Ascend isn’t just a leader within the division he is a friend. ascend has been there for me when i needed a person to talk to and because of him I’m striving to do more for not only my squad but the division. He is always willing to answer questions about whatever we need and if not he will be straight up and tell us to follow chain. This is something that gets overlooked sometimes. Having a leader be straight up and tell you how it is. Ascend is amazing to have as our leader and also to have a friend.

Muerte has been my right hand for a while now. I really don’t tell him how much he means to me as an officer. He is always working hard and even keeps me on my toes. He is a great person to be around and i believe the squad will start to become more active having him where he is.. He is an amazing leader and a great friend to the members within the squad. Muerte if your reading this keeping working hard. I love everything you do man

Reason they Deserve this:  The care and respect that he displays, answering the messages of other members at all hours, taking the time to not only help with their problem but also take the time to explain the reasoning behind his solution and how he obtained it.  This member in my mind earned some of my highest respects when he helped me, then, not having to do this, got back with me just to let me know I did right. It wasnt something he needed to do or was made or asked to do, it was just the right thing to do and by all accounts, the most respectful thing a person could do for another. Thank you sir for making me a believer again and showing me that true leadership still holds steady in KSI.

Reason  they Deserve this:  After finally meeting the Mighty Thor I must say I wasnt  quite expecting what I found.  His name boasts arrogance, and you would assume the ego to boot.  By no means the case. He is quite calm and reasonable. He greets all members as if they were long lost friends. I have watched as he has helped members from abroad never turning them away for any reason. He exhibits by great example what a Leader in KSI should be. Thank you sir for excepting me as a friend.

Reason they deserve this:  Swagg has put alot into KSI. His pride for our division, and for every squad in it. His heart in every member.  To be a great and respected leader means that the men and women you lead must feel that they can trust to follow you anywhere. I dont know of a member that wouldn't follow him, and follow him faithfully.  From his inspirational messages to the music he makes that relaxes us all, Swag is a friend, a leader, and a teacher to us all in FI.  Not to mention he is a dedicated Military member, sworn to protect our way of life so that we can all be here doing what we do.  Thank you sir for not only being a great friend but for protecting our country as well.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI LezKat 7 deserves this award because of her tremendous dedication to KSI. She has done a lot for KSI. She is the reason Octane even exists still, which it has grown to be a very close knit, strong squad - all because she had a vision for it & she didnt give up when everything was against her. Now its awesome watching her strengthen TI. Through determination and hard work she earned her own division & proves it daily with the countless hours she gladly puts in. TI will also make a huge impact on all of KSI in a positive way. She takes time to teach new leaders and new recruits alike. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and get the job done no matter what it is, yet she also takes time for her family in FI. She wanted to prove that a div split doesnt put a brick wall in-between the 2, & she has been VERY successful of making sure of that. Having that much heart in KSI is why KSI Lez Kat 7 definitely outshines the rest of us & deserves this award.

Reason they deserve this:  Spider is very well-rounded, smart, & mature, well beyond his years. I've been around him just us, with the other squad members, & also several times with div leaders, multiple directors. etc... the guy is the same person no matter who's around or what the situation is. You never have to worry how hes gonna act around someone or if he can handle a situation without losing his cool. He's also awesome at seeing where he can fill in, and most importantly is he catches things about the way another member acts, & actually sees what he can do to help them be a stronger, more self confident, better person. He is actually totally reliable not to spread gossip or talk about anything hes heard that does not involve KSI! Hes a great influence & Firebird is lucky to have him as their new Gen.

Reasoning why they deserve this - this man has no issues jumping on at any time of night or day to help out the members in TI even with the time difference. He has been there for TI since day one doing all that he can to help out. He has been there for TI to make sure things run smooth while i am at work or helping out family.  He has never let TI down.

Reasoning why the deserve this - FluffyDucks dedication is inspiring  while working late hours and caring for her small child. She  manages to find the time to answer any question brought to her, handle any problem that makes it way to her, to  hang  out and game with her squad and a few others in the community.

Reasoning why they deserve this -   Gaara has spent countless hours working with members in Lithium showing them how to recruit, holding meetings when his gen wasnt available. Setting up game nights  and recruiting parties with the members of his squad.

Reasoning why they deserve 
There hasn't been a time in KSI that I haven't seen this man helping members and trying to get everyone active. He's always trying to get teams together with DR and trying to compete with other divisions just so they have a chance to meet other KSI member and actually get the feel of KSI so they can fully grasp how big KSI is. There isn't a time I can ask this man for advice and he happily gives it to me. Ive seen this man set there and brainstorm for hours just to try and set up new and exciting events for KSI, he's a man of knowledge,  strength and integrity, I look up to this man not only has a leader in KSI but as a human in real life. Much respect to you sir!

Reasonings why they deserve this -
I've worked closely with Python for over a year now and there hasn't been a time he hasn't been there for his division. This Founder is ALWAYS on the recruit tag ( ALWAYS ), making sure everyone is being active with squad tags and Access Denieds. He's extremely active with his division and is always trying to come up with new ideas that will improve the division and KSI as a whole. He's a great leader and mentor. This man definitely eats, breaths and drinks the definition " lead by example ". He's always trying to increase activity with in all the squads, he's always attending squad activities and if he's not doing that then he's in the recruit tag again lol. ( Seriously, this guy is on the recruit tag like 30 times a day lol ). Without Python I KNOW that this division wouldn't even be close to where it is now. Python is always looking forward to helping squads in some shape form or fashion, weather it be recruiting, promoting, training or even helping host events. Not only is he Founder but a T&E member and strives to make T&E and his division stronger and more active.

Reasoning why they deserve this -
Boa is such a unique women. She's definitely a " go getter " and will stop at nothing to make sure DR runs smoothly! She's always been there for me, her squads and the division as a whole. She's all the time making lists for her squads, making sure everyone is being active. She's always be in active with the members and attending there game nights, workshops, meetings and other events. Not only is she on T&E and a CoFo but she's a mother who loves her kid very much. This women finds the time to take care of her kid, T&E and still her her CoFo duties. There isn't a time I haven't seen Boa just relax and actually play a game, it's always " I need to go help this person " or " I need to make a list " or things like that 24/7... I have worked side by side Boa for a long time now and there's not a minute I can't say I regret it or she's done a bad job. She's ALWAYS trying help help someone in some way or another and o honestly don't believe that DR would be where it is without her. She's so knowledgeable and I willing to share her knowledge with anyone and everyone that she meets. This women definitely deserves the CoFo of the month award and the workaholic award

Reasoning why the deserve this -
The reason why I believe Trooper deserves this award is because he's an outstanding person and Gen and those that have talked to him will agree with me 10000%. This man was given a squad that was basically all fluff and was told to rebuild it, I'm the short time of Gen he has completely rebuilt his squad from top to bottom. What I love about Trooper is that he doesn't make it seem like a job because he's happy to help his squad, his division and the me members. The short period of time I was over him and his squad was AMAZING! Not only did he have a game plan but he stuck with it and has accomplished it, his squad is full of active members that love him and always wants to be with him. There isn't a time when I'm in a party with him that he has to leave the party or invite his members to the party because they spam him with invites because the just want to hand out with him, there's not anyone that can say a bad thing about this man and it be true. This man is SOO knowledgeable and is always trying to share is knowledge with anyone end everyone that is willing to listen. He's always trying to come up with new ideas to not only make his squad more active but the entire division, this man is asset to DR and we will always be grateful he helped us ( and continues to help us ) in our time of need. If there was a Gen of the year nomination I would totally vote for you ;)! Thanks Trooper for all your hard work and dedication!
