Reasoning: Despite all the adversity that comes with running multiple squads, and recently being in a vehicular accident, Azrael has gone and above and beyond to ensure that everyone gets the help they need, when they need it, never afraid to jump onto the 360 to help those of us that are limited to it, even if it's just to be a friend and hang out when he has the time to do so, this man is trully an inspiration.

There's a lot about him, that you can say. I just don't know where to start. Besides working all the time and I do mean all the time (24+ hours a day), He's always checking in on his squad. No matter how long he has worked, he's has always been there when we needed him. He checks in with every one just to make sure they're doing well and that they don't have any unanswered questions or concerns. He's molded an amazing staff for Banshee as well! I thoroughly have enjoyed working along side this man! So I dominate KSI Metatron 7! This man is leaving some big shoes to fulfill as he moves up rank within KSI.

Again, there is so much that can be said about KSI TexasAngel. She's wasn't just my mentor but she's my goto person for just about everything, along with everybody elses within Banshee. There hasn't been a time that I've not seen her there to answer a question for anybody within Banshee. If you ask me, she's the backbone of Banshee. She is another one that devotes her time to make sure Banshee is ran smoothly and in a proper manor. Keep it up! Reasoning why they deserve this - When it comes to help run KSI, there is no one better. Every task that FithAce is faced with, he has set new standards for those behind him. He expresses his love for KSI every time he talks, he lives, breathes, and bleeds KSI. He is very approachable and never puts his rank over anyone, he tells them and I quote, "I am no better than any of you. I was where you are right now not too long ago." He stays humble and kind when talking to members regardless of rank and lets them know that they can come to him for any help or with any issues or ideas. He is a role model and I am glad that he is my Co- Div. Leader.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Grievance has been my 1st Lieutenant for a few weeks now and he has helped me more than I ever thought anyone would. He has taken task after task in helping me make Octane better and to start getting members in. I truly am glad that he is in Octane, I could not have done any of this on my own. And for hard work, determination, and a good heart, is why I think that KSI Grievance deserves this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this - After his return of his prolonged LOA, Octane was not the same as when ManOfSteele left it. But nonetheless, he asked for the recruiting process and he immediately started recruiting. Over the past month ManOfSteele has brought in 5-7 recruits on his own. Also, he has made efforts to be an example of Octane by always making new member and returning members like himself, feel welcome and find their place in KSI. He is currently a SSGT and he proves that rank does not determine your activity.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Azrael is like a personal go-to guide. He's always there for his divisions as well as gens and members if they have any questions or concerns that others are unable to solve. Even with the car accident, a son at home,and his volunteer work  he refuses to rest to help those who needed him. He's hardheaded when others tell him to take it easy but he's a prime example of how to get back up and keep going no matter what the obstacle.

Kat has gone above and beyond her call of duty to help others both in and out of the community. And takes time out of her personal life to help guide and build her division. And though she does not see it sometimes there are others out there that she inspired to push themselves to the boundaries and keep moving forward to their goals.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Sycdan is KSI Lez Kats right hand man. While she is away either at work or tending to her personal life he is there to help make sure things run smoothly. He is very easy going and very understanding of people. And like Azrael he is also a very confident go to guide when others have questions or concerns. He stays up late hours to help out his foreign members when he is able. Though he may be tired some nights he's always willing to participate and be active with his members in any way he possibly can.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Though he does not wish to be nominated. He is very deserving due his absolute modesty and willingness to put others before all else aside from his family. He has been a great asset to TI and an absolute sponge when it comes to absorbing information. For this reason he has shown great initiative with his squad and has taken on everything thrown at him no matter what the challenge. He also helps in training his lower officers as well as others in need, anywhere from forum usage to orientation of a new member. He has done a great deal since he started in this community and hopes to do even more in the future.

