Reasoning why they deserve this - Exodus has taught me so much in my time being a General when I had lost my way he gave me the challenge of my own squad but a squad that needed serious improvement he has also given me the freedom to do as I please for the better of the squad so I am able toe learn and experience what it means to be a General in Divine Reign. He gives me the up most respect which I have always given him in turn and he has driven me to be the best I can be.

Reasoning why they deserve this - MsDestroyer has been a hard worker since she became a sergeant and she continued through a lieutenant to now a captain and I can't get over how she pushes Gamenights with everyone and she goes the extra mile in getting to know everyone helping me keep up in the squad and members. Training whenever the lieutenants are unable to but she does whatever she can't to help make the sergeants work their butts off so they have a future here in KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this - HIROTORO has persevered through this past month training and helping make sure that the trains get done he started off slow but he was able to pick up the pace dramatically and being able to prove to me he has what it takes to be a officer when everyone else doubted his ability.

Reasoning why they deserve this - BattleFront has only been with me for a short time but even so he has been able to recruit more than 10 people within 2 days and helping us reach our goal in this squad and he has been asking from day 1 "how can I help?" And every time I have asked him to do this and that recruiting and attending the sgt workshops helping other Sgts he has done it all he's a model member in my eyes and I'm blessed to have him here.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Sinister is one the most outstanding 7 I've had ever had the pleasure of working with. In such a short time he has made a gigantic impact on our division since his transfer from GZ. This month he is leading our division flawlessly and into the right direction by assisting all of our divisional leadership and squads. He's been taking his own time to do things in each individual squad at every opportunity. He has ran workshops for every squad and for some squads, even two. After the workshops he has been getting with people that are interested in ranking up personally and pointing in the right direction for success. He sees the problems in the division and executes the way to fix them perfectly. He's encouraged everyone in this division countless times and has made the most influential impact in the division I've ever seen from a 7 in my entire KSI career, all in one month.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Evo time and time again has proven his worth to me and my squad.This month he has been pivotal to my squad's growth. He's taken initiative this month as a captain and has recruited, orientated and trained over 10 people. He's mentored at least 5 separate people which I can see being the future generation of my officer staff. He's always been giving good advice this month and hosting and organizing game nights. He's also done a great job staying consistent with managing our Head-Hunters team. Overall he has put in an amazing effort this month in every way a captain can and thoroughly deserves an "Of the Month" award.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Vigilante has been incredible this month. Every day he always has something KSI related to report. He's been recruiting, orientating, and training constantly bringing in at least 10 new faces to our squad. He always is playing with other KSI members as long as he can, whenever he gets on and uniting our squad, resulting in amazing activity. He's ran the welcoming committee this month fantastically and it definitely shows. He's put in a great amount of effort this month making sure our squad is properly on its way to a healthy split.

Reasoning why they deserve this:

The reason why sinister deserves this is because he is great at his job in many different ways. He shows dedication each and everyday one of the things he does so well at is sitting down with every squad in LS and has workshops to help the squads exceed to the best of their abilities. He works hard making the squads better and maybe one day be able to spilt the division cause he works so hard.

Reasoning why the deserve this- This Gen is really good at his job but he exceeds at it to make sure everything is very in order. He runs one of the most active squads with over 18 people at meetings and game nights and this is cause of him, he motivates people each and everyday to stay active with KSI to show that his squad is the best it can be. Another thing he does that makes him stand out is his forums activity he's on their everyday in the top 15 posters and all of his posts are content. He is just so amazing at what he does and deffintly derives this award.

Reasoning why they deserve - He deserves this award because he trained 7 people in the past 2 weeks he shows future potential as a leader in KSI by mentoring people and leading people in the right direction. He also runs the welcoming committee and does a fantastic job doing it and shows he's a great leader and has a lot of future potential.

