I dont think i would still be working as hard as i am if not for Cam. I know that he trusts myself and Hamma to do what we need to keep our squad growing with training and at the same time keeping us from feeling that we are underappreciated or unsupported. He keeps control and knows whats going on and without it seeming like he is constantly keeping an eye on us. Reasoning why they deserve this - Havoc is such an amazing leader and friend. After being our Director and creating a standard for us to follow and getting us back on the right track, he got a much deserved promotion. We were sad to lose him as our Director, but as Senior Director he has still been there. I have gone to him with several questions and gotten solid answers as well as action being taken to help make things clear and help out with some training. He's always been around no matter what and shows how much he cares about the divisions every day. Havoc helped set the record straight with training, helped us figure out the best way to send messages out on the Xbox One from squad tags, how to best recruit on Halo 5 and helped us with moving squads over to the Xbox One and Halo 5. He helped us get everything organized and set up and moving smoothly so we could continue to build our squads. He shows every day how much KSI means to him and it's amazing to have a leader like him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - As soon as Pliers became our Director, he made a point of getting with all of the leaders and going over each squad to get a feel for it. He helped us make plans and gave us projects to set up and work on. He put in place a project for one of our squads to give a few members each to the officers and let the officers spend a few weeks with them getting to know them and mentoring them to promote growth and educating them.  So far they have been successful and we are continuing on with making the squads successful and grow. With his guidance I believe we have a bright future ahead of us.

He has been so proactive in being around and being the driving force behind the squads starting to recruit again, making sure people are being trained and communication is going on between officers and their members. He is always promoting growth, activity and positivity from everyone. He is also helping all of the squads with recruiting and being the perfect example to everyone. Duffs is always there for everyone and makes sure we have the help and leadership we all need. He has always been the first to help us when we need it and he gives suggestions. Reasoning why the deserve this - Since Tom has become Gen, he has really hit the ground running. I met Polar Bear during a 7 vs Viewers match, and honestly I couldn't have met someone with more Integrity. He truly cares about his squad, and it's great to get ideas from him. Just to talk about how to work threw different situations. As a general myself, It's really nice to have someone like Polar Bear as a friend. Even if someone isn't apart of his squad, or division. he makes them feel like they are still family. His knowledge of situations, and how to handle them are truly something to be admired. Polar Bear is a person who everyone could look up to, and learn something from. I bet that if you were to sit down, and have a deep conversations about KSI. Talking about the divisions we come from, or the squads we lead. He would so more passion in his little finger, then most people do in their entire bodies. He is truly one of the best gens that I have seen, and a remarkable person.

What can I say about limit break, other then he is a top notch captain. He always goes above and beyond for the people with in his squad. Truly a beam of light that brightens up the day. Reasoning why they deserve this -Azrael is a really great director, just as he was a founder and division leader. He is always willing to help if you have an issue, no matter how far down on the totem pole you are. He is ... just Az. No frills, no God-syndrome attitude, just him - and I couldn't ask for more. He has NEVER made me (or anyone that I'm aware of) feel like they aren't worthy of his presence. He doesn't ever talk down to you. He also is a true founding father of FI Division. And the #1 unique quality that makes him so GREAT of a leader - He will go to bat for you, and stand up for you, come hell or high water. There's not a better thing than to know that if you are doing what's best for a member, that if there is adversity, your director will stand up for you!

Reasoning why they deserve this -  Swagg = motivation. Swagg = inspiration. Swagg = a can-do attitude.  Swagg makes you smile just the way he acknowledges you, because he has such a love for his members, that you just feel that from him - he makes you want 'to be somebody'. It's so important to him to be a positive influence in these kid's lives that you can tell he constantly stresses whether there's more he could do or how to motivate other leaders to be the ray of sunshine for others around them. There can't be a person more passionate for KSI than him. He truly inspires me.

Reasoning why they deserve this -  Lez Kat is awesome. Need I say more? Lez kat is a great help. You can go to her officially (ksi-related) or unofficially (personal non-ksi) and she is there to listen and give you her opinion or suggestions. She is also good with giving people a pat on the back, for a job well done - which is DEFINITELY something we need more people doing in the world. Even if you've made an error in judgement, she doesn't come in guns-ablazing. She waits til the right time to talk to you, then she listens to your reasoning/thinking. And even if you're still wrong, she doesn't make you feel like a total idiot. It is awesome to have that support from a co-founder.

