Pvt-General~Heat FS

The way i joined KSI was like most other stories, i was in a game with a few people (custom H3 on Avalanch) and i met KSI Dethden and KSI space (my future maj and gen) they were Poop talking me in a playful mannor and i told then essentailly to Huck off and left the game, i ended up being reinvited by my buddy mogarman and made friends with the kids, they were only Poop talking cuz i kept killing them in the massive swat game. after hanging with them i met a few more guys who were apart of Firestorm. after about a week of gaming i decided to join ksi when ksi dethden said he would make me a 1 month account if i joined ksi and boosted him in H3 (i know, little messed up lol) so i did purly because i wanted a new tag to rank up in fast (H3 ranking was not like the scrub cod ranking or h4 ranking, it involved skill). and to top it all off he started me off as the 3rd captian in Heat FS....i had actually no idea what i was doing but i understood the system to an extent, give a higher up something and he will promote you. I hung around for a few weeks meeting and greeting people like KSI Holiday, KSI Apollyon, KSI Jvav and KSI mSanders. in under a month of being in KSI my two main freinds in ksi (dethden and space) hit my squad, took most of the leaders and the members. I had a choice right there if i wanted to leave or stay and i opted to stay...mostly based on the fact i was made the major of Heat and i was over the squad. i got more friendly with the upperleader ship now knowing spider, kalem and a few others. soon an new gen was brought over me namde ksi LEE. lee was good Poop and taught me a lot, ended up being one of my best mates in ksi, still talk to him to this day. he however again like the gen before hit ksiclan.net and the squad, but blammed it on his friends when he was drunk and they were former ksi friends and over. he took it to the courts, i defended him and ended up getting banned from the court area for a few days (my first exosure to the forums lol) he won the case but was not allowed to be gen anymore due to poor judgement and i was promoted. this however did not last long, i ended up getting demoted by ksi apollyon and ksi msanders for saying midget and i got the hell out of there

Major~Uprise RS

I got a transfer to RS (which was brand new) and started a new and the first squad of RS Uprise, i enjoyed it. i built it up and was major, it was a good feeling and i felt like i had some freedom to be my self (saying midget lol) this would not last, little over 2 months of being in there i met the director of semper fi named ksi Hypnotic 7 (hyppo) and he talked me into joining semper fi, said it was a better suit for me and he was very much right

General-Founder~Semper Fi v2

I transfered over to SF due to Hyppo and i was gen over a squad (cant rememer which one) i built it up heavely and maxed it out soon after, the div leaders were impressed and ended up promoted me to Co FO and that is were i met KSI Clown who was the Poop. his squad was called clown care due to the fact he would recruit anyone with a pulse and if they were under 17 he would tell them to lie (some kids were roughtly 8 y/o hence the name clown care) i dont remember much about my squads as a cofo, i know i looked over my 2 and 2 others that i though were under me cuz the other co fo was a tool bag. one day i was brought into a party with hyppo, clown (founder) and Javelin (CoDiv) my div leader at the time army ace and they told me i was being removed from my position due to me being in a blacklisted members game and i responded by saying that was bull Poop and quitting the party...i then resieved a text from hyppo saying he was just kidding and get my ass back in the game. i rejoined the game and that is when they told me i was being removed from co fo due to the fact iw as being promoted to founder and i laughed my ass off. that however did not last long, soon after army ace was promoted to dir and hyppo to senior and the two above me were buddys of ace and didnt know much of what was going on. so i transfered to XW who's dir requested me due to needing help and know sf could spare the leadership

Division leader~Xtreme Weaponry

upon arrival in Xw i realized that all of what the Dir told me was a lye, there were not 2 squads, there were two tags and 10 people....so i took to the streets (game matchmaking) and started to recruit, we get xw up to about 50 people and then the dir left along with his other div BM and most of my members went with him cuz they knew him much longer then me and that is were there loialtys lie. which left XW with 1 person (me, only after 2 weeks of being in) and it was closed, so i transfered...again

Co Division Leader~Dragon Realm

DR was another dying division that i went to under the leadership of KSI Tex 7 as dir. after spending a week in there it was deemed to gone to work with and was closed (it again had no members when i joined and they old time theory was to never let a div die) so i was out on my own.....again