Reasoning why the deserve this -KazeKage is the reason that this squad runs as smoothly as it does. This month alone, he has inspired all of the officers to mentor the Sergeant to become new officers. He hosted a workshop about the forums, and after that, forum activity in our squad exploded. He always encourages activity within the squad, as well as the division. He cares about all of the new recruits in his squad. An example of this is him working with me to get the Desolate Welcoming Committee started. Kaze’s outstanding effort this month for Desolate should result in an “of the month awardâ€.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Evo has done a plethora of work this month. Ex: Evo has orientated, trained, and/or recruited 15+ in this squad. He has mentored many SGT’s, a couple of which have been promoted. He is the Captain of the HH team in Desolate. He is a dedicated Captain, and will continue to mentor the newer generations of Desolate.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Greenday has shown me that dedication is the key , she never gives up on what she is doing for judgment . She shows everyone that it takes alot of work to be a general , and honestly i couldnt be more proud of her . Reasoning why they deserve this -ReaperWolfe has helped me out when nobody else was there , if i needed members to be trained he would drop everything he was doing to help me get those trained ... He helps me host gamenights throughout the week so that judgment can be more active with eachother and show that we can all have fun and be in this together .

Reasoning why they deserve this- CheddarBob has been an awesome leader and truly earned the honor of Senior Director. He constantly helps with issues and remains as active as he can with all the member on his friends list. He is enjoyable to be around and also a very good mentor. I have had some issues of late and he has definitely been there to help me get through all of this. I am very excited to see where Cheddars future will lead.

Reasoning why they deserve this- When Steelers took over Kronos they were having a lot of issues. However just a few months after he took over the squad, they have grown and are close to splitting. He is an awesome guy who is always willing to help whener there is an issue. He also works hard not only for his squad, but also for our division. Steelers is a great general and a great person to work with. I am truly excited to see where he will go in KSI.

The whole officer core was having issues and thinking about leaving and impulse wouldve been screwed for a while, but he expressed great leadership and was there when we needed him. Reasoning why they deserve this - The fact that Pinky is able to handle being on AAP staff, TnE staff, News team, Training committee head, Welcoming committee head, TW Historian, AND being able to handle a Founder's position is mind-blowingly impressive and for that alone she deserves this award. However being able to communicate with so many members, constantly train and mentor members, and even have time to mentor my self is crazy impressive. She is a great leader, she motivates everyone to do their best, shes talked members into staying in KSI, makes everyone feel welcomed, and is constantly working to help others. She is a selfless leader who goes out of her way each and everyday for KSI. Not to mention she leads TW with one other 7 and basically has kept that division together through the good and the bad. She is the prime example of what it means to be one of the hardest working members in KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this - One of the biggest reasons Smooth deserves this award is that he gets everything accomplished with complete accuracy and as fast as he possibly can. One of the biggest irritants is having to wait for something to be done, but with Smooth there is virtually no waiting time because he will drop everything just to do what you asked, something that not many of us do 24/7 like he does. He makes sure everything he does is flawless and to the point with extra attention to detail whether it is constantly training leaders and future leaders of KSI or even recruiting and orientating that he will do. A co-founder should know everything about the squad he or she is over and should give advice  to help better the squad, while this is what smooth does, he makes sure to go the extra mile to form relationships with as many members from all of the squads in the division as possible. There is no such thing as I'm a 7 so I don't have much time for you because Smooth makes time for everyone. He handles issues, games with, and mentors members across our division, not just in his respective squads. A good member will preform the duties that is required of his or her rank, but a great member will preform the duties of or at least learn the rank above them within the rules and boundaries KSI has. That is exactly what Smooth does. This is all from personal experience of rank shadowing him and being around Smooth, first hand witness.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Mula was recently thrown into Gen with little to no notice beforehand. He accomplished the task of General like a pro, leading us to what is about to be our squad's second squad split ever. With the first one led by smooth when he was general. Mula motivates our members to achieve great things and the squad split nearing is direct evidence of this. The fact of his abrupt being thrown in as General and him being able to preform the duties of the rank so well makes him deserve this award.

Kazekage has shown remarkable leadership since I have been in KSI. He has answered EVERY question I have asked him. Kazekage has a lot of respect in Desolate because of his amazing personality and amazing leadership skills. I felt very welcomed by Kazekage and he has been helping me get through KSI. He is leading me in the correct direction and doing whatever he can to motivate me as well as others to climb the ranks and be the best they can be. That is why he deserves this award.

Vigilante has been a spectacular Lt. As soon as he started training me to be in KSI I knew he was something I could have those heart to hearts with. He made me feel so welcome. He invites me to parties when I am alone. He does everything he can in his power to make each member of the clan feel special. I see it every time I am in a party with him. He doesn't put down a single person and represents KSI well. Vigilante deserves this award because of his spectacular leadership skills, his passion towards KSI, his ability to train so well, and his kindness.

