Reasoning why the deserve this - I'd really like to nominate KSI WickedDeity for the January OTM's!!!! First off I'd like to point out Wicked's great determination for the Lethal  Squad itself. Lethal has been through some ups and down the passed couple off months and Wicked has stepped up to the plate and has been very inspirational and is a great leader. He has influenced some changes that has helped up our squad but has also taken a lot of courage to do. He definitely has not lacked in the leadership department and I believe he has surprised many!! Also he is active and interacts with those in the division and squad! Which is a great aspect to have. He is an inspiration and a great leader.

Where to begin about about StormCaller. When she was first re-recruited into RAGNAROK, the squad was almost dead. She recruited, trained, went through the ranks, and now gen. From doing that she brought the squad back to life and ready to split anytime soon. She's very knowledgeable and always ready to help someone or answer any questions. This why I believe KSI StormCaller should get gen OTM.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI FithAce73, where do I begin? He is the GEN of OCTANE for a reason. He knows what he is doing, for example, every time something comes up, something happens, a new recruit arrives, or someone needs to be promoted, he is always right on top of it. I think he deserves GEN of the month for his excellent leadership, tactical strategies, and community bonding skills. Thanks to KSI FithAce73, OCTANE has respect among all members within the squad, he made two kik group chats (BUSINESS AND SPAM), so that messaging members about meetings, and other functions going on in KSI is now easier. Also, thanks to the group chats, OCTANE's members have connected even more with each other creating over-the-top communication! These are a few reasons of many why I think he deserves GEN of the month.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI ChiefZay25 has displayed leadership skills in more than one situation. He has stood by his co-members threw thick and thin and has always been the one to come to with a problem. Anytime someone had to talk about something he always knew exactly who to go to. Reasoning- Polar AKA The Bear works constantly on getting us to recruit. We went from 30 to 58 members with 4 weeks. Not only did he handle our problems, he stood up for us whenever we fell off.
