This will compile all the ideas you have - be that to change something, make something improve something. - ANYTHING! Post it here, To get you started- How will we get Divisional Milestones utilised by Divisions again? What recommendations do you have to increase activity in the AAP Nominations? A lot of the milestones the lower ranking members don't even know about, or have the ability to check as easily as checking (classified). Divisional leadership should be all about trying to obtain milestones and showing that they are one of the best Divisions in KSI. Somehow we have to be able to poke and prod the leadership on the divisional level to actually believe that milestones and divisional pride matter at all, or they aren't even going to bring it down into their squad level. If we gave it a year (or whatever time frame), and made it a divisional competition somewhat like, whatever division obtains the most milestones within (timeframe) would receive KSI Division of the (timeframe) milestone, and maybe see if we could move their divisional topic higher on the forums page than the rest? Idk just throwing random stuff out while barely awake but maybe someone else will have some more input. - My recommendations to increase activity in the AAP, are simple things that already should be going on. All of us as staff have to be the messenger boys (and gals) of KSI. If we aren't discussing it when we get an opportunity, why would anyone else who might not have any vested interest in our section? Also, some of us do this currently, but I believe we as staff should become more PROACTIVE and less reactive regarding awards. I believe we should spend some time (not an ungodly amount) looking for members who do qualify for certain awards, and attempting to get those members the awards. As staff, we should have a duty to nominate people when applicable just as much as we have a duty to approve the awards. I don't feel like that is asking too much of us as staff, instead of sitting around waiting for nominations to come to us. - To improve as a staff, we all just have to communicate. If you aren't sure about requirements for witnesses for a certain award, or what we are looking for from the nominee, that's what the staff section is for. None of us are here to shark attack someone who might have a question regarding the section. If that's too much for anyone, feel free to message me anytime and if I can help I absolutely will. To bring it all to a point, for this section to improve WE as staff have to put forth the effort to improve it. Blaming other factors and sitting around doing the same things the same way that they have always been done will not bring forth any real change in the section.