Reasoning why they deserve this -  I have worked closely with True since she joined Wrath, I have never been in another squad but Wrath, I was born and raised here. I have seen many members and officers come and go since joining. True and myself have become close throughout several big set backs for Wrath.... and I feel she has helped me so much with my confidence, knowledge and method of handling the squad so that I was quite ready to reach the rank of General now. She is reliable, fun, caring, compassionate, firm and fair. Even though she is co founder over the xbox one squads, I never feel like I cannot contact her for guidance on Kik or the 360. She looks out for me and is still helping me learn and master my new role - she really is the best Co Founder because she is continuously training and watching out for her officers.

Reasoning why he deserve this - Even though KSIx THRONEKING isn't always on for meetings he is always ready and willing to help you with any problem you shoot his way.  Even if its with small things like if you missed a meeting and you don't have access to the forums to get notes he is more than happy to go to the forums and send the notes to you.  He isn't one that wants to see us fail. He always encourages us to keep having fun and do better at whatever we are doing.  He is a great person when it comes to working as a team in and out of meetings.  Finally, he really deserves this award not because he is good at being a Gen but because he is the best at when it comes to helping others in need.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Collector has been very helpful within the division these past couple of weeks. While on LOA he helped take care of things that needed to be taken care of. He is a very valuable asset to KSI and has a very positive vibe. He talks to members and not always on a business note. He is a very enjoyable person to be around and helps where he is needed.

Reasoning why they deserve this - ArCher has gone through a lot in his KSI career. He has struggle a lot but he always found a way to stay afloat and push forward. He is a very funny person and whenever you are having a bad day he will do whatever he can to make you smile. While I was LOA, he really stepped up to show that he knows and can run a divison the right way. He is a great candidate for this position.

Reasoning why the deserve this - With Enforcer having a rough time he really stepped up to plate and helped that squad grow. He helped bring the squad out of the dumps and helped it become active. His members are very loyal to him because he is very active with his members and help them become better members and more knowledgeable. He is always willing to help with any situation and cares about the whole division.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This girl has helped Riot tremendously. She is very active within the squad. She host division wide SGT workshops to help not only the member in Riot but in MP. Reasoning why they deserve this - Stars has helped Massacre a lot. When motivation and help ran low he kept pushing forward thus creating a better environment for massacre. He helps train and recruit and when things are in the dumps he keeps pushing forward and doesn’t let anything to get him. Reasoning why they deserve this: When I became gen Collector was very helpful. Since I was a new gen I didn't know exactly what I was doing. He was there walking me through it and helping me. Collector is a thoughtful person and helps me with the issues I have had with the Access Denied. He helped me when I was having issues with the Squad Tag. He is there to answer any of my questions that I have.

Reasons why they deserve this: Ayeloves has been very helpful towards my squad. She has been there for everyone even though she was going through a stressful time. She was there pushing Massacre along with MP forward. She was going through a stressful time and had to go on loa. Even on loa she helped us with problems we were having. She helped me and put me through gens training. She guided me through tough times and helped me become a better officer. She is a great person and deserves this award.

Reasons why they deserve this: ArCher has been the active gen over 2 squads when we lost the gens. He was very helpful when he was giving me gens training. He taught me many things I didn't know about, he helped me extend my knowledge in KSI. He helped me through stressful times in Massacre when I was a second captain and we didn't have a gen. ArCher is a very valuable member in KSI. He was the only active 7 when Ayeloves was on loa and Terrors was taking a break. He was very helpful with all of the squads.

Reason why they deserve this - Ayeloves is a great leader. Every time I have talked to her she has had the most enthusiasm about being in KSI. Reasoning why the deserve this - Tkill constantly works his backside off to maintain the standards within Death, from what I am aware of Death has had its ups and downs over the months but since Tkill became General we have been able to build the squad back up and maintain how its run, and keep it running at its full potential. He also stays active on both xbox and kik if you need him, which allows him to keep in contact with his squad/officers allowing him to make sure everybody is doing there jobs correctly, getting the help they need, as well as inspiring us all to do our best's and strive to progress. He is certainly deserving of this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this –

A strong figure of DR is most certainly KSI GameCrazy 7. A strong man, a good player, with a soft heart when he can show it. A strong man who even though he is a co-division leader, considering we have Div Leader, he has had to wear the duties of a division leader for quite some time now and has done so with relative success. By definition of each position he is working the duites of both ranks and his able to manage an overall ubiquity in our division.