MsVigilante has gone far in her short career here at KSI. She was also the one who recruited me. MsVigilante has been showing outstanding leadership skills and is not afraid to speak her mind on any situation. I respect her for this and think that is one reason she deserves this awared. MsVigilante also wants to be friends with everybody. Her charisma is outstanding. I also think MsVigilante deserves this award because of her recent promotion to SSGT. This is an honor that a lot of people (including me) want in Desolate and she was the lucky one to be promoted, so congrats to her on that! That is why I think MsVigilante deserves this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Huck handles every single situation I bring to him as quickly as possible. I know if I need help, he will handle it. If I have questions, he will answer them. He is my mentor as well. He is single handedly training me to fill the div leader role I am in. He is working for KSI day and night. Every time I talk to him he's dealing with issues, helping someone out, training someone, working on the forums, in a meeting, or something KSI related. I've been in party after party with him where someone has come in needing help with something and every single time he stops whatever he's doing to help solve their issues. He treats everyone with the upmost respect. He makes everyone around him feel loved and appreciated. He solves any situation with a fair and level head, always keeping his cool and always putting the better of KSI as his top priority.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Madball is such a hard worker for TW. He not only helps out any member needing him in his squads, but he helps anyone in all of TW. He helps me out with absolutely anything I ask him to do. He took on another squad without hesitation because I asked him to. He hosts TW game nights rotating with me, he hosts our gens/7's hang out game nights rotating with me, he shows up to game nights throughout all squads, not just his own including Ghosts which he can't stand. lol He posts on the forums all the time, he constantly mentors members throughout all squads. I don't even think he plays anything just for himself anymore. He hosts our Gens meetings when he's not working. He hops online anytime I need him for an issue. He is always trying to think of new ways to help better our div. He is an amazing asset to TW and he helped me run things like a pro when we were the only 2 7's. He does not quit and never gives up.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Game is such a strong Gen. He leads his squad with passion. He's strict, follows the rules, but he makes sure his guys are having fun. He has his squad hosting game nights every night of the week. He keeps his G14/squad tag immaculate. He shows up to EVERYTHING. He never misses meetings. He never misses div game nights. He never misses 7's/gens hang outs. If I invite him to a party, he joins, even if its 2 am and he's on Netflix about to pass out. He always has a positive attitude around his members, if he's struggling he stays professional and comes to me to talk things through. He takes the time to train all his officers, but he is also training several officers from other squads in TW. He is willing to pour his time into anyone who needs it and asks him for help.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Sinister recently took over the running of Last Strike, He has come in with more motivation than a clown finding shoes that fit. Sinister has taken the task of doing his job, and every job going in the division, sometimes I wonder if he is my officer, or my Co-Div. He is down with all of us in the squads, helping teach us all what we need. He is constantly looking out for us all, not just in KSI but all the time. Sinister has faced many problems since he came in LS, and not once has he faultered, whether it is someone refusing to do something differently, or me being a stubborn general. He is a true inspiration to everyone he has been over, and is currently over. Last Strike used to be an isolated division, Sinister has opened us up a little more, I personally have met more people because of him, ranging from senior leadership to more little guys like myself. Basically all in all, Sinister has been the most outgoing, ambitious, going all out leader I know. He stays up till stupid o'clock times in the morning like I do to get things done, He will go to bed and only have 3hours to get sleep before work. The most recent problem that has occurred under his watchful eye was a lack of officers in our squads, He has come and set out a plan to each general, along with the plan he is running multiple workshops a week. The best part about sinister though, he is the kind of leader you can talk to about anything, it doesn't have to KSI related, if you need him, he will make time in his day to sit down and have a 1 to 1 with you, he will listen and give you advice on how to move forwards. Like I keep saying, its not just KSI stuff.

When I approached Sinister with my ambitions of making a European squad for LS, he gave me the knowledge and advice to get to the point of making that squad happen, its still a work in progress but the fact that he did not shoot it down instead he told me what to do and when I get there, we will see.

Reasoning why the deserve this - I have watched this member grow in his position from the get go, I have watched him get a bring new split squad of 40 members, take low blows week after week, and I have watched him build that squad up to strength of a well established squad. He constantly is going above and beyond with his squad, workshops and constant training is what I can see coming from this guy. He works with myself, a fellow general - on halo, he's on Blops2 - to bring our squads closer together and to make the division stronger. Kazekage is a born and natural leader who wants nothing but the best for everyone in our community, I have seen him do some pretty selfless things, he will do what he needs to do, no matter what others think of him. I have a genuine respect for this leader.

