Reasoning why they deserve this - Swagg was a brilliant leader when I was still in FI, before the division split that made TI, and over the last six weeks since that split happened, he's made it his mission to check in with the leadership and officers of the new division to ensure that they all still uphold the standards that he himself set, and above all that, he's been busy as all hell outside of Clan Ops, with his careeer in the military, his limited time has been put in to ensure that nothing goes wrong, in any division he has attachment too.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Fith has been a rock, despite everything thrown his way, he's made sure that officers and staff in both FI, his own Division, and TI, the division that recently split from them have been doing their utmost and living up to the promises they've made to himself, and his wife, with their unorthodox tag-team strategy, working in tandem with one another (Leaving all major official business to KSI Fithace 7 himself) to maintain an even, smooth flow of proceedings.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Apex has managed to keep Ignite going despite some seriously rough times, his own career in the military also consumes a lot of his personal time, and doesn't allow him an insanely massive amount of time to be with his squad and other members of the community, plus his current living status makes it difficult to be online when others are, yet he still maintains as much contact with his people, and the other squads he's affiliated with as he can, and does so in the greatest of manners, I can see this man going far, on his determination and iron will alone.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Over these past few weeks I have had a lot on my plate and there were a few people that helped me but not near as much as RisingTied. He has been there any time that I had something I couldn't do without help and he always ask how he can help. From hosting game nights, to helping with meetings and practice, he has never complained once about anything. You're awesome bud and we appreciate all of your help. Reasoning why they deserve this - Vayaqui has been trying his hardest to get noticed and he has succeeded. He has been constantly asking how he can help, is there was anything he could do, anyone he could talk to about help and getting involved and just him asking about how the squad is doing. He was offered to help the Tac Team and Head Hunters teams in Octane and he has done tremendously well! He has helped the members learn call outs, he helped  me make the line-ups and he has dedicated a lot of his time to this squad! Thanks Bud!

Reasoning why they deserve this- Terrors deserves this because he helps everyone he tries too. He's helped me and many people in my squad with issues and when we had a little issue not to long ago he delt with it very well. When I became a 2nd Captain there were still a couple of things I didn't understand, but he was there to help me and guide me through with a few others. Terrors is a great guy, and a great friend. He has always been there for me. I'm very thankful to have KSI Terrors as my Co-Div. He is very helpful towards MP. He hasn't been a co-div long either, but he came in and got what he needed to do done. I'm very proud of him.

Reason for nominating- Terrors is a very influential person within KSI. He has made MP a better environment for me and everyone else. He makes sure that everyone is comfortable in the situation they are in. He has a very powerful voice and will make sure that we get what we need. He is the main reason why MP has pushed forward so much to the point we are at today. Through every issue he remains calm and keeps a very positive attitude and he solves the issues with a clear head. Terrors is a very powerful force that drives MP forward.

Reason why he deserves it - AtomicKwon deserves this award because of how much time he puts into KSI. I know I probably sound like a broken record, but I believe that he deserves it, so I don't care if I do sound that way. He helps many people in many different ways and he always has an open ear. You can come to this guy about anything. He is becoming one of the best Gens I know, in my opinion. (aside from FithAce 7 of course)

Reasoning why they deserve this - Smokey, who I call Bandit as he is better know as, has taught me so much since I have been a part of Demonic Mayhem. Because of everything that she did were able to split Ruthless DM to create Savage DM. Without Bandit guiding us I honestly think we never would have split the squad and I never would have made it to Co-Founder. She puts so much heart into this community. Bandit is an amazing leader and I honestly wouldnt trade her for anyone else in KSI. She is unique in the way she leads. She puts faith in her members and she don't lose her temper if we do something wrong, she just calmly says our name and helps correct our mistakes. Demonic Mayhem could not have had a better leader.

 The reason why IVY deserves this award:

Ivy is how you would say, a very hard working person  inside of ACHILLES.  Everyday Ivy works with 110%, no  matter if it is 12:00 am in the morning or 12:00pm in the afternoon, she is very passionate on every thing she does, if  it is to solve a problem, help someone learn, or even make our family grow one at a time. Ivy has done so much to help her squad and I have no doubt she will continue on helping throughout her time. I am truly honored to call  he a friend as well as my general.

Reasoning why they deserve this – The reason why I believe that Fay Fay should get this award is for his hard work and dedication to the division. He is always around when you need to have members tested he is there for you when you have questions. He is there for you to talk to about anything that you have going and will give you advise on it. Reasoning why the deserve this – The reason I nominate Bush for General of the month is because when he became the General of Paladen he took over and pushed that squad to get close to splitting numbers. While dealing with that he still turned around and helped other squads out that needed the help with recquiment or just needed help getting people trained. He is there not just for his squad but he is there for the hole division. He will go to all ends to help out a fellow member and will give it his best and nothing less.