Clan black ops

for a months time i was in a clan called CBO and it was a paid community to hit other communities, all the members only knew the leader of CBO and had BS tags to not inform the others of who we were, i was in there under the order of KSI Worstplayer to protect ksi, after hitting a few clans and slowly realzing who some people were i outed them when they were about to hit ksi. upon this action bill not knowing i was working with worst i was blacklisted....and it was the worst because i was blacklisted the same day as my one year anniversery and the day i got y ksi t shirt in the mail, i sat all night being upset with ksi blush and drank jamason ( i am pretty sure i puked but as far as this story goes i didnt) i woke up the next moring with messages from worst and blush saying if i was not unblacklsed they were quitting and one from bill saying i was unblacklisted...this is the reason i will always respect worst player, despite wanting to kill him sometimes

Public Relations

After being apart of 2 different divs and having them both close in less then a month out side of my control i started to lose faith in KSI. so i seeked out and old friend KSI army ace who was now a senior director. he know that i was a talked and knew i knew a lot about ksi ( i assumed i knew it all then realized i didnt at all lol) i started hanging with all the leaders, working with the company Evil controllers with ksi bronx 7 and strated setting up live steam pay site to have pro gamers teach members who paid how to play h3 like a pro. but that didnt last long because something happened between bill and evil and we stopped getting sponsered by them, leading the leader to leave i was working with. i then started working with bamashakes on getting new sponsers, but as you guess. most companys didnt give a Huck regarding gaming communities. we then started a new program having president and vice presidents and teams. and my job was to go div to div explaining why the leadership roles and ranks were changing. they created IDD teams with these pres and vps, consisting of The Pres, VP, Senior, Graphics artist, HR and pr. i was apart of team ion. idd stood for isolate, detain and defuse....which in theory was a good accroynmy and you would want to do that in situations but our team mostly Hucked around and pink listed people....i did these jobs for about 3 months and i got online one day nad realized i didnt get the mass messages like i did before when i was in clanops and that was the day i realized i needed to get back into clan ops

Director~SF

I talked to KSI Hyppo who was still a senior and he told me as long as the other seniors didnt mind, he would make me a director and let me reopen SF (which had closed while i was in DR...tough times for ksi) the seniors said ok and i was thrilled. i opened SF and recruited my old buddy KSI Javelin (was the co div in sf when i was in originally) and jav was the div leader. we built up a few squads, it all went well and then i opend out 3rd squad and named it Fuzzball cuz i thought it was amazing, hyppo told me that if i got Fuzzball to 30 members in two weeks with a specific percentage of tags KSI i could leave it open and i did. This is when my knowledge of KSI actually started expanding , despite going through the ranks being a PR guy and all that, i never realized how little i knew until i was the director and the "guy in charge" and had to lead that div as a whole, this was my first real mesure of sucsess in ksi, i made my div and got it going. this was considered the bad news bears div of KSI at that point, i basicly used to recruit out of the court area and gave everyone a second chance, this is where i became friends with lil swag, black dave, dillpickle, megatron, rebellion and many more. over the 9 months i was director over it we went from rags to riches, ending up being the second biggest div in ksi at the time (800) members. we had some crazy Poop come out of SF, we were a tight unit....we made fun of one another all of the time but if anyone Hucked with our guys, they Hucked with all of us. KSI black dave was once told something rude by KSI Becca (Co creator at the time) so dave getting upset called her a *****, she blacklisted him...he then brught it to the courts and after appealing his case and the judges reading the Poop talk becca gave him unblacklisted him and this left becca pissed and her and shotty quit KSI (they will be back though, seek United Section). We had a KSI CookBook in our forum section which all the senior leders thought was the coolest thing, we got many praise but it was apparent that none of them had actully read it, it was all about pot brownies, weed pancakes, jell shots and Poop like that which made the senior praise so much better. the art of Semper fi was that people who were in it hated one another like stated before but it was a family atmishpere. We had rebel who was a straight hick from the south and borderline racist working with swag who was the biggest wigger in the world and dave who is straight out of the Poopy sections of la and them collaborating was the funniest things in the world. We had many highs and lows in that div but always kicked ass, remember the other leaders not caring for us because it was such a lax enviorment yet the guys did what they had to, and some other divs like ls were run like hitlers youth.

