reason why they deserve this- atomic has shown various leadership skills for his team. He is always there to direct his team and make sure we are in line and having fun. Atomic has done his job as general of octane and I believe he deserves this.

Reason they deserve this- sod buster has tried to go above and beyond to help his team achieve excellence and he is very caring and respectful to his team. When someone on the team is sad or angry Sod buster helps them out and to me he is really like the team therapist if he wasn't there. We would probably fall apart. He's the gooy squishy stuff that helps hold us together

reason they deserve this- warrior has stepped up many times for the team when no one else did. He didn't have to but he took the time and effort to do so. Warrior is a real leader up there with fifth ace and atomic and I think he deserves that recognition. And when things get to out of hand he also is there to settle the dispute or calm everyone down.

Reasoning- Bush is the best guy I have met in KSI. He never raises his voice or yells at anyone unless he is doing his job. He loves to have fun and hhelp KSI members regardless of the squad or division, but at the drop of a hat, he is a serious and dedicated member of of his community. No matter how bad his day has Been or what is going on in his personal life, he will do anything for the community that he loves. If he is up he would get on at 5:00 in the morning just to hhelp a KSI member with his/her problems. Bush is the best general by far because he puts all the time and effort he can into the KSI community to improve it as best as he can. Bush deserves this award more than any other general.

Ascend is the best leader I’ve come to know. Ive learned a lot from him and am still learning. He and Muddy both together are an amazing pair of leaders and better both members and their division. Ascend has worked with the division and squad in it for a while and we are all successful because he has taken almost every officer under a wing at some point. He isn’t afraid to be honest with you to help you grow which i find the bet way to develop. Ascend is the heartbeat to LW with out him we would’t function.

The is not MuddyGirl she should be MuddyWoman. I’ve learned so much for her and she is always wise and pushing everyone to do their best and get their voice out there. She listens to what members need to say and offers suggestions. The amount of knowledge she has to share never fails to amaze me. I learn so much from her everyday and i don’t think she knows how much i am learning from her. If it wasn’t for muddy and he wisdom & knowledge i wouldn’t be where i am. Today she keeps pushing everyone in LW to Succeed and because of that many of us are.  Muddy is like the Brain to LW without her we wouldn’t be moving forward.

Omega is the hardest working officer i know. He has been busting his butt since he was a SGT and cleared to RCT. He has been recruiting staying active and motivating members to want to move up in ranks and also motivate those above him to work harder. He is always there when people need him there and is always looking to better himself and the people around him. Im very proud to have him in my officer staff. This guy has deserved this award for a while for his hard work but he hasn’t gotten any sort of shout out or shout out really for his hard work. He is a major Key in Hannibal’s current success and this would show him how much he is appreciated.

While Alley may have just been promoted to General she was the hardest working captain I ever had the opportunity of meeting. From the captain position she did all she could to help run the squad. She's always pushing for forums activity, activity, and growth and bonding in the squad. She's determined to make KSI the best experience for both herself and for others around her. She includes everyone and is constantly making sure no one is left out. She is always warm to welcome a recruit like it's her own brother and is overall a fun person to play with. Her determination is almost scary and she makes her officers the best they can be.  To wrap it all up Alley deserves this nomination because she loves KSI and it's members and works her butt off to get things done.

Reasoning why they deserve this- Azrael treats every person he meets with the same respect, kindness, and attention they deserve. He looks at every member on an individual basis, rather than trying to look at just the "bigger picture". This act alone makes every person he comes in contact with feel that they actually have been heard, and that they have a voice in KSI, no matter what rank or status. He evaluates problems each day differently, and never makes rash or unfair decisions. The little time I've spent with him has made me a better person and a better KSI member, and I am truly greatful to not only call him my Director but also my friend. KSI Azrael 7 not only is a great KSI member, but he truly embodies the meaning of KSI in every aspect of the words. Reasoning why they deserve this- Although I haven't spoken much with KSI MFLSwagg 7, one word that always seems to resurge when speaking of him is Leadership. Swagg truly takes the meaning of hard work to another level with his constant attention to detail and his perseverance through tough and unsure times. When I think of FI I think of swagg, not because he is our Division Leader, but because he is everything we as a division, set out to acomplish. Swagg is one of the best leaders in this community, and I am truly greatful to serve under his leadership.