Reasoning why they deserve this - D3StRuCtIon has been one of my officers since I made General, he has been going above and beyond for Echo for months now without getting the proper recognition that I feel he deserves. I could talk about how he does his job great, and I could say he's an amazing Captain, which he is. D3StRuCtIon has really set the bar pretty high when it comes to Captains. He is a model captain and officer and I cannot wait until he gets the position of general.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I'll prepare to write a book for you guys. KSI Spaghetti transferred to my Squad from GZ as a knowledgeable little Lieutenant. He is now headed towards his Captain position after busting his rear for a long time. He has been spearheading my European Initiative in Echo, he has been promoting a separate set of game-nights and meetings, Occasionally even having to host the meeting when I am unable to do them. Spaghetti is constantly on top of everything in the squad, and keeping in constant communication with myself and my uppers. He helped retrain my entire squad of 80+ people on recruiting and orientating processes. Nothing is too big of a task for spaghetti, he will do it while being happy and motivating everyone, have you heard of KSI Spaghettis' terrible jokes? Occasionally he will send out terrible jokes which are so bad, they're actually pretty funny. It is small things like this that helps keep morale up so high in Echo, He is an invaluable asset to my squad and I can see amazing things in his KSI future.

SHOOTER deserves the GEN of the month award because he has proved that he is a great general and and has been very committed into keeping HYPERION the shining star of FG. He is very active on the forums and with his squad along with other squads. He has also went through a successful squad split that went smoothly. He is a mentor to me and everyone in is squad.

Reason why they deserve award:  Lets see, I have known Midget since I joined Venom WI back in June of 2013.  He was my general, co-founder, founder, co div leader, and now div leader.  Through all those ranks he has maintained a leader's attitude.  He is calm and collective in any situation, never raises his voice, mentors many people in WI and mostly throughout KSI.  Through his leadership Wicked Intent has been constantly above 400 members and pushing for 500.  He plays with the members of Wicked Intent and is no stranger to the members in Venom or any squad in Wicked Intent.  Like every good leader he is friendly and knows when to have fun and be serious.  Learning from him, I have been able to control my anger with some rude members or when I am in stressful situations which caused me many problems in the past.  Finally, the last thing I learned from Midget is to stay positive no matter what which I have had problems in the past with.

Reason why they deserve award:  KSI Grumpy 7 used to be Venom's co-founder for the past couple months and he tried his best to help us out even with his busy personal life at the time.  With Venom without a general to lead it, he stepped in and helped run Venom's meetings and game nights if need be.  At times he helped us with recruiting new members and simply played Halo with Venom members making them feel welcomed.  He brought a positive and fun attitude to our game nights and meetings.  Like Midget, he knew when to joke and be serious and was not afraid to put an officer in his/her place when they stepped out of line like myself a couple times, but was not cruel about it.  On top of trying to help Venom rebuild, he also had to help Fury WI rebuild after their general went MIA.  Plus he helped guide the new general of Crysis WI to maintain that extremely successful squad and along with Fierce WI.

Reason why they deserve award:  Hatter has been an outstanding general since taking the position in May 2014.  She has maintained that squad's activity and positive attitudes.  Keeps order in any Crysis event she attends and makes sure the shy members get their voices heard too.  She knows how to keep the fun going and is always wanted around in her squad's game nights, xbox live parties, etc.  She even attends Crysis team practices if they are a man or woman down.  She is also not afraid to voice her opinion about an unfairness she sees from the 7s and does so in a professional and mature manner.  Through her leadership, Crysis is the most successful Halo squad in Wicked Intent and is on the verge of yet another squad split.

Reason why they deserve award:  Daddybags has been an amazing officer in Venom since joining Venom at the end of April 2014.  He cares a lot about Venom and is very sadden about the upcoming merge with Fury WI, but still maintains his outstanding positive attitude.  When people are sad in the squad he tries his best to cheer them up.  He is always there if you need to let out frustrations about your personal life and tries to help you coop with those problems.  He tries his hardest at finding new members to join KSI though he hasn't had much success.  He is constantly going out of his comfort zone with getting to know new people and making friends in KSI.  He is constantly posting on the forums and making sure all the officers are doing the same.  He makes sure everyone is trying the hardest and being the best they can be.  Though I don't view him as a mentor, I still listen to his advice and use it to make me a better officer.  Daddybags will make a fine general one day.

