Die Hard-When KSI FithsFault became Gen of Turbo, he literally only had one active CPT and one active CPL, through his perseverance and dedication he no host squad meetings and game nights with full lobbies through out the night, he has made his squad more active than I have ever seen from any previous Gen of Turbo. He could have quit when anyone else would have but he didn't he stuck around and made it what it is today.

Member Assistance-He has been very helpful with answering any of the officers and lower members questions, during spirit week he helped 7 members make forums accounts and answered questions that new members have had upon first encountering the forums.

Helping Hand-He has gone so far to award members with gamertag changes within his own sqaud, he now has only 4 CPLs because he has given away so many GT changes, for members who haven't been able to keep up on their gold memberships he has assisted many members as well!

KSI FithsFault was hand a squad when least prepared to lead it, he has come through strife and angst to better his squad, he truly has went about and beyond what is called for and has done exceptionally well with the tools he has been given, his a great general, a well round leader and an even better member!

I can, and will provide witness statements for the following. Die Hard and Helping Hand.

Die Hard: KSI FithsFault (Now known as KSI SillySquare) was in my squad from the word go, back when Hybrid was still a part of FI, when we split to form Turbo FI, he did what he could to back them up and keep them out of a rut. Upon the event of the FI division split, he came to TI as one of my captains for a short time, helping me through some issues within the squad (I was his General at this time) and taking on far more that his rank would have entailed, yet, instead of pulling his hair out and quitting outright, he pushed on, pulling the squad through a dangerous period where some people were unhappy with events such as the division split and simply left, leaving holes where we were once a tightly knit unit.

After a month, however, I changed the squads gametype, a choice that wasn't the most popular, and resulted in a small number of other members also leaving KSI or transferring to other squads, FithsFault took a bit of a hit upon these events and proceeded to close in a little, this only lasted a short time however, and he managed to pull himself back up and helped bring in a few more people before coming to me and telling me that Turbo FI was looking a little thin on the ground, and requested a transfer to our split squad to help out.

When he transfered, it was decided by leadership that he would retain his current rank as 3CPT and work with their current Gen to pull the squad out of a sticky situation, not long after the transfer, his General left KSI for his own personal reasons, leaving FithsFault in a position in which he was in command of a struggling squad that seemed to be sinking, a position in which I've seen lesser people simply throw in the towel and walk away, not FithsFault, though, against all the odds, he dragged the squad from the brink, soldiering through every obstacle that came his way and has, in turn, built upon the basic building blocks he'd been left with to improve the squad massively, he could have just walked away at any time, but with the grit and determination that he's shown, in the face of everything that has gone on, he's managed to bolster numbers and even re-stock his officer staff with fresh and capable people.

 

Helping Hand: KSI FithsFault has always been willing and eager to assist a member with anything they need, even going so far as to provide myself with a brief Gold Membership to enable my continued duties to this community, I have seen him do this multiple times with various people in different squads and even divisions, even going so far as to provide a ten dollar gift card to a member on a whim, simply so they could change their name and progress up through the ranks, despite potentially losing money in the long run, he was more than happy to do this.

I can and will present witness statements for Die Hard and helping hand

Die hard: when Fithsfault first joined Turbo there was a on and off active gen, 1 active captain, and few active members. When he became general was stuck at 2nd captain still but I accepted the responsibility, he brought back the squad. He went from maybe 3 active members to now having 40 active members. He put a lot of time and energy into turbo, we are his familu.

Helping han: before joining turbo, we had one active captain and a general who left the work to that captain, (the captain was me). I was constantly attending meetings, sorting out squad problems, etc. But Then Comes fithfault, A Previously Know Friend From hybrid, When He came He Helped Take a load of work of my shoulders. We would split meetings and duty, we had 3 active members at squad meetings, we worked up to about 10, then he became gen. Without him coming to turbo, we wouldn't have lasted. We would go back to hybrid (or the youngies  know, Xenon. Thank you Andrew!

Fifths fault has bought gamertags for his members to help those who can't afford but wanted to rank up so he's earned the helping hand award.

Fifth fault also has helped ever sense he became gen to answer all questions and mentor those below him so he's earned the members assistance award

- Die Hard - FithsFault really didn't know what he was doing when he became GEN and through trial and error her persevered where the former GEN failed. His squad is now increasing in numbers and because of his leadership, people have started to look up to him, when before they may have talked to him , "Every once in a while." 

-Member Assistance - FithsFault is one of the first to welcome new members and to inform them that if they need anything they may come to him. He has gone above and beyond his line of duty and put out of his own pocket to purchase name changes for the members that he sees sticking around for a while.

- Helping Hand -When I missed the GENs meeting last week, I asked everyone for the meeting notes because I had no rep at the meeting and FithsFault agreed to share his notes with me so that I may have a successful meeting. Thanks Bud

-DIE HARD: I must say since i became a member i have seen FithsFault hunting members for our community not just his squad. He has definitely went above and beyond for our community and helped us grow in numerous ways. We went on recruiting hunts together before he went to Turbo and I've seen him gather a bunch of recruits in a single day. I've  also seen him in action with his squad and i let me tell you, he is a true leader and a friend. His squad has grown tremendously since he became Gen of turbo. Whenever there is an issue he gets it taken care of professionally and respectively. 

 

-Member assistance: When i became a member of KSI FithsFault has always been by my side, we've discussed ways in which we can improve our squad (which was Hybrid at that time) and whenever i had a problem he would help me, if I'm unsure about something he always provided me with the necessary info i needed. He has trained me and also shadowed me during recruitments and orientations.
