Reasoning why they deserve this -

Mr. and Mrs. Fithace7 are most dedicated KSI members I have ever meant, in my almost 3 months in KSI  they have done some much work on the own time and if you had the pleasure to meet them you can tell how amazing and dedicated these people are. they well go above and beyond to help anyone of his family members (KSI) including me. I have had my struggles in life including addiction to gambling and because of Fithace 7 and the man up stairs I haven't feed into my addiction since 2/10/16. He and his wife have lived by the code of conduct and has embraced the true meaning of KSI Knowledge Strength and Integrity Octane FI and all of its members have are thrilled to see Fithace 7 promoted to Co-Founder. And one of the most important thing fithace 7 has done Is made us a promise and said even though I am a 7 I am still here I will never abandoned you guys and since he has been a 7 even though all the responsibility he has he make sure he is on everyday playing with us coming to gamenight and to are weekly meetings. in my mind no one deserves this award more then him. General

Reasoning why they deserve this -

Atomickwon has put so many hours making sure that  Octane FI run so smoothly even though he has a Full time Job and an wife and a newborn baby boy and a GEN  he has never neglect anyone of those things I have list he give a hundred percent to KSI he has step to the plate and has keep his compose through the stress and is getting ready for a division/squad split. Atomickwon has so much wisdom its insane he talk and the wisdom sounds like a person who has been around for 500 years. he listen to anyone problems and goes above and beyond to ask how everyday is going. just like Fithace 7 he lives and breathes the code of conduct and embraces the true meaning of KSI. and in my mind Atomickwon deserves this award.

KSI Chiefzay25 one of close friends in KSI. the amount of time and energy he puts in KSI and his family is amazing and such wisdom he has just like KSI Atomickwon is amazing and Chiefzay25 is only 18!!! his knowledge and loyalty to his family is something I have seen in only a handful of people most of them that I am presenting today for awards. one day Chiefzay25 will be a successful GEN just like the people above him he lives the code of conduct he is the true meaning of a dedicated KSI member. \

there is so many good things that I can say about KSI xRisingTied. to start he is my brother he has always had my back and I will always have his back even if that means putting my rank on the line. sunday when we had are meeting and atomickwon told him to change his clan tag and motto I almost cried because I know how much he deserved to be rank up to a LT position he is one of the most active LT on the forums today he is also so young but has so much knowledge and heart and he embrace everyone with that everyday he will doing anything for his family. he has put some much time into learning what he can do for KSI and he lives the code of conduct. he is one of the nice person you will ever meet. and in my mind  no LT  deserves this award as much as he does.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This member is special, when I first joined WI, I knew that he would reach far in KSI and he has. He is a very hard worker and being Tempah's right hand man in running WI so attending 7's meeting and helping Tempah run Gens meeting. He is a dedicated member in assisting member whenever they need and he knows his stuff. He is my biggest mentor in WI and that says a lot because I had a lot of people mentor me in KSI. He makes time for his members and not all business when he gets on he loves playing with members on various games like Warframe and that says a lot because I know some people are strictly business and no fun and that's what KSI is not all about he knows that and he walks the talk in everything he does and that takes a true leader.

Reasoning why they deserve this - The reason why MFLSwagg7 deserves this award is because he is always motivating his division by sending messages to KSI members to make sure they strive for excellence and stay encouraged.  He also attends game nights and just randomly invites people to xbox live party's just to make sure everything is going smoothly and that everyone is having fun but being serious when need be. He checks on leadership to make sure everything is going smooth on the console and in life.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI FithAce 7 was considered to be fluff once upon a time. With determination and hard work, time and support he eventually became the GEN of Octane and now CO-FO in FI. Working hard at casting a great vision for all that are reading his materials on the forum, kik or within the sound of Fith's voice... Inspiration to live out KSI (by the code) in life on , and off the console. Encouraging, counciling and teaching countless individuals since taking co-fo position is not an option to FithAce, its a full time job. Fith does not see this as a burden but a passion. this attitude that fithace has toward all of KSI is spreading like wild fire. KEEP IT LIT!!!! "I started right where you are right now, I worked hard and now look where I am. But I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you, my squad and the people in KSI. Y'all made me who I am today." He stayed Humble. KSI FithAce 7 always made an effort to show recruits around and show them the ropes and is still doing so as a Co-Founder! This award is a great confirmation of the hard work that has been done by FithAce.