Reasoning why they deserve this- Cuba is the best general I have ever had. She manages to somehow find time between school, family and life to get on xbox and make everyone's day. She has become not only a mentor but a good friend to me, and has been the single most important reason to why I have stayed in KSI. She has really impacted me on a deep personal level that I cannot say anyone has ever done over Xbox. Reasoning why they deserve this - Bush has helped Paladin in such a remarkable way. His squad will split this month due to his leadership and encouragement to ensure activity, excitement and non tedious meetings and game nights. Bush will always lend a helping hand to other squads in the division. Reasoning why they deserve this - N3ko has recruited more than 15 recruits for paladin that has helped then remove fluff and replace then with quality members assisting toward the split they will achieve this month. She has done her duties and more by offering assistance when needed without being told to. Unfortunately her 360 stopped working and was transferred to our XB1 squad. In Two weeks she has recruited over 8 members to the squad. She is filling meeting lobbies and encouraging members to host game nights. N3ko has given recruits to other members in the squad to help with confidence and ability to recruit. I see her leading the squad in the near future.

Reasoning- Fay is always trying to help anyone in KSI that he can no matter the squad or division. Reasoning- Dearths' squad got hit hard by poaching and he lost most of his officer staff, but he has been able to keep his head up high and work diligently to bring his squad back and I'm not sure most people would have had the will power to keep going the way he has. Even tho he has so much that he needs to do with his squad he is still one of the first people to volunteer his time to help out any other squad or member that he can. I can't wait to see where he ends up later on down the road in KSI because he will go far!

Reasoning why they deserve this- While I was busy with relatives last month  this Captain stepped up to the plate as though he was a Gen (respectfully). He always has the best interest of the squad in mind and constantly goes above and beyond his duties. On a scale of time served to the squad this past month Warrior is atleast an 11+ ! He is no joke as a Captain and i am very blessed to have him in this position as a Gen. He will go far in KSI and he will leave a great mark and trail for others to follow. Keep on Rockin Warrior! Reasoning why they deserve this - During the middle of last month I had family visiting and there were a few people that helped me out with the squad, RisingTied was one of the major helpers that stepped up and did extra. Reasoning why they deserve this- Trixx is a great member and filled the shoes of SSGT well. His schedule between work and school is very demanding and even if between home and college. His 360 (where his squad is) is at school, but he always manages to stay in touch on forums (encouraging others and posting in our squad area and other divisions as well) and in kik when necessary. Trixx moderates several of Octanes Kik chats. During our squad meetings he encourages everyone to get active on forums and offers help or instruction. All you have to do is tell him what game/console someones needing & what type of person they are (young & hyper, older & laid back, young & calm, very anti-drama, etc) & he immediately has great suggestion of where theyll fit in best.

I have recently started to get to know Got em 7 a little & he's really has a good head on his shoulders. He was needing another leader to sit in while he handled a situation. He was nice but also straight up asked the guy about the situation. He gave the member time to speak & never showed the member any disrespect nor talked down to him. I could tell the member actually had respect for him though in serious trouble -  which is not something most leaders still get shown at those times. Got Em 7 is also outgoing & I think his squads are lucky to have him as their leader.

She is always there to make her squad smile & laugh. He's also awesome at seeing where he can fill in, and most importantly is he catches things about the way another member acts, & actually sees what he can do to help them be a stronger, more self confident, better person. He is actually totally reliable not to spread gossip or talk about anything hes heard that does not involve KSI! Hes a great influence & Firebird is lucky to have him as capt