Director FU

I was begging for a second div as a director about one month in, and once the seniors decided i proved my self Shotty gave me the div FU or forever united. the div was okay but i hated the name and i hated shotty due to the fact our only convo we had had in the past was him telling me that obama was gonna legalize weed and me calling him retareded and to put it softly, we didnt like one another, so as soon as i could i dumped FU for bigger and better divs..i didnt like being under his spot light

Director FS

This was my main goal, when i first joined it was in FS, and it was my home no matter how much i loved SF i started in firestorm...when i joined FS was at 900 people, but by this time FS was under 200 due to multi hits and poor leadership, i begged for this div and i kept getting shut down by kalem...he didnt think i was a good enough leader to run that div, but after making sf a sucsess he finally gave in and i was given my home back. with holiday as my leader we went from 150 to 400 and built many leaders of ksi. this div worked heavely with SF, as they were my pride and joy in ksi. they bounced ideas off one another and many game nights happened between

Director SD, SA

I dont have much memories over these divs, i took them over when a director had to leave but they were basicly KSI Saint 777's divisions (he was a senior) i went to meetings and delt with little things but he ran that Poop

Director GW

GW was an interesting div, like sa and sd i didnt have to do much with them but not due to a leader above them but because they were amazing leaders. they were originally XW (xiled warfare) but when TXI left KSI (Leo's crew) i stopped that div from leaving and talked them into chagin there div and staying. they werea a sweet crew of people and i wish more leaders were like them

Director FL

Fuzzy Legions was more of a joke division originally but i had almost all the big divs under my belt and n one questioned it, FL was a split from SF and was the only sucsessfull all gears squad of all time....CNX was at the time doing all the gears teams but i refused to transfer my guys over there and in time cnx gears failed and FL flurished (granted only hitting 300 members but for gears it was great)

Director HB

WHen i was over HB (the 360 version of the H2 Divisoin that was still around) i met KSi airborn, ksi balphazarand ksi DH thymine and msnaughty, all amazing people. thymine and naughty were h2 seniors and took care of the div for the most part, i again just did routine things (this was my 5th or 6th div at the time)

Head of Productions

I took over head of productions for a small ammount of time, we created many montagues but soon after ksi 5 stars joined ksi and this guy actually worked on the CGI for the 3rd harry potter movie and knew his Poop so i stepped down

Head of the Member of the Month

As director the old of the month system was just the directors discussing who it should be and making it happen. but at this point the directors were all lazy and motm was mostly forgotten about so i took it over and polled the other leaders as to who should be the member of the month, this was in turn the beginning of the aap in reality

Senior director

I was made a senior director after being a director for about 9 months, being promoted by KSI Worstplayer and one other board member (cant remember) and KSI coletrain 7 (even though he was a senior at the time) along with KSI Wyatt ad KSI adam a few weeks later. the first thing i did upon gaining the rank was search my name in the seniors area to see how my many reviews went, they were all good but one, i did find one with kalem while first over SF and FS and he said the statement that i would never be anything more then a director, that was teh day i decided i wanted to be the CoS and prove them all wrong. my first action as a senior was to work with my fellow buddy and senior ksi wyatt to removed many of the dead beat directors, (backthen 2 seniors could demote/promote a director) day one of us being seniors we demoted 3 directors and promoted 2 up, we were here ot make an impact, we saw what the other seniors didnt due to being a director for so long and being one the day before, we knew our former co workers and there work ethics. there was one director inpaticular that i truly hated KSI Rhakheart 7. i knew her for almost a year, when i first met her she was hot Poop, and had a boyish voice, many people confused her with a boy, after not speaking for a few months (it happens sometimes) she got promoted to director and i went to congratulate her and to my surprise she now sounded like a girl and had a crazy high pitched voice, she had changed it to kiss ass and get a high rank. while i was running around 4 or 5 divs at teh time, prob around 1200 members she had one div, an all female div and it had about 15 girls in it. While i was stil a director i was at my brothers house hanging out and i get a text from my div ledaer of SF (megatron) he says this chick is taling Poop about me and my divs and he is arguing with her...she said i was a Poopy leader and my divs were always causing issues. so i got on my bros xbox under his tag (FuzzyMeep TWO) and i got in the party, right when i entered she stopped talking and denied everthing i was told she said. upon leaving the party i get a message from one of her members and she said that i was 100% right and she said all that Poop, so to make a long story short she was my first target when i got to senior, i wanted to demote her but the other seniors said i was too close due to our past and could not demote her, so i asked them why are we keeping her a director any ways, she has had one div for 6 months and only has 15 people in it and they agreed and decided to demote her, that was one of my first lessons in ksi on how to work with in the system to do what i need to get done

Only 1 month into being a senior KSI Ringare rolled out a new rank structure with the backing of Bill. It was the Department system. there was Dept of Justice, interior and many more. i actually unlike most leades loved the idea and decided i was just gonna de security ( i had been in and out of security since i was a major in RS) but KSI apollyon (the one who demoted me years before for saying midget) requested i join the GAO (a advisement office which was the seniors and over clan ops) i gladly accepted while still assisting in security.

