Has helped all members with help, questions, and/or concerns about anything and everything. His leadership and guidance in training sessions have helped SGTs want to aspire to become officers and they have. Long term, other squads request transfers to his squads. Help officers understand the passing of information and helps lower ranks to aspire to become officers. He will always have my back as well as my squads back no matter the case. His trust allows the squad to create their own path and leave a trail for others to follow. This man is not afraid to take a stand in the name of his divisions members.
