Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: I worked with a lot of different generals in KSI before. They all taught me how to be a good leader but gunner has taught me the most and he is the best general I have ever worked with. I thought I knew a lot about KSI, but when I met KSI Gunner254, I learned a lot more. He is a great role model, not only to me but to the whole squad. He does everything in his power to make sure everybody is active and having fun. Therefore I can not think of anyone else that is more qualified for this award more than Gunner. He is the definition of what a KSI general is.

Reasoning - I think Ivy should win Co-Founder of the year because she's amazing at what she does. She does nothing but try to be positive, kind, and respectful to everyone no matter the circumstance. Ivy has developed into an extremely incredible leader and I cannot be prouder. I remember the day I first recruited her into my squad she wasn't like how she is today. I'm glad I got the time to train you up and bring you up the ranks, thanks for bringing back to KSI too! What's that saying? The student surpasses the teacher or something like that? That's how this situation is.

Reason: What can I say about Dreaded that he doesn't say about himself through his actions. Time and time again he has put KSI and all of his members above even his own happiness. Other than personally training me and helping me to get where I am today, he does that and so much more for anyone that asks it of him. When he first joined LS I had my doubts, but over the years of working together I have come to respect him and call him a mentor. KSI related or not Pachi is always there for whoever needs him. Danger has a love for the squad and the people in his squad, even going out of his way to spend his own money so that it can continue to grow. Everything he does is for the betterment of this clan, going as far as to revive the LS squad from the grave it sat in. The skill and friendly, welcoming tone he shows in game would make anyone want to be apart of our clan (if only we left party chat...). Outside of that, he is very kind, generous, and overall a great person. Danger does so much more than he has to, and that is why he deserves General of the year.

Ever since Impy has taken up the mantle of being CDM, KSI's web ops side has not only seen a lot of change, but also many improvements as well. Him, along with the leaders that are in place, have been working to a much more prosperous relationship between the departments and clan ops. With Impy's push with these leaders we've seen more streams and content from productions, more news being spread on the news site and social media for our enjoyment, activities being more mentioned on Xbox and just with clan ops in general. Not only does he push productivity, he also offers great advice for many people who he's come in contact with in the last year. Between web ops and even clan ops, he assists and helps all, even though his position doesn't call for it. Many people have called on him for assistance, and is honestly one of the most visible Senior Leaders we have here in KSI. This consistency and effort he has put into his position and much more deserves that recognition.

Mpliers has been through much this year, many things that would break other members and even upper leadership in this community, that resiliency is not just his own to keep though. He instills that with other members and leaders he mentors, even on a daily basis. Being one of the directors with the most roles in KSI at that time. Productions, TnE, Forum Staff, and to include his clan ops position; he has taken on what some people could say "more than they could handle". He has been known to be there for members when they absolutely need him, on and off Xbox he is constantly dealing and helping with KSI situations and members, even. His advice and efforts have saved members, some divisions, and has helped KSI progress to be better when it comes to knowledge and positivity, at least where he's left his mark. Pliers is the man with the plan (sometimes)

Hes been a tolerant influence as well as the one to slam me when i screw up. hes the heart of the board and the forums staff in general. Quite frankly if it wasnt for rags and his patience with us.....none of us would have survived let alone prospered and come into our own, hes one of the closest things in KSI to a brother that i have encountered in KSI. Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: ES started this year a couple Generals down but Ashhh persevered she trained up new Generals and started building momentum that continued into spirit week with ES being part of the first 3-way tie for 1^st place. Later Ashhh and ES went on to take 2^nd place in a very completive tie breaker between ES WI and LS. ES had a huge presence during spirit week competing in every event and always adding to the conversations on twitch live streams.
I would like to mention some of the other outstanding Div. leaders from this year KSI Collector 7, KSI Pansir 7, KSI Ascend 7 and, KSI MFL Swagg 7 all of whom made this a very hard decision.

There’s no question that DM as a whole as changed (take it as you will.) But if there’s someone who wants only the best for this division, then look no further. Thanks to KSI True 7: many security risked members have become cleared, as well “fluff” from squads/division have been dealt with. I can now say, DM has some of the best 7’s we’ve ever had in a long time.

Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: whenever I transferred to Wrath sometime back in March, Lotta was Captain, and KSI True 7 was general. Lotta was promoted to general on the 20th of May 2016, and has been general until 18th of December when she transferred to Cruelty, DM. Her dedication to this squad and its members is unparalleled. Being someone who lives in England, 5 hours ahead of eastern time but still host lobbies at 6, 7, sometimes even 8pm EST. Every time she’s online, never once have I heard her speak down to any member, officer or not.

He's the one I look up to within squad and is always at hand to help. He's never once complained and alway's strives to make our squad a better one. He has helped me with many personal things and whenever there was an issue within the squad, I wasn't afraid to bring it to him because I know he'd be able to deal with it. He has always been helping others and hosting raids on Destiny, always willing to come in and help, he'll even give someone his spot on the Fireteam to someone else, regardless on if he wants to do the raid. He's always willing to help.

Reason:

This is the one and only "DirtyJew" (gamertag when recruited) the almighty SPARTACUS, the uncle 'REX', and now the chillin 'ICE.' I met this guy in a black ops lobby training up a recruit to private and he automatically showed interest, asked questions and became determined to go above and beyond for the community when he wasn't even in it yet!. I have worked and had REX along side me since my squad split and became PARAGON. He is someone to never give up and continues pushing to reach another step above him. As a SGT going into SSGT, he peaked his interest into news team along with helping me get interested into the departments and we both joined marketing together, now we have both applied to become a judge. He is a go to friend and officer within our squad and many others. When given a task or bringing him into a game or situation, he does his best to fix it and place that as his priority to get it done the right way and where everyone is satisfied. He is a true friend and can pull through any situation for the better of those around him. He works hard as a member within KSI, holding workshops, working with members, taking stress off of me as a Gen and off of ranks higher than I. He is the one that seemed to have held together news team pulling articles left and right and offering to him out where he could to make sure everyone's day was easier. He is apart of KSI more than he even knows and he is a family member with some glue that helps keep our squad together no matter how hard someone tries to peel it apart. If anyone deserves member of the Year, it's definitely this guy.! :afro:

Reason: I have no clue what to call him... Thanantos? Spartacus? Rex? lCE? Sally? No idea, but what I do know is that he has been an amazing officer to work with, and since I had orientated him things have always been positive and he's always wanted to move the squad forward. He works hard with me to keep everyone positive and pulls me into workshops to help him if he needs it. I've seen what he is capable of and I believe he deserves this reward. He has worked hard, way too hard to not get recognition. He is someone that I can go to, to assist with a situation, or have him take over the issue and I know it'll be handled appropriately. Love this guy like a bro, and he's definitely showing his support in the squad and for members within and outside of it. You ever need a laugh, you'll always find me and him ready to keep things positive.

Reason: I have read all of his articles as of late, and have been in one of his interviews. He captures you with his descriptions in the review, and talks about us as a second family, and while doing so you can feel the emotion. In the interviews he doesn't slander words, but maybe shortens it because he can't type fast. He's professional about it, and will make it a great time. I've heard about what's going on with the News Team, and he's definitely has shown that he is dependable. Working hard to get his articles in. He definitely deserves this reward also, as he has been pushing to keep them motivated!