GAO

the first day of the gao was had all of the seniors in there and decided we needed to trim it to active people and non radicals, one of the radicals being KSI Coletrain (who i love to death now adays) it was my job being the FNG to tell him he was removed from the gao and this started a 1 month battle of mass messages slandering me, and me him and in many different topics in senior/leaders area. once i figured cole out i stopped responding to his angry messages with more anger, but i responded with things like pick a flower not a fight and anyone who knows cole knows it just infuriated him, this was enough to show the leaders of ksi that he needed to be regulated and removed completly from the gao presence.

during this time we brought ksi from 6000 people ( a lot of fluff and bs divs) and made it much more standard and ksi to 7000 all confermed people, no silver tags and no fluff (well i am sure there as some but not much) the gao was a sucsess, and in only a few months and with apollyne (who was incharge of the dept of interior and gao) leaving for a month long vaca i was promtoed to the head of Dept of interior and gao and took over clan ops (essencially bbeing the cos position, but not the cos cuz at that time razedrake was the cos and was incharge of keeping bod member in line) towards the end you could tell there was some tension regarding the gao from upper managment, they didnt like this "new school" way of running things. very diplomatic and not in yur face, example of this is the gao and ksi solid 7 (bills lap dog) sat on the phone and discussed the directors at the time and a few we needed to demote and a few to promote. after talking a while we all decided n a list and ne of the new promotions was KSI Saint 777 (old senior who stepped away from ksi due to work and was back) Bill didnt like saint and when bill talked to solid about who promted him he said he was against it in the chat (which was bs) and that it was all me and tex, so we got demoted to sgts....and only due to the reactions of our members we got our ranks back. After that i started to hang around solid some and ask him questions (he was a guy who went from founder to senior to coo in the matter of months, dnt ask me why) and solid asked me and kered if we ever kicked somene out and they got back in from the courts, we both answered the same regarding we would watch them like a hawk and kick em if we needed to, he responeded with oh i would just make something up and kick them out again. that is when i knew this guy would be a major issue in ksi. and he was. the gao lasted 6 months was in my opinion was very sucsessfull but some old timers of ksi came back and decided that they didnt like the system despite what we had done and the dept system was over

Office of Awards and Achievements

During the dept system time i took over the OAA and created the system with KSI manual mist and airborn what would become the Awards and achievment program (AAP) this ended up being the best award system we ever had and many clans still use to this day

Head of internal Security

During the dept system i took over internal security, runnign it and creating many contacts outside of ksi that i still have today, we worked to talk down many hateful clans, worked against VGA and MEA and had many spies around other clans to watch the enemys....this all seems silly know but at the time i would swear it was the most important thing out there

Head of the Dept of Justice

I was promoted to this position and itwas over the court system, this promotion however happened simply weeks before the dept system closed, in which i was made into a judge afterwards

FTLA

During all this time i was asked by Bill in a party with KSI Javelin to either run a religious program or a Education program, i was asked frist and chose Education....i took what valient had wrote many moons before and rewrote it into what was the original FTLA class, i decided i wanted it more about colabortive communication and that it should be a discussion based class not a lecture (as it was under ringare previously) so i took what valient wrote, and worked it into my own words and own style in a 8 week program which was the longest lasting program of all clans as far as education goes. the class was simply aimed at a group of leader discussing topics that i would bring up weekly, the first 4 weeks were much simpler, based on simple problems, knowledge and a mock court case (that was real court case but with dif names) and had the leaders go through it and decide the fate of the member. there was a day were each member had to recruit me and sell me on ksi. i did a before and after recruitment cuz i wanted them to see what tehy said and then how to improve on it. weekd 5-8 were much mroe intense, dealing with suicide issues, racial issues and how to IDD and control situations. all in all i think the class was a sucsess, i had some better and some worse classes over the year. and only one time did i dump an entire class due to the members not wanting to talk. i told them this is a convesation based class and yall dont have anything to say, class dismissed. i did a total of 10 classes in my time before the leadership of the prgram went to a few others I.E Balphy and Queenjess. the class still runs today here under a new name (LEAD) and on bills site still as the FTLA (the major principles are still in it but game we rewritten it a few times)

