I witnessed him help a member from another squad in our division just a couple nights ago even. He is one of the most helpful & caring people I know and he is very deserving of this award.OS lvl 1: I have known my BaileyBear since before I was recruited into KSI and he had left KSI at the time so it's been over a year. He's one of my oldest Xbox friends. He came back into KSI into Nemesis when I was an officer there and I was so excited to have him in my squad because I know what an outstanding guy he is. He worked his butt off for Nemesis. While I was his Gen I remember telling him several times, "Bailey we need 2 more recruits to make our goal, let's get it done!" and before I knew it he'd come back with 3 or 4 and get them all on his own. He trained our RCT's like crazy as well. He goes above and beyond to help members feel welcomed. He is constantly going to game nights. He has been 1CP for months now and has been happy to be there. He's not rank hungry at all, instead he cares about what is best for Nemesis. Nemesis has gone through an officer staff who wasn't doing work at all for a few weeks and BaileyBear kept on recruiting & even offered his recruits to his fellow officers to help keep them out of trouble & motivate them to start working again. He's gone through some difficult situations there as well where a lot of people would have quit, but he sticks it out for the better of the squad. I've also seen him spend countless hours helping each and every member not only in Nemesis but all throughout KSI no matter what the problem is. He is a dedicated loyal person that is really quick to help anyone in need. OS1 I've seen him on multiple occasions go above and beyond of what is asked to be done not only by me but anyone. While I was gone for an unfortunate incident in my family he stepped up and led the squad the bestway that he could. When I ask him to do training for a specific rank he goes and invites everyone or gets together with the members separately if they can't make it and trains them. Sometimes I even have him run the meetings and he does an awesome job even better sometimes. He deserves this award for all the hard work and loyalty he has and done for Nemesis and KSI. He makes it a point to assist his squad in any way he possibly can, and always does his best to make sure that any situation that is brought to him is rectified in a timely manor. OS Lvl 1: I suppose I should compound on what I said for member assitance. Skittles makes it a priority to always be an asset to his squad, and make sure that things are running as smoothly as possible. He is constantly available to go to the general's meeting in the event that his general can't, he's able to run his squad meetings without supervision, and he always does anything that his upper leadership asks of him without having to be asked multiple times.
