When TSB hit, they took a good portion of two of our squads, Ruthless and Savage, so that these two squads had to be merged into one; Ruthless. Since this had happened, the squad had a very hard time with activity, getting people to show up for events or recruit, or even with simple communication.

KSI Squeek had the brilliant idea to implement something she had named after her general, KSI Warp Trail (KSI Warp 7), Warp Tokens.

These tokens are earned by doing every day simple things, such as post on the forums, attend stream panels, vote in the AAPs. We have spoken to a few leaders about it and have included watching the livestream and participating/winning the Weekend Warfare.

Since implementing these tokens, the activity for this squad has increased immensely and because of this, it has gone division-wide and further.

FI and LW are implementing these tokens, or at least that is what I've been told.

The proof is in her Access Denied., but also at this convenient location only available for access by leaders.

It may be productive in the respected division it started in, but we do not know how it's doing in the 2 named divisions. I know there are several divisions that are not using them. If it does go KSI wide, we would need to see how productive it is. It would take a couple months to see how it works.

I would Like to see the "Proof" Stated above, and then I would like to see exactly how far reaching this idea is.

I will need everything to be highly detailed, and will also need the highest level divisional leadership to explain to me what it is in their respective divisions and how it is impacting them respectively..

Understood. I may have been slightly eager with this award and can understand why more information would be needed.

Upon speaking with a few people (and Reigns' post), I would like to take the time to prepare a valid support for this system and award.

I would appreciate it if we could just excuse my impatience and allow me to have the proper information to present.