 Kaze has been an exemplary General, always open to talk and learn on how he can improve his squad, he is what we search for when looking for leaders that show the potential and drive to better not only himself but his squad and Division, I have spent hours in party's talking with him on how he can improve his squad and my own experience in positions in KSI that might better him in his position or pass on knowledge that he might not of heard before. He is a great listener and always open to new ideas. Since coming to LS he has been open to everything that I have brought to the table and taken great steps to work on the improvements that we try to attain from week to week with in squads and Divisions and has been working diligently to attain the goals that have been set out and in the last week alone I have seen the improvements of what you would hope to see on a monthly basis coming to fruition. I hope to see that drive and potential take him to every goal he sets out in life and in KSI. Keep up the great work Kaze.

This Captain was one of the first to welcome me to LS, going and playing some games with him and other members I was shown right off the bat of how he operates and interacts with his squad & how big of a part he plays in what was a squad severely under staffed for a squad of over 80 people and YET being under staffed this squad thrives , constantly recruiting and having Game Nights with full lobby's of active members have a great time and taking on the full experience of what it means to be a part of KSI. He is constantly working with the people around him to better his squad and to help point members in the right direction. Always happy to help in w/e way he can in his squad. He is and will hopefully continue to be one of the many people in Last Strike that I have hopeful expectations of and I hope to see him continue his climb through the ranks and achieve his own goals. Thank you Evo for being one of the many to give me such a great welcome to LS and thank you for being a part of what will move LS into our KSI future.

Spaghetti came with me from GZ into LS and since coming over has taken on the role of being a huge part of echo, always going above and beyond to better himself and to always help others when the situation arises. He is constantly hosting game nights on two separate time lines as well as squad meetings. This member is always setting the example for members around him as well as taking on the role of two different positions due to the squad being understaffed at the time. Not only has Spaghetti proven himself as an outstanding officer but he goes out of his way to keep the mood of the squad cheerful with his 'terrible' jokes and overall attitude. He has been in a LTs position for nearly 4 months, not due to issues with himself but due to transfers and positions being available for him to move up. In all his time in LT he has stayed patient , consistent and motivated towards making the squads he was in a better place. This member has consistantly gone above & beyond to help the members around him and I'm proud to nominate him for this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this -I could write a book about this member. this member has been like a father to me. I do not see him as a fellow captain but more as a father. he has been my mentor every since I learned what a mentor was. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be where I am today, heck, I wouldn't even be in KSI. this man has gave me his phone number. and I could call him at 3 o'clock in the morning and he wouldn't be mad he would only worry as to why I called him. he cares more for his squad, than he does his rank, membership, or even himself. throughout my KSI career I have never been more influenced by one person. he definitely deserves this award for what he does everyday for his division squad and all of KSI. this man is like my brother,mentor, father, and all around best friend.

Reasoning why they deserve this: KSI Thor 7 deserves this because he is very dedicated to KSI and has done everthing in his power to make sure us generals are doing what we are supposed to do. Reasoning why they deserve this: BlkShdw deserves this because he has all the qualities of a great co-founder. He is always willing to give a lending hand to his generals when they need it. He is also very active with lower ranking members and host game nights for his entire division. And even invites members from his old squad to play with his division so everyone can get to know each other. This is why he deserves OTM.

Reasoning why they deserve this: PinkShdw deserves this because she works her butt off for her squad. She has been on "vacation" for most of the months and still has put her free time into her General duties. She has been able to keep her squad aflot and has done a great job doing so.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I have seen firsthand how much effort Jezrien puts into his work as Forum Staff. He's constantly checking the forums and keeping tabs on what's going on, defusing situations before they get out of hand, doing his part to keep the forums clean, and helping out anyone who has questions. Reasoning why the deserve this - This guy has been a general for a very long time. He has started one of KSI's first xbox one squad Legion EF. With Legion, it has had seem some grim moments under his command. But with his leadership and the help of his officers. He has been able to bring his squad back into fantastic shape. His squad is active, friendly and amazing to be around. They are one of many that are paving the future for KSI.

one of the best officers I have ever seem in KSI. He is a very funny guy.