I think Atomic deserves this award, because some of us, including myself had a hard time adjusting to having our former gen being promoted, and himself becoming the new gen, but he has really stepped up and overpassed my expectations completely, and still continues to motivate all of us over in Octane. He's a great problem solver, and he's extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable.

ChiefZay has been there for me since the beginning, he was the one that recruited me into this loving and accepting family. I know that if I bring a problem to Chief, he will have it solved, if the path that I'm on is unclear, he will steer me in the right direction. I sit in on a lot of his trainings, and he does them correctly and confidently. He seems to always have an answer to every question thrown his way. All around, he's a really great captain, and I personally think he deserves this award.

Reason for nominating: I've know Hypnotic since he was recruited into KSI and I know how hard he can work. Since the beginning he has wanted to be a general, but he knew he may never get the chance. being from New Zealand.  Knowing that he may never become general, he started to loose hope in becoming one, but he never gave up. He has worked his butt off getting to that general spot that he dreamt of being in and deserved. He never gave up becoming general. He went to ES's 7's multiple times with this idea of having a New Zealand/Australia/Late Night people squad, and look what happened, he got what he asked for. Just goes to show you to not give up on anything. But I do think Hypnotic deserves this, he has worked his butt off to get where he is today. I wouldn't think of anyone better to nominate for this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Terrors has worked hard with us and the other squads threwout the last month helping us get the encuragment to recruit for other squads and getting us to the right level for us to be able to have our squad split. when we started having issues terrors was there ready to fix it. he was totally involed as a founder and thats why he should get it.

Reasoning why they deserve this - She has gone over and above as a co founder. she recruited and trained when she didnt even have to. SHe made sure that if someone wasnt doing thre job right she would get with them until they understood. as a cofounder she did a ssgt to a co founders job and thats a great thing to have in a co founder.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Archer in the matter of a month he got a officer staff ready and set to go for our squad split. he even skipped some real life things just to be with us on nights we were struggling. he has split a squad and had a completly active squad and thats the ultimate goal a general could have.

As  a personalhe has showing me the ture meaning of leadership from being a rct to a 4cpt as guided me to be more then i could be and have to say he is a good leader and a true friend and brother in KSI and he puts others before himself thats what i call ture leadership

Reasoning why they deserve this this person has achieved many goals in her time in KSI  she is an inspirational leader showing her members that they can achieve what they want in this community as a member I seeing her take on the all types of decisions that r hard and small showing that she can do her job and more i feel that she deserves this as she inspires all members to have fun and do great through the ranks as a member.... I can say this every day she gives her members knowledge what she has achieved through out her career she is a good mentor and friend  she goes beyond herself to help anyone that needs it in this community who needs it..  She is a great leader and mentor in KSI

Reasoning - I belive that zomby deserves gratitude over this past month as our division has gone through a few hairpins and it has been zomby that has kept us all going and making sure we are doing our jobs haha. Reasoning - This guy has been my mentor, friend, tutor and my master (its a long story) Over Februuary he has come up with plans and ideas that have kept us on our feet and constantly trying to meet goals so that we can end the week and know we have done something right  If not for him, there would be no motivation or driving force to make sure our division runs as smoothly as it possibly can

Reasoning - Upon meeting this fella a few months ago, i knew he would make a great officer, having been in a leader position before i was confident he knew his stuff. After promoting him up to LTN he had shown me just what he was capable of and he grabbed the bone i had thrown  Currently he is sat at 1LT and i am confident that soon enough he will make a very good Captain in Titan GZ