The board

After the creating the FTLA, AAP and running clan ops for a long time i was offered a promotion by bill for the rank of CIO which i turned down due to the fact that there were any cios at the time and i didnt want to be the bottom feeding rank of the board...upon denying the CIO position Valient sent me an offer to be the Chief of education and i also denied that as well not wanted to limit my self to one area in ksi....i had one position i wanted and that was CoS but knowing i would not get that i got the offer i was waiting for, it was a positioin formorlly held by KSI Apollyon and KSI Ragnarok. CPO

This was my rank, it was grated access over clan ops but was mainly a Education/BoD position. i was this rank for well over a year and worked most of my magic here. This is wear i perfected (well in my opinion) the FTLA and AAP, and created the Performance Opporations (which were simply HR with a new title)

Performance Operations

They were a team of people who i trusted through out the years and were in charge of assisting members in ksi all while secretly befriending furute leaders and training them with out there knowledge (i was under the assumption and still am that you can learn from a friend much better then a teacher)

Forum Moderator

I was a forum moderator for a while until i changed JT's shout once to something about rags, then logged off only to find out that jt was on the site at the time, got pissed and asked for the person to just admit that they did it....but me being offline i could not and he thought iw as Hucking around with him and removed my access

New/Old KSI Leadership

Blackghost, Becca, shotty, Bitbt and blackburn all came back to ksi at this point to return to power (this was right after the Dept system was shut down and coo ringare left) they came in and took over all aspects of KSI. It was not a bad time, i was only upset cuz i was removed from clan ops abilities despite being over it for months. we grew a decent ammount under"old school methods" i worked with my PO's and Big to help Clan ops as much as possible. after something going down regarding Friday night fights ( i cant say exactly what happend, i heard many differnt stories but i was not privy to actual knowledge) Shotty burn and becca all left ksi (i believe they were blacklisted previously to making united) to make united. this started a chain reaction of most the leaders not knowing waht was going on but many div leaders wanting to leave due to injustice (which again i assume was injustice cuz there was a track record in ksi's history of other leaders getting Hucked over but i am nt 100% on it) After one last board meeting, bill blacklisted Bigbt and a few others cuz he thought he was apart of united, which led to blkghost to convince the leaders who left to make it KSI united (i have always had the theory that ghost when there to keep everyone ksi in hopes of bringing the back but again i was not 100% on that idea at the time and believed it even less years after) They said united would be different and they would not have a blacklisted....except for KSI Fuzymeep, Tex and Darth Sidious 7 which really pissed me and tex off cuz we had nothing to do with anything going on. we recieved hundereds of hate messages from united for weeks after that while trying to hold the few thousand members of ksi together and get our game on in the Halo reach beta.....

2 month break

It hit a point were i could not take the hate mail naymore, i was in school to be a EMT basic and a FF at the same time, me, sf and kered dabbled in united for a few weeks and then decided to be a stand alone div using both forums...we eventually dropped it and i left ksi and xbox for 2 months. upon returning to KSI forums i say that ksi jinvictis was a board member and he had only been on the forums for 2 months which told me something cant be good, a little research showed that KSI was down to 200 members (in LS) and we were hurting

Co Founder-Divisions Leader~Xero Degrees

So i came back and talked to J3 who was the senior at the time and asked what i could do, he told me i could either take over XD (which was just hit my Iceman and a few others) or join LS as a gen, so i told him i would rebuild XD and give ls some compatition. so we did. brought XD from 0 to 200 members making it the biggest div in ksi and doubling members, LS noticed and started picking up the pace and in no time we hit 800 members and were feeling good again. things were doing great and this is when with the guidence of Rebellion, luci jess and chaos started to emerge as leaders and kick some ass

Cheif Performance Officer

When i returned I asked Bill if he needed anything, he told me i could be CPO again to to start the AAP and FTLA up again, so i did

Director-LE,XD,FE

I was eventually promoted to director of XD and LE, and le split into FE and that was the first split in a few eyars, we were around 2000 membera again and things were looking up. my only issue was dealing with a member chimera who was my div leader over XD, i liked the guy ad even met up with him a few times. but a month after meeting him he told me he was going back to war which was retarded cuz the kid was out of shape and with in a month f that he said hewas shot in the lungs and broght home...Poop like thathappens all the time but this one pissed me off esspecially

Chief of Staff

From director i finally got promoted to the position i always deisred, i got promoted to CoS while i was on vacation skiing in VT. so when i got home i made some power plays and it was for the better, we created communication directors, who would hold all the Squad tag info so we could never lose a squad tag again, andwe made the permanite recuitment goal a simple 5 additional members a week, with these tactics we were on fire.

