Reasoning why they deserve this -  Reverent has been one of my lead recruiters and is a great kid at heart and i love him for it (not in any kind of sexual way) The reason he deserves this is because he is always willing to help, hang out, recruit, and expand his knowledge if he stays on the path he is on he will make a great general someday!

Reasoning why they deserve this -
Collector deserves this because as a director he makes himself available to any and all members of the divisions he is over, while many Directors try they tend to not be readily available, while Collector is. When Collector's divisions change to where he wasn't over mine I saw a drastic difference in how things were happening, with Collector, gen promotions, squad tag holder changes, and so on all happen efficiently and quickly. When he is over divisions he pushes the standards of quality to the utmost degree in the most realistic way. That is why I think Collector deserves this award

Reasoning why they deserve this -
This month, a lot of hard things came Ascend's way, dealing with Gens not doing there job, officers not doing there job, gens leaving, and 2 squads being in danger of shutting down. There were a lot hard choices he had to make about whether or not to shut those squads down. He ultimately decided to shutdown those squads to help out the division as a whole. He either replaced the gens who weren't doing there jobs with people who will or started ensuring the right people were trained for it. Even with all these hardships coming his way, he stayed calmed, he adapted, and he worked with the 7 staff to find solutions, even when a lot of leaders would have overreacted or even left he persevered.

Impy has been instrumental in the revamping of the history Team. Before he came in to help, there were way to many people in the history team who were not doing anything, so he worked with the Co-head and Head to lower the numbers of the team, noe because of him the team is working more efficiently than it has in like 5 months or so.

LastNine deserves this award because when he set his mind to do something he does it. When he wanted to be cleared to recruit, he went to every workshop he could, he tried to recruit as many people as he could everyday. He was cleared to recruit. He wanted to learn how to be an officer, so he did everything he could to learn how to be an officer, he learned the the ssgt sop inside and out. He tried hist best to attend every meeting he could even if no one else would come, he would. He tries to play with everyone in KSI to have a good time. LastNine Examplifies what KSI is all about.

He has helped so many members by providing them with Xbox live or money for a name change. He's gone out of his way to make sure everyone is happy. Reasoning why they deserve this - This person in-particular has went out of his way to help people including myself when they are in their darkest hour. I had thought about leaving numerous times while I was in KSI and he always told me this, "If you don't like how something is, get to a rank high enough to change it." And that is what has kept me going. This member has also done a great job as a Co-Division Leader. He has approved many people access back into KSI, he has made every recruit brought in feel welcome and he has strived to get the FI Welcoming Committee back up to its top potential.

Reasoning why they deserve this - After this member returned off of his LOA, no one in FI hardly knew him. He came back with a bang, he got people recruiting again, and wanted everyone to see that KSI if FUN and not just business all the time, he has been training the new recruits that appear on the RCT tag and has been there for anyone who needed someone to talk to. Everyone in Octane and most people in FI now know him and consider his a great friend and someone that the look up to. And this is why he deserves this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Magnus has been through a lot of hard times in her life. But nothing in her life has ever slowed her down. In KSI, she has had her ups and downs but has never asked why this is happening or anything like that. She just pushes forward and never looks back. She has tried recruiting and love it, she has answered peoples questions when they've had them, and she knows so much about KSI and she is just a CPL. I cannot wait to see her as a SGT or higher. Magnus Kufar has earned and deserves this award!

Reasoning why the deserve this - 
This particular member despite her short time in KSI has accomplished ao much. She helped majorly in the success of Forsaken's first split into Asgard, and then went to Asgard to help them grow. During which she went through some hardships but she still stuck with it and continued to make Asgard a success. And although her time in Asgard was short lived, she returned to Forsaken and came back with more confidence than before. Which then led to her becoming Gen and successfully splitting Forsaken into Impulse in her first week. And now in such a short time she has built Forsaken up once more and is close to opening yet another new squad. All of these trials and accomplishments have made her into a great leader, she's dependable, knowledgeable, and makes any and all members feel at home. She also goes out of her way to buy name changes for potential officers, and some who are very successful today. Overall, Asuna is truly a great asset to KSI in a whole.

