too, and yours is not more important than there's.

Failure to get my approval for events or to request codes/activation as stated above can result in your removal from the team.

** All streamers on the team are required to stream at least once during a calendar month. If you do not, you will be removed.

** We are looking for editors and members with recording devices to join the team to enhance the quality of our streams and increase the YouTube content.

** We're also looking for recorders to work with News Team to do community interviews for the News Site and Youtube.

** Remember to advertise the Upload Studio Montage Competition and to vote on it when it closes on the 14th.

** THIS DEPARTMENT WILL NOT BE SPLITTING INTO TWO DEPARTMENTS AT ANY TIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE. A split between recording/streaming and heavily produced and planned shows (i.e. Happy Hour) is in the long term works, but that is not close and should not be discussed moving forward. Any decision to do so will lie with me and the Board.

** Please remember to communicate on the forums, Xbox and Kik. To avoid the confusion that's risen recently, I've established the calendar and section for you to all communicate better with me, yourselves, and the rest of the community.