Reasoning why they deserve this –

KSI Python 7 is a person who seek results for himself and for others. He is willing to not only assist people in their officers tasks to ease their process, but also do some of these in parallel with the officers doing the same exercise in hope to double the results. He is the one person you can always count on even though his schedule as a Founder is pretty busy, considering his ''result seeking'' attitude, to jump in party when you ask his assistance, consult or just to randomly chat. He is never too busy for KSI members, and whenever he's busy, he takes the time to text nessage you so you know not to wait endlessly unlike others who would let you hang. The man truly goes above and beyond as we say in KSI. He doesn't limit himself to his position of Founder and apply the officers philosophy that when you rank up in KSI you still know how to deal with the duties of your previous rank(s), and should you be able to do it, then do it.

Reasoning why they deserve this –

Yes he's a 7, no he doesn't have a 7 gamertag, and yes his forum account doesn't match his gamertag. lol The man is an overachiever, but he never pressure people, he will try to motivate you but will never force you to act a certain way unless standards demand it. He respects his guties as a co-founder, he is close to his generals and their staff, but he doesn't limit himself to those under his care. He is respected of all in my division, people are happy to see him, they know he will take the time to listen and to care for their situation and whatever they wanna talk about. He will not interrupt anyone, he will not try to impose his ideas and will modify his point of view along the discussion to have to have true powerful conversation. You will not see an ounce of pride or stubborness in this man, he cares about the people and give himself to them and their needs. He assist and train anyone who require knowledge and come asking for it. As for those don't come to him, he will break the ice and make them feel comfortable so that in the future they will come to him. He is not only knowledgeable, but present and willing to share that knowledge whithout the need to take an appointment. The man respect his duties as a co-founder for all in his division. He is respected of all in DR and other divisions. And will make sure to ensure the success of the squad of his division not only those under his care. He will host gamenights, recruit people, assist new officers in training recruits even though others should do it. He is willing to ''get his hands dirty'' he isn't ''above all this''. The man is a people person. We can all count on him daily. We can all contact him whenever his required and expect not only to be heard or read, but expect results in a very short time period. I wouldn't be surprise if next month I put his name in the founder of the month section for my division next month or the one after that.

He's my right hand, he's ready to be 1CPT when we'll hvae the numbers, he has the knowledge, the will to move forward, the trust of our squad members, he is respecting every aspect of the captain position. Our squad is establish on Destiny and yet he is building Trials of Osiris teams from a strong core of players with same interest. Such teams are highly limited in player numbers on Destiny in the way it is conceived, so more than one team has to be built to ensure the entertainment of our players. This young father is overly active for his squad, present in most gamenight and activities, sharing his time equally between all who wishes his presence, love by some but respected by all, he is in my opinion elligible for captain of the month.

Overly present for her squad, she is the one officer from Achangel DR that is the most active, hosting gamenights, training, recruiting, assisting other members and officers, present on the forum, present in other squads gamenights, always in party chat with other members, always willing to meet new faces, always there to help ease to process of meeting other KSI members for new recruits or simply other unknown members. Even when she doesn't know exactly what she has to do, she is present, does whatever his required to succeed or to at least be able to legitimately say she tried. She is sharing with others, unifying the members and well-founded when acting. She is KSI as it should be.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Ascend expects a lot out of all of his leaders below him, but he also does all he can to ensure that everyone reaches their full potentiial as leaders. When things aren't going as exactly as planned, he doesn't complain and get angry at everyone, instead he is calm and collected, so that he can revise his goals to ensure they can be achieved.

Muddy always does her best to raise the standards of her division and the leaders underneath her.