Reasoning: Ever since TI was formed, CyaKnight 7 (Formerly KSI FluffyDuck) has shown pure grit and determination to do what's best for those in her care, having been one of the longest standing Generals, and most experienced non-sevens I've encountered, she was a shoe in for Co-founder, and since earning that title, she has come on in leaps and bounds, going out of her way to assist her upper leadership in keeping the members of all four squads in TI in check and making sure they have someone to turn to when they desperately need it.

Reasoning: Hawk has shown that he has what it takes to save the day, and has on multiple occassions done what he can to assist, when an issue arose with a squad in TI, he happily stepped from his post as Captain of one squad, to General of another, hitting the ground running and simply proceeding to plow thorugh the mountain of work left before him, coming out on top and stabilizing a previously shaky squad, there isn't anyone else right now that I have seen take on that level of responsibility and not only save a squad, but help it to grow, increasing the activity and pushing onwards to do much greater things.

Reasoning: Despite having minimal training, DemiUrge has proven to be willing and able to take command of a situation, while his methods are... Unorthodox, at best, he is more than able to get the job done, battling his own mind in the process, and pushing himself to his very limits, only to take a quick breather and get back into the fray at full strength, hungry for more. Forced into his position on a time of great need, Demi has, despite everything, grown within himself, and aided in the prevention of a squad's death.

While Azrael hangs out with his son at home, he also enjoys hopping on with others from his divisions. Checking up on them and helping them out if they have any questions. He's a great go to guide and kind ear if someone is dealing with issues whether it be for KSI or personal reasons. He may occasionally be silent but he's always keeping an eye on things from behind the scenes. (Like a weird parental stalker trying to make sure their kids don't accidentally set the house on fire)

Beyond the call is and understatement when it comes to Sycdan. He was just a co-founder starting out, learning new things and running around like a crazy chicken with its head cut off. And now that he's a founder... He tries as best he can to push his division to greatness. And even through the rough patches he still moves forward. He like Azrael.. is there for his div, and his squads along with the members in them. Even dealing with his own issues, He hides them away to help out others with both personal and in KSI. Despite being in the UK he's stays up extremely late to be sure that he gets all the info he needs to send out to his officers along with dealing with people making time for gaming.

This person has such passion about not on TI but KSI as a whole. He wants so much for this community, and I have never had met someone willing to do so much and push himself to the absolute brink to do not only whats right for his own division but for everyone! He wants to see and and do so much to help everyone. Regardless of personal issues he still tries as hard as he can to help out others no matter the situation. He's a fighter, he speaks his mind but he always means well. The passion in this person is absolutely shown by the work he does to help out his gen and his squad. And despite minimal training he has pushed through all obstacles put in his way and has shown pure determination for the rank placed upon him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - 

Many things have happened in this past month where Tempah has been pushed down to the ground but where as many people would up and leave Temaph has had the strength to get up on his feet and keep going. Tempah has faced many difficulties but through these difficulties and obstacles  Tempah has sacrifice everything to help the people in his division to help make his division a better place. yes,  we lack in numbers but everyone knows each other tempah has taught us that we are not just members we are a family. Tempah has the strength and the passion to keep going which makes for the amazing division leader he is.  From personal experience he has help me strive through my ups and downs through out KSI from the time I was a LT to now. He has strived and gave up his time to help anyone he can. I believe KSI Tempah 7 deserves to be recognized for all  his hard work as a division leader in KSI.

Reason why they deserve this-

I honestly don't know where to start tempah is an all around great person. First off he would do anything and help anyone in his division to help the division. He cares about his whole division and does what he can. He refuses to give up no matter what comes in his way. He always gets up and fixes things to better the division and his members. His division was my first division when I rejoined and he seen a lot through me and I earned it and he done everything possible to help me get to where I deserved to be. Yeah me and him didn't get along all the time but he runs a very outstanding division and deserves tons of respect yeah number may not show it but he works his ass off to make his division better and better everyday. He has taught me how to be a good leader and In my opinion his division is one of the best.