We hit about 4000 members while i was cos and solid was COO and RAze drake was CEO, and then mea started to hit us and unlike my request of having our members just block them solid and raze went on the attack, they made many vids for youtube callingout mea lucky to have a 1v1 and despite what tehy thought would happen, mea just hit us more and we lost about 2000 members. solid and raze lost there jobs after that and Addidis came in to the position of Chairman with Bill stepping down. addidis has asperations of getting the FTLA accreddited by a sponsership of the US army to make it an extra ciricular credit for college schools. this did get pretty far in the process but eventually got shut down due to not having 3 years of regular activity of the FTLA

Chief Operating Officer

Addidis promoted me to COO after solid and raze's removal, we started to get ksi back to the 4000 mark and again were doing good. this was finally the time to show the world what we were made of.

Chief Executive Officer

Addidis promoted me to CEO and we where cooking, we chaged tings up and started taking the Rank structure very strictly based off how ksi chaos and ksi queenjess ran ls, they did it strictly by the books and nothing more, nthing less and proved to be the most efficient method (the way the rank structure was viewed before as more of a rough guideline) and we stopped bringing anyone is as a rank above sgt. addidis got removed form Chairman around this time and it was very dissapointing.

Soon after Sanders was brought back to teach me how to be a CEO, i was told i had no control over my anger and didnt know how to get angry and then drop it when dealing with a situation so we sat and talked, i told him i was pretty sure i could talk my way though any situation with out yelling and he disagreed, so we did a test, he bagered me and called me tons of Poop, and made fun of my leadership ability and then it was my turn, instead of yelling i just told him it was insane that he was incharge of teaching me how to be a ceo due to the idea that when he was ceo ksi dropped below 1000 members and when i took over we grew above 4000 and he lost it and started yelling, this was a proving point for my self. then a few weeks later the incident that would change everything happened. there was a member named ksi muslim in ksi and he started a chat in the religious area of the forums (the one javelin started back when i started the ftla) and Bill due to unknown reasons wanted this member blacklisted for starting the chat. when rags refused to remove him due to religioun rags was bblacklisted and he demaned jt to ban him, which jt refused. sanders called me the next day and asked what i thought of the situation, and i told him that if bill does not like someone due to race or religioun that is what ever, it is his choice, but he can not do that in the public eye (i am a libitarian, i dont care what peple think or do in there home, as long as it does not effect me and mine) Bill then found out i thoguht he was racist over the whole thing and wanted me blacklisted, we sat in a board meeting that night and sanders talked about how someone was being removed and no one should freak out in which christ responded that we know he is talking about me, sanders discussed that i lied to him on phone calls and i am just a people pleaser in which i told the board they can look at my phone logs,me and sanders had talked twice in 3 months and one of the times he was drunk at a wedding and i didnt lie to him. he then left the convo (was in but not talking) and the board was discussing that it was bs that i was being removed.

later that night iw as banned off the forums by sanders, and then unbanned by rags (this went on for a bit) and i was pulled into a parrty with worst player and shido (both board members) and they suggestion we just vote out the chairman of the board, as anyboard could do and we did that. we took a board vote on camera, and all but two people voted to remove bll from the island, leaving him as creator due to the fact we cant remove that from someone. we were hoping to use the original forums with all our members but people who owned stuffon the site were outside of jt...were bill and sanders so we had worst create ksi forums.org.

Executive Chairman

One week after creating the new site we sat and had a regular board meeting, and discussed what was to be done, we created Weekend warfare and established a new voting system so no one person had total control, we took a vote on who was gonna be CoS, CAO, COO, CEO, and chairman. i was voted into CEO and chairman being Executive Chairman, Chaos was voted to Chief of Staff, Worst was voted to CAO and COO was put on the back burner for a while due to KSI Tex not wanted to contiune with ksi after another new site/split/huge issues, she was burnt out.