Reasoning why the deserve this -  Head Busta really impressed me (and my squad)... One night he wanted to talk to me. He asked straight up "what is it that you do that makes everyone love Octane". After stumbling for a minute I told him I was in the middle of an 11 member impromptu private lobby of all Octane members so he ought to come join us & could ask them himself-maybe he & I might both learn something. He took down notes for a couple hours as my squad talked about what makes Octane their family (as my wife & I tried to hold back tears of the deep heartfelt responses) while we all played. He took in every word they said. The NEXT DAY we saw several Congrats shoutouts for members, welcomes for new recruits, etc. He is on ghosts every night, before long started having packed gamenights (which my wife loves) too. I haven't had a single Achilles member come to me since then, wanting to transfer! Most guys would've let ego get in their way of going to another Gen in the way he did, but not only did HeadBusta put his squad above all & ask for help, HE LISTENED AND IMPLEMENTED IT. Now THAT is a GREAT Gen!

Reasoning why they deserve this -  With the exception of him on paternity leave, there hasn't been a day AtomicKwon hadn't been on, ready to help anybody out. Like many of us, he also does this all while juggling home/family (5 kids + wife + business owner). Seldom do you find him getting off xbox til 3 am at the earliest, though he has to be back up every day at 5 or 6am. Even the night before wife had to be at hospital for birth, he stayed on to play with a member's new recruit  with us till about 2 or 3 a.m. Hes great at being there for any member that needs a sit-in, has a question, or needs to be walked through something on the forums. If I tell him what I need for him to do - he gets it done immediately.  He is also always there to lend an ear. He ALWAYS is calm about EVERYTHING. He's also strong in his faith, but never talks about it unless needed. He's really a great role model for KSI

Reasoning why they deserve this -  Chief really stepped up, even beyond what i expected him to, when cpt went on maternity leave this month. He has made sure to be online a large percentage of the time, and since cpt has been gone, he's usually stayed in gamenight from start to finish, even though that's often about daylight. He has to be getting as little sleep as I do even! I've never known of him to get loud and rage, and he always is a good sport with all of us making jokes daily that he's our favorite minor (inside joke- he turned 18 Jan 6). Chief has became a great Lt this past month.

He is 100% dedicated to bettering his self as a leader and helping the squad grow in anyway he can. He is constantly going to workshops, meetings, & gamenights and ensuring everyone has a great time. I am very excited to see how Philosophy grows and what else he can bring to LW & Samurai.

she has been very helpful going above and beyond to do everything she can to help make the squad grow, she runs at least 2-3  sgt workshops a month trained new rcts and mentored new sgt's to rct and has mentored officers

she has become very knowledgeable and always seeks for more this member will go far in KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI Vocalz has come to MP through a transfer. Even after all the wrongs she keeps her head lifted and a smile on her face because shes determined and proud to be a member of KSI. She wants to lead by example and help everyone around her. This last month she worked her butt off to help her now Founder KSI Terrors 7 with the division, she helped create an xbox one squad now known as Torture MP. Along with creating this squad she helped build it dramatically. Starting with only 10 people to work with she used what resources she could and now has us sitting at 28. She has reached herself out to every member of the squad. Making sure were ok or if we need any help. She truly cares about her squad and the people in it. For example: Our SSgt broke his phone and wasn't going to be able to get a new one for a while she told him that when she gets her new phone she'll send him her old one. How many people do you know will send a phone to you in KSI if you break yours? Another example: A CPL who recently obtained the one only has 1 game COD Ghost. the whole squad plays BO3 mainly and not many have ghost. She went out and bought ghost just to play with her CPL and keep him involved. I feel Vocalz deserves this award because she will do whatever she can to keep her squad together as a family and growing. No matter what obsticale has come her way she always kept her head held high a smile on her face and the determination to fix her squad. Thank you for reading my nomination.

He is alway there if you have question or want any kind of info. He has always been very knowledgeable with in anything dealing with KSI. Also he's awesome at letting his staff run workshops and teach. But all in all he's a really great guy and even tho he gives me a hard time lol he's fun to game with.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Its a matter of why this member shouldn't get this award. Havoc helps everyone and anyone . He is always 5 steps ahead of the game and plans ahead helping grow and develop the community as a whole . He is the leader I inspire to be.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Since she has become a 7 she never changed . She is always involved with the squads always passing on knowledge to them if needed . She is always involved always helping new and old officers to progress the squad and having so much fun with them too if anyone wishes to develop into a superb 7 I would have a speak with this little lady.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Since becoming General he has taken Titan by the reigns , he has moulded the squad into a superb recruiting training fun kick ass squad and very proud to watch him become a boy in a man , Despite his young age his mentality , maturity and total professionalism is something to be in awe of.