Sycdan has taught me that even if things look bleak, they probably are- but if you try hard enough, with enough effort, then even imminent death of a division can be thwarted. He does so much for us, and not just us, but for the other divisions as well, it's kind of difficult to not think of him as less than a god. Lol. 

I have the utmost respect for this man after seeing the amount of work he puts in on a daily.

Reasoning: I have recently met CyaKnight and I must say, her personality had won me over. My first impression is her is that she is a strong leader, with a passion to make people want to be better for the sake of others. She's a fighter, willing to advocate for those who are deserving of someone in their corner.  She is proving to be a great Co founder, assisting with information whenever she can. I feel blessed to know of a person like CyaKnight

Reasoning: Hawk has stepped in when our division was virtually on life support and has helped to nurse it back to health.  He has worked tirelessly into the night, burning the candle at both ends. His supernatural ability to want to put others above himself reminds me of Superman, Man of Steel. Which is a fitting analogy, since he is the General of Krypton.....

Reasoning why they deserve this -

The reason that KSIxIris deserves this award is because she continually goes above and beyond doing her best to better improve the squad, she is constantly working her heart out whether it be background checks, promotions or organising game nights for our lower ranking members. She always puts in 200% to her duties and the squad has greatly benefited for it. She is a highly motivated member and she gets our other members motivated and involved. I see her progressing far in the future and staying as highly motivated and dedicated to further improving the squad. Could not of thought of a better candidate for this award.

Ascend has always been there for his members when they feel low or doubt their leadership abilities and he helps build people up. He has work very hard to get the division where is is a keep it moving forward as a whole. He is not only a great leader but also a great friend and will be there if you need someone to vent to about something personal. I could sit here and write up how much ascend really does for everyone in the division and how great he is but I’m hoping that everyone in KSI at least has heard of Ascend and how he is a great person, leader and friend. And he really deserves the title of KSI Divisional Leader OTM July 2016.

MuddyGirl i swear isn’t even human. The amount of Poop this girl can do is amazing. Lately she has been pulling a lot of extra weight in the division. For example she is acting gen of a squad to ensure that the officers are being trained properly and fix a few bugs before they become worse. She has also been over the divisional Recruit tag and keeping us updated on whats good and bad with new recruits. And then she is Co-Divisional leader above all. She has somehow managed to do the tag and the squad when she has time fem being the codiv. I really don’t know how she does it. She inspires us(including myself) to be and do more then what the title says. Be a friend to someone you don’t like and involve everyone in some way. And my goodness she involves as many people as she can in game nights and tries to encourage meeting attendance others to host game lobbies and even to recruit and she has done this through out the whole division. 

Muddy deserves this because somehow someway she is SuperWoman and doing way more then she should as a Co-Division leader and she is kick a$$ while doing it.

Karma has been doing a great job as a co-head of the history department. She hates letting people go for the wrong reasons but knows its whats best. She has great ideas that we plan to develop and start on in a little while. She is great with the members of the team and encourages everyone to do the best they can and even at times helping them with information. Me and karma have very opposite scheules but when we find time to talk about the team i love hearing her ideas and then after all the serious talk is done having fun and playing a game with her. She isn’t just a great Co-Head she is also a great friend. Im glad to have her as both.

He has inspired me to take on new challenges and supported me in every decision I have made. He has helped create a positive environment for MP to help it grow. Reasoning why the deserve this - Rpg is a very active person within KSI. He is very knowledgeable within KSI and he knows how to train his members right. He is one of the only generals that I have seen that have trained his members so that they know exactly how to solve issues that in other squads the issue would normally go all the way up to to gen or cofounder before being solved. He makes sure that CoC is always being followed and that his members remember to be mature. He is just about willing to help out anyone and always jumps at the opportunity to help me. He has the strength to solve just about anything he is faced with and the strength to help any member with any problem, personal or not. He is a very helpful person to MP’s development and he is a very valuable member. He always does the right thing no matter what the situation or the who the person is. He is the exact definition of knowledge, strength and integrity.