The first month i went out of my way to make some not so friendly friends, we made pacts with clans like TSB (still good friends with to this day), J2H and MEA....after less then a week J2H broke the pact and hit us, which led mea to break there friendship with j2h and attack them....the term attacking as far as clans go i think is retarded but w/e some people take it super serious. We stayed good with mea for abbout 9 months, when takeoutjosh sent me a message saying that mea was breaking pacts with us and going to attack all of ksi's, he said shotty told him that i screamed at him on the phone, so as i had done before i got my phone logs, and showed josh i had talked to him on the phone once and it was months befrore. then i told lucky if he can hit the other two ksi's and destroy them then i would be afraid (the other two had abbout 1500 members total and we had 5000) and that was that, the board made a decision that we dont deal with other clans or make pacts anymore and we haven again

These new rules would set ksi to becoming the best again, during the summer time we decided we need to celebrate us being liberated and getting to 5000 people again, so we held the first of 3 KSI Spirit weeks, this was one of the best ideas ksi has ever had, and with jess spear heading it we made it as one of the most susessful and tiring (for the leaders) week fo the year. we had give aways, kareoke night and many tournys.

(I already have something written up on my account so I took it and placed it in here. I will be more descriptive on it.) also I ain't no English major, so enjoy that double negative and all the mess ups.

As my info says I was recruited on January 14,2010 *long ass time ago* by KSI Bricksquad. Compared to now it seems like KSI was the Wild West. Originally joining I assumed KSI was just like any other community/clan with about 40 people in it. I ran a couple before I jumped into KSI, but after a little time in a realized how big it was. Never really thought it would impact me this much to be honest.

whats up guys and gals my names Cory also known as KSI Paratroop 7. I joined KSI on 1/14/10 in the Division Special Ops and squad Naplam. My friend and I were recruited the same day also we changed our names while being recruited. within 2 days of being in my squad I was promoted to 1st Lieutenant in a week from that day I was promoted to a 1st Captain. Within 2 weeks of being in KSI I was promoted to the rank of Co-founder (yes i was promoted very fast lol.)

(I stepped down after a week because I knew I was promoted too fast. I became a general over a squad called Defcon and built it up then split it. On to the next part!)

after becoming a Co-Founder my skills as a leader were tested when I got promoted to a Founder. My Co-Division Leader and Division Leader got into a huge arguement causing them to eventually leave KSI. leaving me as a fresh new Founder to run a whole entire division. I successfully built Special Ops to 300 plus members.

(To make a long story short, they couldn't agree who was more manly got into a huge fight and the founder made his own division without any approval. Then merged it into RI. I could've gone with him and gave up on my career in KSI. After being poached none stop by multiple communities this was kinda the start of me checking my info and getting good at security even when I wasn't apart of IA at the time.)

I was promoted along side KSI QueenJess 7 to Division Leader ( the senior leadership told us we were demoted to trick us Chaos almost died lol. i will remember that promotion forever.)

LIKE A DEER IN HEADLIGHTS IT WAS SCARY WHEN SHE RAISED HER VOICE. This was also the start of a long line of ass kicking Jess gave me. We ran head to head very often and tried to rile up the other divs to be more competitive. Yes Jess didn't show any mercy with spanking me.

When more issues occured from other communities my division fell to 100 members 3 times and we successfully brought it back every single time with the help of my directors including KSI Stryker 7 and KSI Chaos 7. On the fourth time however a member successfully took 2 and a half squads with him. Special Ops not being able to bounce back from this merged into Dark Legions after 4 months.

(This was also during the removal of Bill so it was ultimately easier to merge into a division. I went over to build a squad called sythe, once it was stable I stepped away for about a month. Chaos messaged me one day said come back and i came back simple as that lol.)

Once Dark Legions split i changed my name back to KSI and built Divine Reign to be one of the best divisions in KSI.

(Long list of work I did here. We did very well and I think honestly this is where I learned to be a leader and was taught a lot.)

I created my very own division called Covert Ops (CO) on April 29,2012. It's been my pride and joy while I was the Division leader over it.

(You can't explain how much a div means to you until you build your own, you evolve into a momma bear.)

I've been a director over Covert Ops, Divine Reign, Forsaken Nightmare, Last Strike, Forced Induction, Legendary Warriors, Altered Vengence, Evil Ties, Immortal Outlaws, Eternal Souls, Wicked Intent, Forgotten Gods, Explosive Ordinance, and Demonic Mayhem. My past has kinda been riddled with security issues so that's why I'm so uptight about issues within the community. Basically this sums up my almost 5 years now within KSI. Nothing too fancy but we've had a blast in the thing we called a community but in reality it's an extended family.

Static's History

Im going to look like a Complete noob compared to others in here. Excuse my grammar btw.

I was recruited into KSI on Nov. 10 '12. The person who recruited me was a friend back in high school. I remember us being in class and he was all excited about KSI, constantly talking about how cool it was and said that i should joined. Later on that night, he got me into a party with a few KSI people and i enjoyed the atmosphere around these members so i was willing to join and my friend recruited me in that night. The squad was Napalm EO with KSI xTheFallenx as my Gen.

Throughout my first week into the squad there was always stuff going on: gamenights, LOTS of tournaments to win MS points. You could never be bored in that squad at the time. At the end of that week a changed my gamertag to KSI BluexStatic to reflect KSI.

I stayed as a SGT for about 3 months just getting to know more people and be active with the squad. On FEB 2013, EO had its div split and created FG. Napalm was turned into Tempest FG. As the div split was getting closer to being completed (getting everyone to change mottos and such) i was wanting to move up in the ranks. I asked my gen (KSI AnglesMerc at the time) how i could get promoted. He to,d me that i needed to get a few rcts and other ways to improve the squad. So i was taught how to rct and when off my way to get myself some rcts. After i got my 3rd recruit, i was promoted to 3lt. My gen said that if you want to continue to move up, just get a few rcts ever so often and to help me improve the squad in some way. So thats what i did. I ran a few game nights here and there and recruited and a few weeks later i jumper up to 4CPT. Then another few weeks later i was promoted to 2CPT. Then another few weeks went by and we were looking at a squad split.

AnglesMerc was having a hard time in his personal life to where he just could not get online what so ever. Tempest was just a recruiting machine so the squad needed to be split fast. AnglesMerc was unfortunately demoted cuz he could not keep up with the squad and the 1CPT (KSI Trigga plz) took over tempest. Then leadership looked at me as to creating the new squad.

Like i said, the split had to rushed and i didnt receive any training due to trigga being the one that was suppose to create the new squad. I was nervous and alittle reluctant to take the position but i was encouraged and motivated to take it and so i agreed. I took a CPT (KSI SK4TER) and a LT (KSI PhantomBear) with me as well as 27 other members. I requested that the squad be named SATURN (God of time) but the director at the time messed up and named it CRONUS. I was told i could pay 800 MS points and change the name if i wanted to but the name CRONUS grew on me. I was promoted to GEN on April 26, 2013.

I was being taught how to be a GEN as i was the gen of cronus so i learned as i went. Cronus was very slow at first but we started to grew in members and throughout my time of being gen we mainly had minor issues. There were some major threats that would hit FG from time to time but for the most part, my squad had little to do with that. I would constantly motivate activity and get members active. Putting out ms tournaments myself and just making sure all members had a good time. After 6 months my squad was finally going to split. The split of 30 members went into a current squad named Bacchus FG with KSI phantomBear as the new gen.

After 6 months of being a Gen, i wore myself out. I was really close to stepping down but i was put into a party of a bunch of 7's in FG and basically said, instead of stepping down, how bout we promote you instead due to your hard work and getting your squad to split. So that day i got promoted to a Co-founder in OCT. 2013.

After the split, my squad completely fell apart on me and i didnt have an officer to take over cronus due to all the strong members i had went to Bacchus FG. I spent a few months trying to get my squad together but it just wasnt happening. A squad called cyric was struggling as well so we merged Cyric into Cronus with KSI Powers as the new gen and the first time in 9 months where i wasnt a gen.

A few months passed where it was just making sure my squads were active and having fun and everyone below me in my squads were doing what they should be, as well as approving promotions. Then in Feb 2014 i was promoted to the rank of Founder which i what rank i currently hold.

Over time in 2014 alot of isseus were haopening, mainy security issues and we started to begin having to merge some squads. We would split a squad every now and then but there were more merging going on. Eventually KSI xDEADx 7 (Co-Div) left KSI with a bunch of members in tempest. Then much later on due to school and hardly much inactivity, KSI xFALLENx 7 stepped doen in early Sept. 2014, leaving me as the highest ranking member in FG
